《Monster Integration 》Chapter 1856: Interesting

I could hear the faint sounds of fighting from above, and it is not coming from one set of stairs but all three stairs. People are fighting wherever these three stains lead, so I will be going to see the fight whenever I got, seeing that I chose the first stairs that.
I reached the stairs and begin to climb them cautiously, ready to deal with any attack that would come in my way.
Taking one step after another, I went closer and closer to the upper floor, and with it, the sounds of fights got louder and louder, and the energies I am sensing became denser and denser.
Soon, I reached the upper floor and saw intense fights being fought between the two groups. There are two humans fighting against the four Grimm Monsters, and these two humans did not seem to need any help; they are dealing with four Grimm Monsters just fine.
I know the two humans; though I had never talked to them, I had seen them in the Tyrants lounge and in the forest during the missions.
These two groups seemed to be fighting for one broken gate; there are three broken gates on this floor, while three complete gates and one gate with complete visible runes.
"Do you guys need any help?" I asked after a minute of watching a battle. "We would be grateful," The women replied.
"Human, it is n" The lead Rhinoman was saying something when it had suddenly stopped as it started to freeze with the other three Grimm Monsters. They are not frozen really, they are just bound by my vines and Icy energy over them to look like they are bound.
"I had not expected you would be this powerful, Jordan," Said Lara. "It is nothing," I said while waving my hand. "You guys should take the stuff of Grimm Monster," I said and moved the two Grimm Monsters ahead of them.

Hearing that, a smile appeared on the face of Lara, and her friend, who went for the two frozen Grimm Monsters, who they think are dead but they are, in fact, alive. My vines are just pierced through them and even harvesting them for essence roses, without them realizing.
"You want to join us for this door?" Lara asked, motioning toward the door, which is nearly broken by them. "No, you guys go inside; I will try my hand on the other one," I said, motioning toward the other broken gate; seeing that smile on their faces couldn't help but widen up.
"Best of luck then," Both of them said in unison and attacked the broken gate with all their strength and broke it completely within a couple of seconds before entering inside.
'Ice dome,' I said and covered myself and four Grimm Monsters and continued with the harvest process. While these two did not discover it, that does not mean others would not. Anyone with sufficient power would be able to discover what I am doing.
Twelve minutes later, I was finished with harvesting, and I have four essence roses and storage of two Grimm Monsters, which have a good amount of Tyrant grade rare and precious plants.
Seeing how killing I am making after killing the Grimm Monsters, I want to stop breaking the doors and just kill the Grimm Monsters and collect the stuff they have. It is a lot more efficient than me breaking the doors and collecting the resources inside.
While killing is more efficient, it does not guarantee I will receive all the plants. Especially those within the formations, these plants are more precious than those outside, and I needed them. Not only for my runes but also to sell and exchange.

After I was done with Grimm Monsters, I looked at the single door with all the runes shining on it. I recorded before I closed myself in formation, which keeping Ashlyn guard before entering my inheritance space to break the gate.
The runic design of this gate is level harder than what I had seen on the two gates below, but I am confident in solving it.
Time passed, and by the time two hours and thirteen minutes have passed, I had successfully broken the formation.
"Has anyone came?" I asked Ashlyn. "Chew, Chew!" she replied. Saying several humans and Grimm Monsters have come. She had finished up the Grimm Monsters, so I did not have to worry about it.
"Good girl," I praised her by patting her shoulder before removing the formation.
After getting out of the formation, I did not waste any time and take out the formation ink and started to draw the runic formation. I have to be quick; I don't want to be known by anyone that I could break the runic formations on the door, at least for now.
Zip!
Soon, I finished drawing the formation and activated it; a few seconds later, the door opened with zip, and I went inside without wasting a single second.
Just as I entered it, my runes burst out with hunger; seeing that smile couldn't help but appear on my face. I need a humongous amount of resources for my breakthrough, and the more I collect, the lesser the burden I would have.
My plan is simple, reach the absolute limit of Emperor Stage, fill every hexagonal cell of honeycomb, and gain the power of Elite Tyrant. This power will help me scour up tens of dangerous runes for the precious resources I need.
The resources I am finding making things easier and easier for me; though I would still have to scour the ruins, still the pressure on me would not be as great as I felt before I entered this place.
I did not waste any time and started collecting the plants; Ashlyn had already flown up from my shoulder, and If I don't want to let her eat too many precious plants, I better be fast collecting them.
Chew Chew
I had just collected my first precious plant when I heard the chirp from Ashlyn. It stopped me on my spot before I became a blur; Ashlyn had said she had found something which I might find interesting, and when used 'Interesting,' the thing always is.

Real places, people and events flesh out this fast moving, multi-faceted semi-historical series but fear not fantasy readers.
