《Becoming God of a Dystopian World 》Chapter 73: VS Outer Disciple Mite

"Regret?"
Mite questionably looked at Zhao Luo.
Mite was staring at Zhao Luo while shaking his head as if from the start there was nothing to regret at all.
"I may have underestimated you, but how can you defeat me?"
Mite asked Zhao Luo.
Mite was an outer disciple. He may have been a slacker in the Outer Hall but still, he was in the top 100 ranking board of the outer disciples.
"You will know that soon."
Zhao Luo answered Mite as a staredown was ongoing between the two.
"You must think that life is easy after your luck helped you in completing the challenge."
Mite threw a taunt at Zhao Luo.
Zhao Luo who had conquered the Drums of Bellum after training for it and enduring all the pain in the fifth row was now being told that it was his luck that helper him in completing the Drums of Bellum.
Zhao Luo got a little angry but then he shook his head.
Zhao Luo got a little closer to Mite and as he stood there he raised one of his arms towards his chest as he made a fist with this hand.
"Are you just going to talk now or will we fight?"
Zhao Luo questioned Mite with a smirk on his face as Zhao Luo used the other hand by curling his fingers which were pointed towards Mite.
Zhao Luo was challenging Mite.
'Come at Me.'
Mite who understood Zhao Luo's action knew that there was no better way to calm his anger except by bashing Zhao Luo's face in.
Mite ran at Zhao Luo like a bull as he threw a punch at Zhao Luo right when he closed in on him.
'Hah.'
Zhao Luo breathed.
Mite's punch was aimed at Zhao Luo's face which had a smirk on it.
Zhao Luo wasn't taking Mite seriously.
"Swoosh."
Zhao Luo tilted his neck just enough such that he dodged Mite's attack easily as Mite's punch passed Zhao Luo without even scratching him.
Mite had rushed at Zhao Luo suddenly with exploding speed. He wanted to surprise Zhao Luo with his speed. But unfortunately for Mite, Zhao Luo was already aware of his tricks.
Zhao Luo smiled in the face of Mite whose face was twisted right now. He didn't expect Zhao Luo to dodge his speed burst attack.
"Hah."
Zhao Luo grinned.
"Thud."
Zhao Luo pulled his head back and hit Mite's head with force.
Mite who couldn't stop himself and Zhao Luo who took advantage of the positioning succeeded in landing a headbutt on Mite's head.

'Ahhh.'
Mite groaned in pain as he grabbed his forehead.
After this collision Mite had backed away and was in pain. But Zhao Luo wasn't in any better state.
Zhao Luo's head was red because of the last contact between it and Mute's head.
'Let's not go for another headbutt.'
Zhao Luo decided as he raised his fists and rushed at Mite.
Thus the battle between Mite and Zhao Luo started officially.
"Senior~"
"Senior~"
"Zhao Luo, Zhao Luo, Zhao Luo~"
The chanting by the disciples who were supporting Zhao Luo and Mite had enveloped the whole training area.
On the ring.
Zhao Luo and Mite were exchanging blows fiercely.
One after another punches and kicks were being thrown at each other.
After they both had attacked the other around a hundred times in just a few minutes their speed had slowed down a little bit.
This was the moment when one mistake could prove to be fatal.
Mite threw his right fist at Zhao Luo's abdomen which was dodged by Zhao Luo who rotated his body towards the left. Thus letting Mite's punch fall in space unable to come in contact with the desired target.
Now Mite's chest was open and in reach of Zhao Luo's range if he kicked Mite's chest. So Zhao Luo took advantage of this posture.
'Opening.'
Zhao Luo thought as his rising right kick was directed towards Mite's chest.
'Thud.'
"You fell for it."
Mite grinned as he blocked Zhao Luo's kick by grabbing it with his left hand which was a tree trunk.
"You sure?"
Zhao Luo questioned Mite.
"????"
Mite was confused as he had already trapped Zhao Luo's motion by grabbing his right leg. 'So what is there to be unsure about?'
Mite thought as he could feel Zhao Luo using force through his right leg which was locked between Mite's thick hands.
"Hah, you won't get it free."
Mite said as Zhao Luo had used the force on his right leg which was like stuck in some wall to lift his body.
Zhao Luo used this force to kick Mite's chin with his left leg.
"Flash Kick."
Zhao Luo shouted as his left foot landed on Mite's chin with so much force that his grip on Zhao Luo's right leg had loosened.
Mite who had to bear the impact of Zhao Luo's 'Flash Kick' on his chin fell on his back on the ring floor.
Zhao Luo was quite satisfied with the outcome of the fight so far.
It looked nice to see Mite lying on his back eating the dust of the ring floor.

'Uff.'
Mite who had lost hold of his senses for a split second after being kicked in the chin groaned.
Mite tried to get up but his arms were wobbling but it wasn't just his arms.
His legs were shaking.
"What....?"
Mite was confused as this had never happened before.
Even though he was pushed down before but he had enough resistance that he always got back up.
So this was the first time Mite experiencing this. Experiencing his body not listening to him.
'Move dammit.'
Mite screamed inside his head.
He was in a crouching position which he was barely keeping up.
Zhao Luo was looking at Mite who had it hard to even stand properly now.
'A concussion.'
Zhao Luo thought.
Yes, that was what Mite had experienced just now.
"So ' Senior ' how did you like my flash Kick?"
Zhao Luo said as he moved towards Mite slowly while cracking his knuckles.
Zhao Luo had just named his simple summersault kick Flash Kick and it sounded cooler.
Just one kick was enough to bring Mite to his knees so Zhao Luo's confidence had surpassed another level as he moved directly at Mite.
Mite used all his willpower to stand somehow but the next thing he had to experience was a punch on his stomach.
Zhao Luo had thrown a punch at Mite who had just gotten up.
Without any strength to defend himself, Mite was thrown out of the ring platform.
Zhao Luo raised his arms declaring his victory.
This was short but a barbaric fight without any aesthetics of martial arts involved in the bout.
Both exchanged blows in the simplest ways possible. One attacked the other defended and so on till Zhao Luo used his flash kick which was the only highlight of their fight. That attack used the coordination and skills of Zhao Luo which ended up giving him victory over Mite.
The crowd of disciples was excited after seeing Mite being thrown out of the ring.
Those who were cheering for Mite were now tongue-tied over Zhao Luo's victory.
While those who were supporting Zhao Luo through their chants were very happy with the result.
"Zhao Luo, Zhao Luo~"
The whole Training Area had only one name that echoed around it and it was Zhao Luo's name.
While Zhao Luo was looking around the crowd Mite put his hand on the ring again.
This time he climbed on top of the ring with a sword in his hand.
"Mite you have already lost."
Zhao Luo told him with disdain in his stare as he looked at Mite.
"Shut up, now we fight for real. Go take a weapon if you want."
Mite shouted angrily at Zhao Luo.
He wasn't ready to give up just yet.
'How can I lose to a 'trainee disciple' when I am a '/||' level black badge outer disciple?'
Mite thought as he looked at his maks on the badge.
To gain these marks he had to train like hell and had to suffer like death. But what had changed over the years? How did he end up like this? Why was he losing to a Trainee?
Mote couldn't accept this at all so he grabbed the sword from the weapon rack and was now standing in front of Zhao Luo.
Zhao Luo was now facing Mite who was bent on not admitting his defeat. So Zhao Luo couldn't back off now.
Zhao Luo walked towards Mite as Mite took slow steps towards Zhao Luo.
'Tap.'
'Tap.'
'Tap.'
'Tap.'
All the disciples were silent.
They couldn't understand why Zhao Luo was walking barehanded towards Mite who had a sword in his hand.
'Is he going to fight barehanded?'
Many disciples were shocked including Mite.
He knew that Zhao Luo was strong but fighting an outer disciple without a weapon was a crazy act.
"I will kill you in one slash."
Mite made a ruthless announcement while looking at Zhao Luo.
Zhao Luo only shrugged his soldiers as he opened his mouth.
"IFRIT."
Zhao Luo called out the name of his sword.
All the disciples could see Zhao Luo pulling out a crimson sword from a subspace which was his storage space.
"What a beautiful sword."
A disciple said.
"It's so enchanting."
Another disciple admired the beauty of the sword in Zhao Luo's hand.
"Where did you get this?"
Mite asked Zhao Luo in shock as he had already made up his mind that he would be fighting with his sword against Zhao Luo who wasn't equipped with a weapon. But unfortunately for him, Zhao Luo pulled out a weapon suddenly.
"Hmm."
Zhao Luo didn't answer Mite as he rushed with his sword clumsily.
'Straight Slash.'
Zhao Luo called out the name of his attack as his sword came straight at Mite's head.
Mite raised his sword to block the attack.
"Ting~"
"Ack."
In the collision between them, Mite was pushed back.
'Pew.'
Mite was spitting out blood as the earlier collision had rattled his internal organs.
"Where is your one slash?"
Zhao Luo asked with a smirk.
The question caused Mite to spit another mouthful of blood.
