...Strangely, as I made this, I realized just how many named characters I have, hahaha. If I'm forgetting anyone major, let me know. There are also some non-named characters I have mentioned, that I would consider making a POV from for a few pages, just to show their perspective on the Ghosthound, Donnyton, the system, etc.

Whereas the show focuses on Wallace, Timon and Pumbaa, some episodes center respectively on Rafiki and the hyena trio Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed, named Rafiki Fables and The Laughing Hyenas, and two episodes tell the backstory of Zazu. Simba will be in episodes around them too.
