I frowned. ‘That’s not my shit.’

“Then whose shit is it?” Kearan shot back.

‘It’s not a shit!’

“It is a shit!”

‘It’s not a shit!’

‘It’s not a shit! Look closer!’

“Why would I want to look closer at your shit?”

‘It’s not my shit!’

“Then who’s shit is it?”

‘Trust me, it’s not a shit!’

“It’s clearly a shit!”

‘It’s not a shit! It’s a seed!’

“That’s not a seed, it’s a shit!”

‘It isn’t a shit, look closer!’

Kearan tentatively picked up the seed. “It might just be a hard shit.”

Oh for fu- ‘It’s. Not. A. Shit. It’s a seed.’

“So you’re saying your shit is a seed?”

‘It’s not a shit! How many times do I have to tell you?’ I was at my wits end.

“Oh.” He said, as if only realising it now. “So it isn’t a shit, after all.”

I groaned. ‘Yeah, no shit.’

He frowned. “So it is a shit?”

‘No!’ I was practically screaming by now. ‘It’s not a shit. It’s a seed. I used a skill called ‘Germinate’.’

He nodded slowly. “Let me get this straight. You shit out seeds.”

‘No- I mean, yes, but-’ Urgh. I wanted to facepalm so bad. ‘It’s a skill.’
