《Isoptera》Status Update and Explanation

I decided I would tone down on the system aspect of the story, i.e the tables and all that. So I'll only be adding in any important notifications or changes to the character's status. I already added all the unassigned stat points but if you would enjoy that to still be a part of the story let me know down below. And also for those who are interested in how I calculate values about the table you could find that right below this.
These are only how the stats apply to the 8 termites by the way, as the numbers not in a bracket are the base values for a Cleial Isopteran (Champion)
Health Points: 10 + ( The total Vitality * 10)
Stamina Points: 30 + (The total Endurance * 10)
Mana Points: It's a fixed value of 10 so far and only 15 for Crete because his titles and achievements cause him to be bigger than the average termite so his mana core is bigger as well. But in the future, it would be the base, i.e whatever it is now + the average of Intelligence, Will, and Spirit. I don't want to spoil it, but there needs to be a trigger before that could happen.
Spirit Energy: 5 + (The total Spirit * 2)
Experience Points: it increases by a factor of 50% after the first level up in Tier 2 creatures. Although it was 100% per level for Tier 1 creatures until level 5.
Skill levels just depend on repetition so far but if you guys would appreciate a metric to measure progression I could add that in.
