《Becoming God of a Dystopian World 》Chapter 254: Collecting the Capsule

In the depth of the dread forest, two shadows could be seen, while one of them was being chased by the other furiously.
The one in the front belonged to Zhao Luo while the one behind him was obviously the leader of the flying monkeys.
The leader had a mad twisted look on its hairy face as if he was forcing himself to chase after Zhao Luo and couldn't wait to rip him apart.
On the other hand, Zhao Luo had a smirk hanging on his face like he was enjoying a picnic.
"Monkey, do you like me?"
Zhao Luo shouted while the monkey closed in on him once again just to be fooled by Zhao Luo's repeated tactic.
Zhao Luo moved away from the flying monkey, and
*Whistle*
The chase continued while a melodious sound escaped the curved lips of Zhao Luo.
The sound was set as the background music of this chase by Zhao Luo while the flying monkey was so mad at Zhao Luo that he was just a step away from his ripping off his own hair of his head.
'That's...'
Zhao Luo squinted his eyes while looking ahead.
An extraordinary shine that he had witnessed once before, but didn't give it much thought as at that time he was welcomed to the surface by the sight of an extremely beautiful girl.
'That's the tree.'
Zhao Luo realized that he had finally found the place where his capsule is buried.
Zhao Luo stepped up and ran even faster than before towards the direction of the tree.
The moment he was around twenty meters away from it, Zhao Luo lowered his body.
"Half Walk."
He leaped towards the direction of the tree and found the hole 'where he had come out from'.
'It's there.'

Zhao Luo mumbled as it was indeed right next to the tree.
Looking around the hole on the ground, Zhao Luo found it to be surrounded by golden bushes which weren't present before.
'They must have grown recently.'
He mumbled while landing back on the ground approximately 11 meters away from the tree and 10 meters away from the ground hole where his capsule was.
Not only the hole in the ground but even the tree next to it was surrounded by these one-meter tall golden bushes that would be blocking the sight of others from falling on the ground hole.
'It was nice that I jumped.'
Zhao Luo didn't forget to compliment himself right after realizing that he had reached the place which had changed slightly but the mysterious shine was something that he could never forget.
Zhao Luo looked back at the humanoid monkey and showed him a deep smile while bringing out his tongue slowly.
'This much should be enough.'
Zhao Luo stopped making faces at him as even he was getting tired of messing around with a beast who was a monkey no less.
Zhao Luo tried his best to offend it before turning back towards the tree and passing through the bushes to jump in the hole.
"Monkey boy, follow me~"
Zhao Luo's voice echoed out from inside the hole as he disappeared from the sight of the monkey.
"Ugaaa Bugaaa~"
The leader of the flying monkeys screamed in agony.
He had been 'unknowingly' mentally abused by a human who was an ant in his eyes.
The on the spot translation of the monkey's cry was, "imma rip you apart".
The next moment, the beast also leaped towards the hole to follow Zhao Luo.
"So you really followed me."
Zhao Luo said with a cold voice as he brought his face forward and looked at the head of the monkey which had just entered through the hole.

'...'
To the monkey's surprise, as he looked around after hearing the voice, he found Zhao Luo on his right, standing on a big root of the tree.
With nowhere to go, it tried to open its wings but because half of his body was still passing through the hole, that didn't happen.
Without being able to defend himself with the wings, the leader saw two fists coming at his face with lightning-fast speed and struggled.
Zhao Luo's fist aimed for its face while the leader of the flying monkeys was bringing its arm in front of its face after failing to open its wings.
The moment Zhao Luo's fist touched the arms of the flying monkey, a swarming black and white light covered its sight.
"Fist of Yin and Yang."
'Crack.'
Zhao Luo's fist pushed ahead and the arms of the monkey cracked inwards but this was just the tip of the power of Zhao Luo's fists.
The arms of the monkey caved in towards its face while crushing its skull as a moment later Zhao Luo's fists had blown off its face.
"Rest in peace monkey boy."
Zhao Luo mumbled while looking at the rest of the body of the headless leader which kept on falling after passing through the hole.
Zhao Luo also turned around and jumped off the thick root and landed on the mountain of rubble.
'Shizzzz.'
While sliding on the slope of this underground pyramid, Zhao Luo reached its base and looked around.
The first thing that entered his sight was the headless body of the leader of the flying monkeys.
A few steps away from it was an open capsule where Zhao Luo had slept comfortably for more than a century.
"There it is."
Zhao Luo hurried towards the capsule and the moment he reached it, he could see his handsome reflection on the glass of the capsule's door.
"Still as handsome as ever."
There were changes in his body and his looks but the one thing that remained the same was his handsomeness so Zhao Luo couldn't help but appreciate it.
He slid his fingers through his silver hairs and closed the door of the capsule with his other hand before storing it in the storage space of his robe.
"I should leave with the corpse since they could be looking for me while worrying for my safety."
Zhao Luo looked at the headless beast and even though he felt reluctant while going for it, he picked it up since the others would probably be searching for him, by now.

The Experimental Dungeon
Having all your memories erased and be reborn as a baby without any knowledge, or giving the job of managing a Dungeon without being its Core – a very easy decision for everyone, right? Right? Right? “I really should have remembered from all those fanfics and dungeon stories that those ROBs always screw with their mortal playthings” growls Claudia as she checked her Status for the umpteenth time. “How dare that... that...that manipulative thing did this to me… And no matter what extra options he gifts me with, I will NOT use them to create a hentai dungeon or anything like that” This will not be the usual dungeon core-type story found around here, but the main difference will only be explained in chapter 4 by the Dungeon Pixie. Also – despite the warning please don’t expect any explicit scenes in this story. The warnings are there because mature themes will be mentioned (and not only because the Higher Power provided some special options), but the MC is dead set on evading those options as she sees them as traps. So there are no explicit descriptions planned at all. If that changes I will give extra warnings in the chapter title, but I plan on handling things other ways. Later chapters might go a bit farther than the simple mentions in chapter 2, but don’t expect much more. Status Update 04. April 22 Writing Buffer used up, as said before I'm switching to one chapter a week on fridays. The new cover is the second placeholder, but what I really want will have to be commissioned and take a while. At least it is better than the map-part from chapter 4 that was the first placeholder.
