After completing 3rd pose, they started on the 4th pose and when they were performing it, I could clearly see beads of sweat running down on their bodies, it felt strangely hypnotic.

When I come out of my thinking, I found that the sisters have already finished performing the 6th pose and cloths became so wet that this time I didnt have to use my imagination to look what underneath it as it is showing very clearly.

They kept performing th exercise while my eyes constantly roam on their bodies unknowingly, I many times wanted to stop but I wasn't able to no matter how much I try.

They finished 7th, 8th pose and finally started on the 9th, the ninth pose seems to take awfully lot time, their movements are like a snail and clear shaking could be seen as they perform.

I had expected them to reach the 9th move, let's see if they are able to go above it not.

If they are not able to go above the 9th pose then they will need a weer or more to reach the 12th move and get first minor cleansing but if they are able to go above the 9th move today then it will take them just three to four days for them to reach the first cleansing.

They kept persisting, even with shaking bodies they kept persisting and finally, they are able to reach the 10th pose at the same time and started performing it with their very shaking bodies.

I have to give it to their persistence, they are really able to reach the 10th pose in the single time which even I wasn't able to do it. Though their many factors involved like their power and everything, it is still commendable for them to reach 1oth pose at a single time.

As going further than this, I don't think they will able to do as they have already reached their limit.

A few minuits later both of the sisters fell on the ground one after another.

Their eyes are open but they looked completely lifeless like a dead fish that is washed up in the shore.

"Sophia, you finished so early, I thought you would go through the first cleansing before going down," I said as I poked her shoulder with my finger.

I could see in eyes that she wanted to say something but she didnt have the energy to do so.

"What, do you want to say something?" I said and again poked her shoulder in fun. This immobility must be torturous for Sophia who likes to talk a lot and always move around very much.

"Are you angry at me Sophia?" I asked while poking her, my repeated poking seemed to have got her irritated and angry but in her current condition, she could not twitch her fingers much less moves her lips to speak which she desperately wanted to do so.

After I have my little fun with Sophia, I left the two sisters be. They will recover enough walk after little more than an hour.

Time passed by and after twenty minuits passed the sisters were able to twitch their fingers and again half an hour they gained the ability to move their limbs slowly.

That is when Sophie moved her neck toward me and mumbled something which I wasn't able to hear it but understood the meaning of it.

If she had been her usual self, she would leap at me like a ferocious kitty, thank god she barely has any energy now otherwise I would have had to run away from my own apartment in her fear.

Seein that they are able to move their limbs a little, I went to the bathroom and prepared the tub for them in case they wanted to soak into warm water.

Soon fifteen minuits passed again and both sisters gained the ability to walk and went to the bathroom to take a bath.

When both of the sisters return from the bathroom they directly collapsed on my bed due to tiredness. They are doing much better than me.

When I first performed the Body Cleansing exercise, I don't know how many times I fainted and when I had wake the next day, I was still feeling the weakness of it.
