《Monster Integration 》Chapter 1245. Cursemaster I

It had been three hours since the battle started, and we have killed quite a lot of Special Profession Grimm Monsters, and all of them had not taken less than ten minutes to die.
The battlefield is not where we could take our sweet time fighting; we have to finish the fight as soon as possible before moving on to the next target like we are right now.
We have been moving around the battlefield since the battle started; all of the special profession Grimm Monsters are spread across the battlefield; though finding them is no problem, getting to them took time.
There are too many pesky flies flying around that want to take a bite out you; you have to cut them before you go on your way.
Hun!
I was moving toward one of the targets we had selected when I suddenly stopped, and a bright smile appeared on my face before it turned very serious. Ive found the target; I wanted to fight for so long, I did not expect to find it a battlefield of Fort Ardon; Fort Ardon is too small for them.
"We are changing the Target; Ive just a sensed Apex Inheritance Holder Special Profession Grimm Monster," I told my team, and their expressions couldn't drastically.
"Apex Inheritance Host Special Profession Grimm Monster, isn't it very dangerous?" Jimmy asked.
Apex Inheritance Hosts are no joke, and add Special Profession Grimm Monsters on top of that; it became a deadly combination. They are harbingers of deaths, could kill far more than than the normal Apex Inheritance Grimm Monsters.
It is killing hundreds of humans each minute; nobody can get close to it, much less fight it. The curses of it are extremely dangerous that anyone who goes two hundred meters near it gets cursed automatically.

I have not only fight it but also save the few hundred people that had been inflicted to curse by it and now withering in pain.
"You guys are no match for it; I will deal with it. Just make sure nobody got close." "Make sure no human get close to fight; it is going to turn very dangerouns soon," I said and moved speedily toward the Grimm Monster.
This Grimm Monster was playing around till now, but if we started to fight, it would get real, and that would be very dangerouns for those who got caught between it.
Soon I reached close to the Apex Cursemaster and couldn't shudder by what I saw. It had created a hundred meter long Field of Curse Energy around it, and a person even slightly touched by it would fell on the ground and scream in pain while the curse will slowly eat their bodies.
Its Curse Energy Extremly powerful, if it wanted, could have killed it second, but it had left them in torture.
'Petal Protection!' I said, and as I reached close enough and next moment, hundreds of petals released from me and like a month went toward the people who are withering in pain.
It is an aspect of my healing move 'Rose Stamp.' it is very useful in healing a large number of people together or, in this case, stop the effect of the powerful Curse energy for two days at most; after that, the energy will attack them at full force and killed them in minutes.
More than six hundred people stuck by my petals, and their screams stopped as they looked around in surprise. I motioned my teammates back before turned toward the Werewolf Cursemaster, holding a gemmed staff, and walked into its Curse Field without fear.

"I did not think a Healer of your caliber would come to this small Battlefield." The Werewolf said politely; there is no hint of anger in its eyes seeing me heal all the humans; to it, they are lesser than ants, which it could kill in thousands with a single attack.
"I also did not think I would find a Curse Master like you here," I said with the same polite tone as it.
We stare at each other for a while before it opened its mouth again, "That move of yours is quite amazing; it must have cost quite a lot of energy?" It asked, "Yes, it emptied 65% of my energy storage." I said, to which he seemed surprised hearing it.
That exact moment it got surprised, I disappeared from my place and appeared behind the Grimm Monster and swung my great sword at its neck; that civil talk was just a chance for us to gauge each other better and attack the moment they found the perfect chance.
My telling it about my energy expenditure to it was me creating a chance to attack. I did; also lied a little about my energy expenditure; the healing move I had used took about 60% of my energy, not 65%, and I started working my Refinement Tower extra hard to fill my energy storage full again.
My sword was half a meter away from it when suddenly its huge seven meters long, gemmed staff covered shiny black energy appeared in front of my sword.
Clang!
Its staff clashed against my sword as it defended while at the same time, the thick curse energy that attached to its staff stuck out like a snake as it sneakily entered inside me.
I had kept track of that energy, and as it came at me, I did not stop, hell I have a wide berth to it, and when it touched my sword, it sucked away by my inheritance and formation which hadn't used before shine as curse energy entered inside it.
It is filtration formation I had created for such pure curse energy; the curse energies I got before did not fit my criteria; only pure Curse energy as such would fit criteria and get to me activated the filtration formation.
As for what formation does, it do what its name says; it filters unsavory elements and offers me pure Curse Energy its Inheritance has to offer.

Ruins of Dalághast
I've been writing for as long as I can remember, but I'd always been torn between different projects. That's why I decided to dedicate myself to a pretty strict schedule of writing and editing a single chapter every month since the start of 2019. This is an ongoing, work in progress novel that follows a ragtag group of sellswords as they delve into a lost city on the edge of the known world in search of their fortunes. Within, though, they find much more than they ever expected and find themselves in a race against time to unravel a mystery centuries old.
