Zhao Luo raised his hand and shook it.
"It's okay. He never attacked me and even told me about the person who ordered them to kill me."
Zhao Luo told them after which he got up and took the guard inside to place him on his bed before returning to the hall.
"Little Brother, you should have told us about that before."
Senior Cutie said in a complaining tone.
"It's okay. I was able to fend them off so there was no need to worry you all."
Zhao Luo replied to Senior Cutie who had a worried look on his face.
'Even he can make a face like that.'
Zhao Luo smiled while Senior Cutie looked troubled after listening to Zhao Luo.
'Just what I had feared.'
Senior Cutie thought while clenching his jaws so hard that a vein popped up on the shiny surface of his head.
"Did he tell anything about this Right Serpent?"
Xiao Yu asked Zhao Luo since that was the only clue related to the one who had orchestrated this attack on Zhao Luo.
"No. He suddenly lost his consciousness after telling me the name and since then, he has yet to wake up."
Zhao Luo recalled the bloodied guard but didn't tell them that.
Since it could lead to more questions like how he was still alive if he was bleeding from all of his eyes, nose, and mouth.
"Just stay clear from the people of the Royal Mo Family."
Senior Cutie advised Zhao Luo.
'Nod.'
Zhao Luo nodded but it looked like Senior Cutie had more things to say.
He had already guessed the reason behind Zhao Luo telling them this now.
"Don't worry about us. First, no matter who this Right Serpent is, he won't be able to do as he, please while we are inside the sect. Secondly, even if some disciples from the Mo Family attack us, they have to be stronger than us if they plan to beat us otherwise, it will be hell for them. And I will make sure to let them feel the burning of hell."
Senior Cutie told Zhao Luo with a serious tone while Pi Hao nodded his head multiple times.
"Hopefully, they don't attack us."
Zhao Luo was worried about whoever would be attacking them in the future since who knows what, Senior Cutie would do to them.
Listening to Zhao Luo worrying about the future enemies, Senior Cutie smiled and opened his mouth but before he could say anything, Zhao Luo continued.

"Now, we can advance to become an inner disciple."
Zhao Luo said to Pi Hao and Xiao Yu.
He and Senior Cutie already had the points to become an inner disciple but now Xiao Yu and Pi Hao were also ready.
"We can go to the inner hall in the evening."
Senior Cutie added since it would be a waste to stay in the outer hall for any longer.
Senior Cutie took out the flask which had the vitality pills and took out all of them.
"One, two, three....nine."
"Hmm, there are nine so someone will get three."
After counting the pills, he looked up and said to Zhao Luo and the other two.
"I don't need them, you can distribute between yourself."
Zhao Luo said to Senior Cutie which was a shocking rejection for others but bot for Senior Cutie.
"Good so you have chosen your hair over these pills."
Senior Cutie said to Zhao Luo while bringing up his made-up story to compare Zhao Luo's choice.
"Hah."
Zhao Luo scoffed at him while both Xiao Yu and Pi Hao got three vitality pills.
"I earned 105 gold in a day."
Zhao Luo mumbled while passing over the fruits to the others.
"They are like snack bars too."
He said while looking at the two pink fruits that were his.
The internal energy fruits were only able to replenish the internal energy which may be useful to Zhao Luo later on once he can gather internal energy.
"Store."
Zhao Luo brought one of the fruits close to his robe but it still wasn't stored.
'I guess, I need to wait for the tree's lingering energy to completely dissipate.'
Zhao Luo smiled while thinking about the words of Elder Gay.
'I would have washed them if he hadn't told me not to.'
While Zhao Luo was busy in his thoughts Pi Hao and Xiao Yu already had their eyes closed with their fruits placed in front of them.
'Did they fall asleep?'
Zhao Luo wondered and looked at Senior Cutie who also had his eyes closed.
'I guess they were too tired but still came with me.'
Zhao Luo murmured while closing his eyes too.
-
In a dark space, the sound of destructions and explosions which had been rising continuously for more than a day because of the fight between Zhao Luo's ghost and his apparitions, finally came to a stop as Zhao Luo appeared right in between of the battlefield.

Zhao Luo opened his eyes and laughed as he looked at the haggard appearances of the ghost and the apparitions.
"Good."
"Come."
Zhao Luo couldn't wait to assimilate his apparitions as he had already ordered them to gather around him.
The next moment, the nine apparitions were standing in front of Zhao Luo.
Zhao Luo opened his mouth and all of them seeped inside him through the entry of his mouth.
Zhao Luo sat down and closed his eyes as he directed all of his focus into assimilating his upgraded apparitions who had been working hard for more than a day with the extremely cruel instructor, the ghost, who was a mirror image of Zhao Luo.
The ghost slowly disappeared, since Zhao Luo's power had started increasing.
An hour passed, and Zhao Luo's eyes were still closed.
He had no idea that someone was looking at him with smiling eyes
"He has gotten better at this."
The old man said while looking at the twitching face of Zhao Luo.
He couldn't help but remember the time when his student was foolish enough to think that he had to bite his apparitions to absorb them.
"Even though he is still a foolish one and dumber than anyone I have ever met in the godly world...."
Old Man stroked his beard while talking shit about Zhao Luo as he compared Zhao Luo to the people of his world.
"He js persistent than most of them."
Something which could be considered as a compliment came out of the old man's mouth as he looked at the handsome face of Zhao Luo which had calmed down.
"I should reward him."
The old man thought but then shook his head.
"He already has me. That's his best reward."
In an extremely serious tone, the old man said as he felt jealous of Zhao Luo.
Only if Zhao Luo wasn't busy assimilating his apparitions, he would have definitely cursed his master.
A few hours later, Zhao Luo suddenly opened his eyes.
'I can't stop it.'
Just like an urge a person gets when he has to pee, Zhao Luo was also going through something similar.
Like a guy who had been building up his muscles for years can't help show them off, Zhao Luo couldn't stop himself from letting out a warcry.
"Ahhhhhhhh."
Zhao Luo screamed in a manly manner which continued for more than two minutes.
"I felt like my hair would grow out and turn blonde if I hadn't screamed like this."
Zhao Luo said with a smile while clenching his fist multiple times.
He could feel the changes in his body. Not only he felt mote stronger than before but it felt like his sword and fist techniques had been polished to perfection.
"I can't wait to try them."
Zhao Luo said while opening his mouth to summon his apparitions.
"Sigh~"
Zhao Luo stopped as the sound of someone feeling disappointed entered his ear.
"Stop making a fool of yourself and get up."
The old man said to Zhao Luo.
"Yes, master."
Zhao Luo hurriedly got up and turned towards the old man.
He had a smile on his face as he could have never imagined that he would be able to see his master in his dark space so soon.
"You have trained well in the time I wasn't with you."
The old man said which instantly brought a deeper smile to Zhao Luo's face.
Zhao Luo bowed his head and spoke.
"Thank y-"
"Did you think I would say that? When you have slacked off like this? Even a dog would have become stronger than you in this much time after receiving my direct teachings."
Zhao Luo stumbled back as the old man suddenly exploded with words that were like bullets aimed at Zhao Luo's pride.
But instead of refuting his master's claim, Zhao Luo who had completed the dragon's road stayed calm.
"I even became the king of the outer hall with my strength and it still isn't enough. Just how strong and talented are the people of master's world that even a dog would have improved more than me? Am I worse than even a dog?"
Zhao Luo shouted crazily as though the old man's words had struck a chord in his heart. The old man believed Zhao Luo's reaction since it wasn't like there were only gods and emperas in his world.
There must be their descendants who would be training just like him to reach the level of a god. Just like there were descendants of gods, there were smaller beasts who also aimed to become strong but just in a different way.
Looking at the disappointed expression on Zhao Luo's face, the old man found it hard to hide his blooming smile as his long snow-like beard dance along with the twitching of his mouth.
'He has changed.'
The old man thought while feeling proud of his student.

"Nic - the main character - is an ambitious, hyper-competitive perfectionist, and the story fortunately handles him correctly in that it does not push these traits too far." -Akaso ★★★★★This is a good one! "This is one of those stories where you read the first few paragraphs and can just tell that the author has the chops to tell a story. It's engaging and the rules are well thought out and clearly explained. The action is punchy and exciting. Anyway, read it." -HonourRae In the future, everything is a game.
