The trainees who were spectating started reaching the training area. They jumped on different rings with their preferred weapon in their hands and started sparring with their partners.
They had to train too but they had to admit that it was an interesting day.
There was a very interesting trainee disciple joining them that they wouldn't be bored with for a while.
"Zhao Luo."
They would remember this name for a long time.
Senior Mite was also very satisfied with the ending.
"Hehehe that is why only a very few people in the Sect's history were able to clear the 'Drums of Bellum'. If it was so simple then I wouldn't be here."
Mite said started talking even though no one was listening to him.
Mite looked at the fourth and fifth row of drums on the ring and wondered if he will ever reach the last drum.

First Row: Strength Control.
The first row of drums is like an entry test. Each consecutive drum gets bigger than the previous one.

Third row: Weapon Control.
The third row was very similar to the second row but the difference was the pressure acting on the person would double and the drumsticks were light as a feather.
The weapon now was way lighter than before but the pressure had increased thus upsetting the balance of the strength in the body once again.
The goal was to produce three echoes but in these conditions.
Fourth row: Endurance Control.
The fourth row was all about enduring.
Enduring the force of your attacks coming back at you. Every time the echoes produced on the drums of the first three rows exceed 2, the first drum in the fourth row saves up those echoes as attacks.
So when the person reaches the first drum of the fourth, he will have to face all of the echoes of the previous rows.
Thus preparing himself for his attacks coming at him.
After that, the next drums are to beat with as much strength as one can muster. The best would be getting ten echoes other for every echo less than ten, the person will have to face that as an attack of the drum.
If the person beating the second drum of the fourth row gets 8 echoes, as he missed the ten echo mark by 2, he will be facing 2 of his attacks which will be coming in the form of shock from the drum.
That is why the fourth row is a battle of endurance and controlling your strength while you defend against your pwn attacks.
Fifth Row: Mental Control.
Each drum on the fifth row is like a brain wave device. Every time a person strikes, the number of echoes produced will be the amount of time the drum will send brain waves to attack your mental world.
So to easily proceed to the last drum would be to go by using just enough strength to produce three echoes.

But the 'Drum of Bellum' wasn't so easy. The last drum that would bestow power had some requirements.
It could give you some simple power and increase your strength by a little or it could just give you some insane power that will increase your strength but to an immeasurable extent.
So making ten echoes on the four drums of the fifth row was very important.
This was how the 'Drums of Bellum' worked.
It was like a cheat code to increase your strength but not everyone could use this.
Feng Mei and Yan had brought Zhao Luo to his room after asking about their lodging from Mite. They had lied him down on his bed as they sat on the two sides of unconscious Zhao Luo.

Then a time came he was thirsty as the wasteland was dry as sand and hot as a volcano.
Even the sweat from his clothes had evaporated because that is how hot his dream was.
'I need water.'
Zhao Luo said while walking in the wasteland looking around the heat for water.
Then at one point while walking in the wasteland he could see many barrels like boxes lined up one after another.
There was no one around them, thus Zhao Luo rushed towards them with all the strength he could muster.
Zhao Luo ran and ran but whenever he looked at those barrel-shaped boxes he would notice that the distance between them was still the same.
This nightmare continued till Zhao Luo's unyielding spirit broke his nightmare and he reached the barrels.
'Wha~~~~T...No way.'
Zhao Luo said as the barrels turned out to be drums but there were no drumsticks around them.
'I am sad. I need WATER.'
Zhao Lup screamed. Even though his desire for water was so much that he mumbled the word out loud while sleeping.
"Ineedwata."
Zhao Luo said.
As Zhao Luo's sound entered the ears of Feng Mei and Yan, they started to wake up from their sleep.
Back in the Dream.
Zhao Luo walked away from the drums to find water as he started going around the wasteland.
But after walking for hours and hours in his dream, he would always end up at the place where the drums were at.
'I don't need drums I need water.'
Zhao Luo said as he tapped the drumhead lightly.
Outside of his dream, Zhao Luo had tapped the thigh of Yan while moving his mouth.
"Ned Water."
Zhao Luo said while sleeping. His urge to consume water was just that high.
Yan who was blushing because Zhao Luo had tapped her thigh with his hand, got up to get him water.
Back in the dream.
Zhao Luo felt something as he tapped the drum as a traumatic and painful experience came into his mind and the face of a monkey named Mite was becoming clear on the drumhead, Zhao Luo couldn't hold himself back.
Zhao Luo raised his hand and smacked the drum as hard as he could.
Outside the dream.
Right before Zhao Luo smacked the drum in his dream, Yan had who was standing turned, facing her back towards Zhao Luo, to look for water in the room.
The next instant she could feel a hand on her butt.
'Smack.'
Zhao Luo who was sleeping had slapped Yan's butt without even realizing it.
Inside the dream.
'Die, die, die.'
Zhao Luo said as he smacked Mite's face again and again.
Outside the dream, Zhao Luo's hand ended up doing something unimaginable to Yan.
Yan who was lost for words turned around and slapped Zhao Luo.
This slap brought Zhao Lup back to reality, waking him up from his nightmare.
"WHAT?"
Zhao Luo who woke up with one of his hands on his cheek and the other one close to Yan's 'cheek' looked around to see the faces of Yan and Feng Mei as they both were staring at him.
Feng Mei who had witnessed the whole scene was dumbfounded as everything happened so fast.
"Brother is a pervert?"
Feng Mei said feeling confused.
