《Monster Integration 》Chapter 1644: Alive Present
Advertisement
I carefully picked up the dark grey Essence Rose in my hands and looked at it. Seeing the energy signature the Essense Rose is giving, the Grimm Monster the seed had captured was a Peak Emperor and a pretty powerful one at that.
It was also not a regular Grimm Monster but a Curse Master, which are very crafty fellows and very difficult to capture. Still, the bastard had got caught into my seed and turned into the Essence Rose.
I looked at Rose for about a minute, and after I got all the info I had needed from it. I had turned the seed upside down and touched the center of the vibrant strings, and as I did, the strings begin to unfurl themselves and came back to its center, till the center of the strings has become a seed again.
The seed is a lot fainter than before; it still has its energies as it got the energies that it had spent from the Grimm Monster, but it still requires the dose of Rule Bending power that it had spent.
Closing my eyes, I begin to pour rule-bending power into the seed, and I continue to do that for nearly ten minutes before I opened my eyes, and when I did, I found the seed becoming vibrant as before.
The best thing about the seed is that they are reusable; I could use them as long as I want. I just need to continue replenishing the Rule Bending power they need; it is quite a problem whose answer I am searching.
As I refilled the seed, I quickly collected the stuff of the Grimm Monster from underground before moving a few kilometers away and releasing the seed; like every seed, it had gently flown toward the ground before seeping inside it.

A second later, I moved toward the fifth seed, which I again found without change. This time, there is not much disappointment in my heart as I had already seen the result I wanted to see.
I did not waste time on the place; after checking everything is good with the seed, I moved the last seed, which is also the latest seed; I had planted it just yesterday and did not have much hope.
So, I was quite surprised when I saw the seed had captured a Grimm Monster, and that surprise had turned into shock when I further noticed, the Grimm Monster it had captured is not in the Essence Rose form but alive.
That could mean only one thing and which is that Grimm Monster being captured had a Bloodline; only those with Bloodline could remain alive while all the others would get refined.
I quickly appeared above the spot, and a few seconds later, a body of Vermillion Rhinoman had appeared above the ground.
Its whole body is wrapped up in thin, vibrant green string; they had wrapped it so tight that it could not move its big thick limbs even an inch.
When it saw me, its eyes got wide opened but its mouth won't as it looked at me. In its surprising eyes, there was no desperation, just annoyance, seeing that I couldn't help but sigh.
I had seen such a look before, and these bastards are difficult to deal with; some of them had even able to get away from me despite being much weaker.
I crouched down beside the Rhinoman and placed my hand on its chest, pumping a huge amount of energy into its body. I had felt the resistance from its Bloodline, but I kept pushing it.
I had spread energy into all its fatal organs in a balanced amount; the amount of energy is enough to injure it very seriously but not enough to kill it.

A minute later, I removed my hand, and with it, I took the seed, which had hundreds of strings dangling from it; as I removed them, the strings began to come back inside the seed.
Soon, all the strings have come back to the seed, and I pocketed it before turning to Rhinom, who remained frozen on the ground due to my energy shackling it.
I looked at it for a moment before I took up the air and only stopped when there is three hundred meters distance, and after that, a short green spear appeared in my hand.
'First Boost!'
I activated the first boost and begin charging the spear, and activated two enchantments of my totem artifact.
SUP!
When I felt I had changed it enough, I stopped and threw down the sphere at the Rhinoman, who is unmoving as the rock, but ist eyes held many emotions, and fear is not one of them.
My attack is powerful enough to kill it, and it knows it as well, but there is no fear in it; if I had been in its place, I would too have had no fear against such attack.
The attack had reached it within a second, and soon it was just an inch away from its chest, but even then, there was no fear in its eyes.
Boom!
A booming sound rang out instead of piercing, and a layer of energy appeared around the Rhinoman as it stood up, breaking all the restriction that my energy had placed on its body.
I am not surprised seeing it, seeing there was no fear in its eyes; I had already guessed it had the protection Amulet, and seeing how easily my attack got repelled by the blue energy that covered it, I am right.
"Human, it is not easy to kill me," The Vermillion Rhinoman said as Red Bloodline armor appeared on its body, and it begins to run away using all its strength.
"It is not easy to run away from either, little Rhino," I said and caught the repelled sphere in my hands before appearing in front of it a few seconds later.
It had seen my seed; there is no way I am going to let this bastard go; I want to keep the existence of the seed secrete as long as it is possible.

He wakes up as a tadpole in a swamp and through a combination of luck and absurd luck gets set on the road to becoming one of his new worlds most powerful people. This is a first draft with minimal editing. The Tables and such are more prevalent in the early chapters but I am trying to keep the tables to a minimum. I do not intend for there to be any sexually explicit content in this fiction, just occasional innuendos and the like.

Ars Magica
Our vision comes back into focus. Our eyes, while being able to perceive the immediate surroundings, still leave us with our minds uncomprehending towards what is actually occurring. Sure, there are definitive things that we can focus on, like the fact that we're either out upon the open sea or the open ocean, there not being much of a difference with no land in sight, as well as the fact that we appear to be upon a haphazardly constructed metal boat, whose seams are barely able to keep a hold of themselves in the crashing waves. However, that does not let us understand what exactly is causing the waves in the first place. If we were to rewind time, we'd find ourselves upon a calm sea under a peaceful sky with the only difference, being a small whirlpool that would be the precursor towards this uproar around the boat. Lightning flashes in the sky, with no clouds being near, and anyone actually manning the boat has either died towards the cause of the smashing tides in the first place, or are fighting amongst the flashes of lightning, all while trying not to become devoured, demolished, and utterly decimated by the beast roiling in the whirling waves. To better understand exactly what is happening here, there is one singular event that needs to be understood, that needs to be explained, and that is the arrival of a creature named Dave. Stepping back from current events and going towards this creature's first appearance in the world, we begin to hear the sound of water slowly dripping across rocky ground. The cavern is utterly silent except for this one constant, its cause feeding channels downwards, sloping towards cracks in the rubble along the floor from broken stalagmites and stalactites. And there, lying on top of something which had fallen over recently, judging from its cracks, is a person, the creature named Dave. His form is fast asleep, either from the impact or from an intoxication, judging from the smell upon its breath. A bright light suffuses into it for a second, giving life towards the pale skin, before it slowly dies down back to the comfortable black of the cave that it's within. Before this moment in time, Dave did not exist in the physical world. At least, not in the reality that he finds himself born into. We do not know whether or not his existence is simply a cosmic joke, or something that is being played out on purpose. All that we do know, is that one moment, the body was not in the cave, and simply formed in the next. The actual earliest time that we know Dave exists, is the interpolation of the memories of J-209, which we'll begin looking into shortly to gain context towards the coming narrative that is being written and hastily trying to keep itself written. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Warning: This story has several things which might turn its readers away. The first is that this story has shifting points of perspective. Don't worry about that previous sentence too much though, as the main character will always have a first person perspective associated with them. However, any other character from which we're viewing the story from will either be in third-person, as we are not necessarily in their shoes at the moment, or in first person, given that the narrator is an actual physical presence within the story. For the most part, chapters will be self-contained with their perspectives, so there will not be an abundance of switching perspectives within the same chapter. The most that an average reader would have to worry about is the fact that perspectives can switch between chapters. The second thing is that the main character is a bit on the 'special' side of things. He's not exactly mentally there most of the time, so there will be some times that his personality or his thoughts do not actively align with his actions. The third, and final thing of importance, is the fact that past the first couple of chapters, nothing has been planned in advance. There are arcs and plots that I want to do, want to implement, or have already been set into motion from our main character's introduction to the world, but the method that I use for my story writing and generating leads towards a bit more random chance being enabled. Basically...there's a lot of dice rolling behind the scenes. To not complicate the story further than its regular LitRPG elements, the rolls will not be publicly available. However, there will be knowledge within the author's notes on whether or not there were positive or negative critical rolls that had occurred within the chapter. You have been warned. Updates: Mondays & Fridays (Schedule permitting) Typical Chapter Length: (2,000-3,000)
