The others could clearly see the disappointment which was dropping from Zhao Luo's face just like how the water drops fall after someone splashes it on their face.
"Little Brother, are you disappointed?"
Senior Cutie questioned Zhao Luo with a mysterious smile on his face as though he had just come up with a sinister plan to use against Zhao Luo.
Zhao Luo who was aware of the meaning behind Senior Cutie's smile was already on guard.
"What else should she have said?"
Senior Cutie continued asking Zhao Luo.
"I was just saying because she didn't leave her name behind."
Zhao Luo looked away while answering Senior Cutie.
'Why am I feeling disappointed?'
Zhao Luo thought as he remembered the beauty of the Shen Sect.
"If that's the reason for your disappointment then don't worry. I know her name."
Senor Cutie told Zhao Luo while turning around and continuing on the way.
Zhao Luo followed behind Senior Cutie but wasn't able to see the smile on his face.
"So?"
Zhao Luo said to him as he walked beside him.
"So, what?"
Senior Cutie pretended to not know what Zhao Luo was asking him and fastened his pace.
'I get it.'
Zhao Luo thought as he realized that he may be getting fooled by Senior Cutie.
'He may not even know her name.'
Zhao Luo wondered as he stopped asking about the princess's name from Senior Cutie who himself had no idea about her identity.
The four continued on their way towards the exit of the Dread Forest as the journey till then continued with silence.
Both Pi Hao and Xiao Yu were on the back of Bimba with their eyes closed as they were already tired to the limit, while Zhao Luo walked side by side with Senior Cutie.

"Are you sure you don't want to know her name?"
"NO, I DON'T."
Zhao Luo replied to the whisper of the Senior Cutie as though he was only here to torture Zhao Luo.
'This guy.'
Zhao Luo almost smacked Senior Cutie's shiny rooftop but controlled his urges to do that as he had more important things to look on.
"We have completed four missions, right?"
Zhao Luo questioned them and Xiao Yu and Pi Hao also opened their eyes as they looked at Zhao Luo.
"We cleared the horde of Drift worms."
Xiao Yu said to them while Pi Hao patted the mountain of corpses behind him.
"The spies too."
"The leader is buried in there too."
Pi Hao pointed at the end of the corpses, that is, right above the back of Bimba.
"We also have the two hundred fruits."
Senior Cutie added right after Pi Hao, and Zhao Luo blinked as he was the one to strike down the leader of the flying monkeys.
"That means only the subjugation of Giant Rats is left."
Zhao Luo said to them.
While talking about the missions the exit of the forest was clearly in front of their eyes.
'It's already night out there.'
Zhao Luo realized the darkness that was spread out as far as he could see over the Sara Desert.
"The journey back to the sect will be hard."
Senior Cutie said with a cold tone.
"Why? It won't be as scorching hot as before."
Pi Hao said as he still remembered the hotness of the desert.
"No, Senior is right."
Zhao Luo said as he jumped out of the forest and landed on the sand.
"It's..."
Zhao Luo lowered his body and moved his hand past the sand.

"Too cold."
Zhao Luo said to them while getting up and looking ahead.
Under the moonlight, the vast desert looked like a horrifying sight and the chills that they would feel from time to time as the wind gust blew against them, would make their journey harder than in the daytime.
"Even though the journey will be hard, we need to reach the Sect before morning."
Senior Cutie told them as he also got on Bimba.
Since two of them were already exhausted to their limit and it was only Zhao Luo and Senior Cutie who were still able to face any danger that may come their way, so Senior Cutie's comment was understood by the other three.
"Nod."
Zhao Luo nodded and jumped on the sand lion as they continued towards the direction of the Xin Range.
Ten minutes later, somewhere in the middle of Sara Desert, Bimba could be seen running on the desert.
Even though it was carrying more than a dozen corpses, four bags, and, Zhao Luo and his brothers, its speed hadn't slowed down by much.
"TrTrTr."
While its speed remained unchanged, the same couldn't be said for Zhao Luo and the others as they were already trying their best to control themselves from shivering in the unbearable cold.
'It's too cold.'
Even Zhao Luo was rubbing his arms with his hands while trying to keep himself warm.
"We should sit closer to each other."
Even within the unbearable cold, Senior Cutie had a smile on his face as he gave them a bit of advice that could help them in keeping them warm.
"Yes. Senior Brother, you are truly a genius."
Pi Hao said to Senior Cutie as he could have never thought of such an idea.
"Genius?"
Zhao Luo looked at the baldy and thought otherwise and the four moved closer to each other as they sat back to back on top of Bimba.
A few moments later.
"Stop poking me."
Zhao Luo complained as he had been quiet for a while, as someone's finger had been hitting his back again and again.
"It wasn't me."
Since Zhao Luo hadn't said where he was getting poked from, Pi Hao and Xiao Yu both said together.
"It's Xiao Yu."
Senior Cutie whispered into Zhao Luo's ear since he was the one behind the act.
From the start, Senior Cutie just wanted to relieve his boredom, and sitting closer was just an excuse for him to go crazy.
'hmm.'
Zhao Luo couldn't believe Senior Cutie's words and slightly moved away from Xiao Yu and Pi Hao.

The Archaic Elements
A fantasy world, its own unique power-up system, some mystery aspects to make it look interesting and an MC that should make sense but well messes up, cause plot. Flashy fights. Characters will use their brain, unless it is an arrogant young master that needs to be taught a lesson. The starting is slow and maybe boring. The main MC does not desire great strength or harbor any great ambition. He starts out as a naive, lazy and a boring person. But the story does hold one aspect which will fuel the growth of our MC, which is his boundless curiosity for adventure and his will to explore. The second MC is a reincarnation/transmigration and he has a clear cut aim that he needs to achieve. His past life experiences also becomes a pillar that will help guide the main MC, while his friend also supports him. The writing is slow and steady. I will provide reasonings behind most happenings and keep it a logical story. It's a WIP as I edit the previous chapters even as I release more, so while the content doesn't change, the style and smoothness improve. The current release rate is 3 chapter/week. There is no specific date as I can get sidetracked or forgetful., but I will try to stick to Tues, Thurs and Sunday releases.
