《I indeed don't know how to cultivate》chapter 12 A Fish

Zhang Jian's face changed as he looked the strange beauty would hit himself.
Slightly turned, Lin Xi brushed past Zhang Jian, and somehow, she did not loosen her hands.
Noting this, Zhang Jian thought, it seems that she is doing wrong things with good intentions.
Initially, Zhang Jian was in front of Lin Xi. Now the position had changed. Instead, Zhang Jian held the fishing rod at the end of the fishing rod, and the other hand wrapped around Lin Xi's waist.
Lin Xi also realized it but couldn't break free from the fishing rod. The fishing rod was robbing away the qi from her body continuously.
"Damn it! It's not really a trap in the human world, is it? Am I really too impulsive?"
Zhang Jian was also anxious.
"This... this kind-hearted miss, don't be stunned. You plant your feet, tighten your belly, and tense your back, and pull hard!"
After hearing Zhang Jian's words, Lin Xi somehow subconsciously chose to believe.
Pull, pull ...
From the initial maladjustment to the familiarity after, Lin Xi had followed the rhythm of Zhang Jian entirely and enjoyed fishing.
"It's just a dying counterattack."
Gradually, the great force from the fishing rod weakened, Lin Xi, who didn't know how to fish at all, knew that victory was ahead.
As a senior angler, Zhang Jian knew that the much probability of winning was now in his hands, then he pulled the rod hard.
"Time is up! Do your best!"
They then pulled the fish line. It was a huge darkfish more than a foot long, with its scales gleaming dark light.
Lin Xi was taken aback as seeing the true face of the darkfish. She fell onto the ground with a weakness of her feet because what Zhang Jian pulled up from the river was her most powerful old enemy.

Or rather, her natural enemy.
She had been suppressed for decades yet wouldn't be able to defeat it.
The fish had a magnificent mien and a marvelous evil spirit.
Noticing the shock and fear in Lin Xi's eyes, Zhang Jian rubbed his head and had some doubts.
"The fish here ... they are all like this?" It was definitely different from his previous life. He had no idea what kind of fish it was.
Lin Xi was stuck on the spot, stunned and silent, roaring in her mind, "He ... intended to catch such a fish at the outset!"
The devil darkfish seemed to be helpless and took a look at Lin Xi with humanized resentment, then the qi in Lin Xi began to storm!
A looming evil spirit rose out of the fish's body and went straight to Lin Xi.
Her hair stood on end. The demon spirit was obviously to loot her body. If successful, her soul would be annihilated and her body would belong to it.
There was no escaping it.
“Am I doomed to die here?“ She closed her eyes in despair.
A figure popped up in front of her by the fraction of a second.
Zhang Jian did not understand why this plump woman fished so hard was like a big war, even collapsed on the ground sweating profusely.
"Are you all right?"
Lin Xi was undoubtedly fine.
She saw that the evil of the Ascension Stage longed to turn around crazily when it saw Zhang Jian. Unfortunately, the brakes didn't work.
The spirit disappeared instantly without a trace when hitting Zhang Jian's body as if a snowflake sprinkled into hot water.
Lin Xi was really intimidated this time.
"Fishing for the devil fish at the Ascension Stage, the iron-solid soul... He is the peak of the Ascension Stage ... even a bigshot at the level of Immorts and Buddhas!?"

Looking at Lin Xi still stuck silly, Zhang Jian frowned.
"Was she frightened by a fish?"
He left her alone for a while and counted the sum of fish he caught. The fish here was fresh, delicious, and wild, but almost of them were extremely ugly.
Picking up the fish on the hook, Zhang Jian found that it was supposed to be the king in the river.
Zhang Jian was complacent and ready to finish up.
Lin Xi had thought that she probably had been illusioned.
How could there be devil fish in such a river, even at the Ascension Stage!
Looking at Zhang Jian, who turned his back on her and packed his fishing tackle, Lin Xi channeled the qi in her body and observed him again.
As before, Zhang Jian was an ordinary person without qi in his body.
