《Becoming God of a Dystopian World 》Chapter 159: Mastering the Bullet Fist of Yin and Yang

Zhao Luo felt overwhelmed by the difficulty of entering both planes at the same time.
"Even the bullet fist wasn't this hard."
He complained while remembering his four days of training.
Back then Zhao Luo could only feel the physical pain but now, whenever he failed to enter the calming or explosive fist plane on either one of his fists, it would affect his mind.
"But I won't give up!"
Zhao Luo said to himself.
No matter how depressingly difficult it got, he would still keep on trying.
Zhao Luo looked at his apparitions and realized that they were faring way better than him.
"I see. So the failure doesn't affect them at all."
Zhao Luo mumbled while watching his apparitions with a growing smile on his sweaty face.
His apparitions were like puppets once the task was given to them.
They would see the task to the end, no matter how many times they had to try for it.
Zhao Luo looked straight at the dark grey mountain.
"Huff, Fuh."
Zhao Luo started with slowing his breathing and calming his mind which helped a little in adjusting his mindset.
Everything happened in an instant as Zhao Luo was already someone who had the mental capability at the level of a Crimson God.
"Again."
"Bang!"
"Bang!"
"...."
"...."
Zhao Luo started punching the mountain again.
He punched twice, that is, his fist had connected to the mountain four times.
'I failed again.'
Zhao Luo mumbled as the first time he was only in the explosive fist plane and the second time he couldn't stop his right fist from entering the calming fist plane.
'No, I didn't fail. I am just slowly getting towards 'it'. And this is just the start.'

Zhao Luo changed how he was thinking of his failure.
After that, Zhao Luo continued punching the mountain while trying to enter both planes simultaneously.
---- ---- ---- ----
Hours later!
Zhao Luo could still be seen punching the mountain.
His fists looked rough but there were no cuts or anything on it.
Zhao Luo was looking down after suddenly stopping.
"It took me nine hours to achieve the lowest success...hahaha. I did it."
Zhao Luo said to himself as he pulled back his fists.
"Fuuu."
Slowly breathing out, Zhao Luo attacked the mountain with both of his fists at the mountain at the same.
The moment both of his fists touched the mountain surface.
"..." "BANG!"
Zhao Luo's left fist was in the calming plane and his right fist was in the explosive fist plane.
Confirming his success was indeed true and he had indeed learned it, Zhao Luo opened his mouth.
"Hahaha."
Zhao Luo laughed and couldn't hide his happiness.
He watched the mountain, but there was not a big change on it.
"Hmm, the color of the surface is different."
Zhao Luo mumbled as the spots where his fists had landed could easily be differentiated from the dark grey color mountain.
The dark grey spot where his explosive fist had landed was a little lighter now as though the color was fading off with the full strength of his fist that would come out at the moment of contact
While the place where his calming fist had landed was darker than before. It was transversing towards black from dark grey.
"A yin-yang sigil."
Zhao Luo identified that the changed color was actually making an image but it was barely defined.
Zhao Luo felt the changes in his body.

"I have definitely felt my energies fighting each other."
In the past nine hours of punching with both fists at the same time, Zhao Luo had gotten better at sensing the balance of his yin and yang.
"Explosive fists from both hands increase my explosive nature."
"While the calming fist does the opposite.
But both energies are balanced at a point and that is when I can barely perform the bullet fist of yin and yang."
"I need to train more."
Zhao Luo said while overgoing his growth.
Looking back at the mountain which looked twice as smaller than before after being punched at, for a quarter of a day, Zhao Luo pulled back his fists.
He threw both of his fists at the mountain multiple times.
More than twenty times. But he was only able to perform the yin and yang fist ten times.
"So I am on fifty percent success rate."
Zhao Luo rubbed his chin.
"I just need to train more."
Getting back to his stance, Zhao Luo started hitting the mountain like there was no tomorrow for them.
---- ---- ---- ----
15 more hours later.
Zhao Luo was still going at the mountain with his punches.
Both of his fists were bleeding.
Now each time his fists would fall on the mountain three things would happen.
'Crack.'
His knuckles would leave a cracking sound.
'Bang!'
'....'
His right fist would leave a sound and his left fist was soundless.
The last thing was a shining image of a round sigil that would appear on the mountain right after his fist would connect with it.
The half part of the round sigil would be white with a black dot in it while the other half would be black with a white dot.
"The image of yin and yang is clear now."
Zhao Luo said as he noticed the difference while having an exhausted look on his face.
Zhao Luo stopped his training and looked at his apparitions.
"They still can't do it."
Zhao Luo mumbled without being able to understand for his apparitions failing at this.
"It doesn't matter since I have already achieved the bullet fist if yin and yang."
"And all of their training will just strengthen my planes."
Zhao Luo walked towards his apparitions and absorbed them with swift action.
"Thud!"
Sitting on the dark floor with hard movements, Zhao Luo closed his eyes and recovered while the assimilation was happening inside his body.
----
After a few minutes, Zhao Luo slowly opened his eyes.
The look in his eyes was so strong and held a mysterious pressure that this look would even crush the spirit of his enemies.
"Let's give it a try."
Zhao Luo got up and walked towards the mountain.

A loose thread
The goddess picked him up. He tried to struggle free, but her grip only tightened. Eventually her thumb caught his head, pulling it backwards. He stared helplessly as she brought her free hand closer, revealing a small vial in her massive hand. She pressed it to his lips, and he felt the contents flow into him. He tried not to drink it, but his body would not listen. Despite his revulsion, his body ignored him by drinking deeply. "Drink and forget. I will give you everything you ever wanted. A loving family. A comfortable home. And then, " Her grip tightened, and forcing the air out his lungs. He coughed up the strange liquid and caused more to spill. “And then, you will pay for your defiance. On your twentieth birthday you will remember.” She pulled the vial away and turned him to look at her. “You will remember, just as everything you love is taken from you, right before your eyes…” Her voice trailed off and his world went dark. .... The above leads right into the story. The first chapter is a bit rough as the MC (a child at the time), hurts himself rather badly. I will try to include similar warnings on chapters as the story goes on, but I want to be up front that I may miss or forget things. Many of the tags are included so I can have flexibility writing the story. I am posting this largely to hold myself accountable to keep writing. Chapters will be short, but I am planning to post weekly. This is the first thing I have written (you've been warned). I am enjoying the story and I hope you will too. Please feel free to let me know what you think of the story as it progresses.
