But after coming back and seeing all those people coming, she knew that they needed to start planting as soon as possible. Luckily even with this many people, the food in their city could last amazingly long. But fresh vegetables and fruits will be rare if they don't start soon.

She had no idea how she plans to do this, but if they could plant trees and vegetables on building tops and balconies. On free spaces, parking spaces and any free spot they could plant grains, maybe they have a chance in surviving.

''Mina, connect me to the chief. I need to ask him something.'' They were already driving back home.

On the other side of the line, Mikes's voice could be heard. ''Yes?''

''Mike. If there are any people coming we can start with work classification.'' Part of men and women can stay in the outer city and start planting every available place. Even tho we have enough food to feed this city for decades, that doesn't mean we can become relaxed. Fresh fruits and vegetables must be planted on time. Who knows how long will it take until everything completely changes. We need to become a fort, quickly.'' She knew that her power definitely became stronger. And somehow she felt that if she became stronger, other things might start gaining some intelligence as well or at least becoming sharper and harder to kill.

Mike sighed. ''I know. You are right, we need to think about the future. What should we do with the power plant? I fear that sometimes we need to check that place.''

''If my plan wth blood still works, you choose people that can repair stuff and go check everything. I will be probably weak after bleeding half dead but will have enough power to protect the city. So don't worry. It's better we do that as soon we drain everything we can from the storages.'' To her at this time, the most important thing was to get all those foods and materials into the city before the next rain.

Last time the rain was scary. She has no wish to be outside when it starts again.

''Let's just hurry up back home. I fear those people might get stupid ideas.'' Mike's heavy voice transmitted trough the phone making Jenny chuckle.

''Mike, do you trust my power so little?'' Jenny playfully smiled at Mina that was astonished as others that heard her words.

Mike was the first to ask. ''Uhm. Do you mean you can stop them?''

''I can change the pressure inside the shield and make them all faint. But this in inner shield wouldn't be involved. Is that answer you would like?'' She smiled again and looked through the window and then became serious. ''Nature outside changed indeed a whole lot. Before you people go to the water plant, I will take a couple of hundred workers and gather these grains. I can feel slight energy coming from them. If I use my shield nothing can happen to any of them. These grains could be replanted and if they succeed we might have even more tasty grains that those before.''

Mina had to laugh loudly. ''You just can't let it go, can't you?''

The two women completely forgot that they were heard by others and continued to biker up to town making everyone huckle in care. Not even Mike stopped them as they were welcome fun in these times.

But looking at the disorganized group that arrived Mike started having a serious headache. How will he control all of this? This is getting ridiculous.

Mina could see his face becoming red from anger so she started patting his back to appraise him and lower his blood pressure. Jenny could see all those people just wildly rushing here and there and suddenly got the idea. ''Mike, come I have something to tell you.''

She pulled Mike from one side that stared daggers at the people and Mina grabbed his other hand and pulled him as well. O course, Mike was stronger than these two tiny flies but he let them pull him away as he knew that Jenny's idea might save the day.

''Mike, give them jobs if they want to live. From now on, no free foods. Let's make some sort of monetary system. Elders, really sick people, pregnant women and children could get free meals but everyone else has to work for a certain amount that they can either buy what they need or buy food.'' She was sure if those people just got food for free they might get ideas. The outer city will be pushed further away so that gardens can be a maid in the middle of the city.

''We could destroy those old buildings that have no value and just plant stuff. Or use them as gardening places. We need a few smart people that could move the river towards us and make it surround the city. Then we could use the water to make drinking and irrigation water and at the same time get electricity. Or we check those plans and books in the city library. I do not think that if I can't be left lazy that anyone else can. Six days of work one day off. That day they can do whatever they want.'' Jenny's idea was feasible.

Mike actually had that idea for a while so he nodded happily. ''I planned to make those power stones as payment method. But for now, there are not many of them so I will make point system. My people already prepared something like credit cards. Everyone will be given the point system card. Those that want to transfer their points to others can do that at the main office. Like that even if someone steals the card, the main system will have it inside and only the owner of the card can pick it up.''

Jenny and Mina smile brightly. ''Good, then not many people can be used. And we can open positions for the patrols. The more people live in this town, the more prone they will be to crime.''

Mina was ceratin that some things are unavoidable, but if they have enough people, no need to worry, right?

Jenny came back home and saw the mess on her balcony and black lines appeared on her forehead. The first thing she did is to call Mike. ''Yes?'' His tiered voice was heard on phone.

''Sorry. Can you leave a couple of people to finish my place? It is so messy I hate to come here now. Please, I need to place where I can relax.'' She was dead tired as well and loudly yawned on the phone making even Mike yawn and chuckle.

''Good. I will call my people to finish it up. Tomorrow we will have enough people that can transport stuff. '' He was already in bed and after finishing with Jenny he just gave the order to his people and fell asleep already on phone. A light snoring on the other side of the line was signal for his men to slowly end talk and sigh. ''Our boss works so much.''

''But she is working a lot as well. It put us all in shame. She should be protected as she is the only one who can protect this city and people now. We really need to finish her place. She wanted some vegetables as well, right. So we will make a pretty little garden filled with vegetables, fruits and edible flowers. She already has bee stock so she will be fine.'' The saw the small glass wintergarden and knew what she really liked.

They made plans deep in night while Jenny suddenly opened eyes.
