• The expert level will be attained when all the fourteen phalanges will be used by you to store your energy and then directing out the stored energy through all the five toes of each foot onto the medium. Thus allowing you to cover a distance of 100 meters in a single breath by only taking a single step."

In that moment of the second he pushed most of his strength through his ankles, raised his heel, and pushed back the dark space under his feet with his toes.

Zhao Luo released his static position and attacked his three apparitions.

He passed by his apparition before they could even blink.

They heard the slicing sound of swords but their swords were unmoved.

The apparitions who were half as strong as Zhao Luo couldn't even lift their swords.

Just a crimson red light and a ghastly dark line were left in front of their sights as Zhao Luo was already standing behind them.
