I Headed over to Mama Louise’s with Elysif. I didn’t really have any leads on this werewolf and with Scott busy with other things I decided that the next best bet would be her. To be honest I was scared of heading over there, but I still needed help. Plus I didn’t know of anyone else other than Iscarat and Elysif that I could ask. Tim was also out of the question. He would probably just refuse to answer my questions and leave me to my own devices.
Speaking of Tim, I wanted to ask about the masked man and why Tim didn’t want me to meet him. When I was unconscious Tim was acting like the masked man was a threat to me or something but wouldn’t elaborate. It was almost as if Tim was excited when the masked man arrived.
“Whatcha thinking about?” Elysif asked while giving me a concerned look.
“...oh, nothing much. I was just wondering about the masked man.”
“You know if you keep thinking about stuff like that you're going to age faster.”
“Well my hair is already grey, all I would need is some wrinkles.”
“You really have started acting more and more like Scott haven’t you.”
“How so?” I asked, a little surprised at her remark.
“You’ve gotten sassier since I first met you.”
“And you haven’t tried to dissect me as much as you did when we first met.”
“Would you like me to?” she asked with a glimmer in her eyes.
“No.”
“Aww, you’re no fun.”
“Anyways, how do you think Scott is doing?”
“...”
“Elysif?”
“He’s probably doing fine.”
“What does he do to remember?”
“I don’t think he does it to remember, I believe he does it to forget.”

“Why do you think that?”
“Well, he still hasn’t forgiven himself for killing all the werewolves.”
“But I thought they killed his wife?”
“No, only a few killed his wife, but he didn’t know which ones so he found every werewolf he could. Man, woman, and child. He slaughtered them all just so he could make sure that the ones who killed Silva were dead.”
“How long ago was that?”
“Five years ago, and every year he sets up a memorial for every single one of them.”
“I can see why he hasn’t forgiven himself.”
“He believes that the runes he had Iscarat put on his body so that he could kill them all is his punishment that he will bear until he dies.”
“So is that why you didn’t think that he would go after this werewolf?”
“Yes.”
I looked around to see that we had almost arrived at Mama Louise’s. I really didn’t want to go in but I needed the information that she might have. Elysif walked up to her front step and let herself in without any hesitation. I followed behind with a grumble. Inside a succubus walked up to Elysif and I. She was scarcely dressed and had short black hair that matched her clothes. I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable. Elysif noticed and elbowed me in the side before asking the succubus where we could meet with Mama Louise. We were then guided to the back room where Mama Louise was enjoying a cup of tea.
