《Monster Integration 》Chapter 148. Daffodil Bees I

"Daffodil Bees!" Rachel said in horror, slight fear could be heard from her voice, not only she but many other elites around her also have that look.
I don't particularly know this species bee monster but knowing it is Bee monsters already enough for me.
Flying-type monsters are dangerous especially those who traveled in a large group are very dangerous and Bee monster is one the most dangerous one.
Those yellow clouds have about ten thousand monsters and they are constantly killing Monsters Hogs around our camps.
A few minutes later thousands of monster hog bodies lying dead around the camp while clouds of daffodils bees are attacking both camps with the thousands of darts.
One thing I don't understand though, why the reaction of horror appeared on Rachel and her friend's faces.
"Are these Daffodils Bees are very dangerous!" I asked jill who is beside me watching bee monsters relentless attack on our forcefield.
''They are more than dangerous, they are like a scourge, once they decided on something, they can annihilate hordes of the monster within the second."
"These monsters are common in high mana concentration realms like this as this is best places they would find materials to make their honey." She said.
''Material for honey?" I asked, what material they need to make honey that precious flowers.
"You will soon see what material they need but One thing you must remember never crossed these daffodil bees they are extremely relentless in their hunt." She warned.
The bees kept attacking for a few minutes before they stopped suddenly and started to land on the monsters Hogs.
Every daffodil bee landed on the monster and suddenly a crystalline protrusion came out of their mouths and struck the chest of the monster Hogs.
Thousand of bees is doing that to everybody of the Monsters Hog.

"What are they doing?" I asked Jill, seeing the weird crystalline protrusion coming out of their mouth.
"Keep watching!" Jill replied I kept watching but I saw no change for a few seconds but then bodies of monster Hogs started to twitch as they were waking out of their sleep.
Their bodies started to twitch faster and faster but no matter how much they try, they can't seem to move their limbs.
"Grunt grunt grunt grunt…" Mournful grunting of Monster Hogs started all of sudden.
Their mournful grunt shook my heart, to grunt like that they must be in extreme pain.
I thought earlier when Daffodil bees released their darts, I thought they were poisonous and they were killing those monster Hogs but I was so wrong, those darks were not poisonous but potent tranquilizer that made Monster Hogs unconscious.
I looked at the monster hogs that were grunting in extreme pain as crystalline protrusion of daffodils bees are attached to their hearts.
There seems to be no change in their body because of protrusion, I wanted to ask Jill what the daffodils bees are doing but I know she will not give me the right answer.
Everyone from the whole camp looking at scene front us with wide eyes, no one moved from their spot and no one dare to make any sound, not even Rachel.
''Uhn!" Ashlyn also comes out me and nested on my shoulder, its good thing that she didn't chirp as always when she came out otherwise I would have to face angry eyes or even beating of the whole.
Ashlyn without disturbing me, quietly watching the unchanging scene that is happening in front of us.
Few more minutes passed and there is no change when speculates started to appear on the monster hog bodies.

First barely anyone noticed it but as time passes everyone started to notice.
The bodies of Monster Hogs started to turn sickly yellow and their grunts more hoarse.
Soon all the monsters Hogs bodies turn sickly yellow and their hoarse grunts becoming barely audible.
''It feels like these fucking bees sucking the life out of these poor monsters!" I whispered softly looking at the scene happening front of me.
"Your very right about this," said Jill hearing my whisper, seeing little confusion in my eyes she decided to explain.
''That protrusion that coming out of Daffodil bees mouth not only sucking its mana, its also sucking its vitality, life essence and last but not least its core."
I am utterly shocked hearing this, I also suspected seeing monsters yellowed form that it must be sucking its mana and vitality but I've never expected its also sucking life.
'These daffodil bees are utterly cruel' i said in my heart, every lifeform has a life force and it present in every life form as long as they are alive but if they are dead then lifeforce will vanish from their body.
Taking out life force from any lifeform is an Extremely painful and cruel process.
The pain I felt yesterday is nothing compared to the pain Monster Hogs were now feeling.
Taking lifeforce out one's body like a taking one's souls out, it is an extremely inhuman process, that is why it is banned everywhere in the continent for being inhuman.
Those who were caught doing that were punished severely but still many people harvest life force as it is being one most important material in potion making.
"Do you why Daffodil bees are known as natural alchemists?" Jill asked.
I shook my head saying no, this is the first time I've heard of Daffodil Bees much less them being a natural alchemist.
"The Honey of the Daffodil bee made from the essence of extremely precious flowers and herbs but it also contains life force, vitality and purified monster cores!"
''Every single drop honey made by Daffodil bee precious and could sell for tens of millions of credits."
"Single a drop of honey made by Corporal level Daffodil bee could create greed in the heart if Lieutenant stage powerhouse!" Said jill.
I was so shocked that I am barely able to form a word in my mouth, a drop of honey could evoke greed in lieutenant stage powerhouse, it must have immense uses.
I was about to ask for its uses when another change started to occur in from of us.
