Silva snuck around the boat and away from the rest of the men. She wanted to attack the robed man first since he seemed to be their leader. She could handle the others after she took him out. However that wasn’t going to be very easy. He had walked onto a platform above where the sacrifice had occurred which allowed a full view of the lower level of the longhouse.

She was in a good spot though. By the time he had started walking up to the top of the platform she had made it near the stairs and had hidden behind a crate. She slowly snuck up the metal stairs trying to not let them creak as she did. The sound of the men unloading the crates though covered up whatever sound she made. At the top of the platform the robed figure was standing over a set of documents on a metal desk.

“Welcome! I didn’t think I left any crumb trail with this operation but I guess we all make mistakes.” the robed figure said in a female voice before turning around to face Silva.

“Was I that easy to detect?” Silva replied.

“I had thought I felt something but it wasn’t until you came up here that I really felt your magic.”

“So you can sense magic? What I would expect from someone so high up in the Agency.”

“How much do you know, Silva?”

“I know you’re a higher up in the Agency, also if you know my name then I should know you personally.”

“So you don’t know who I really am?”

“Why don’t you find out for yourself.” Silva said as she charged at the figure. Drawing her blade she swung it in an upward motion. The tip of the blade missed the figure's shoulder by only a few centimeters as the figure stepped to the side. Silva swung in a diagonal motion to try and hit the robed figure again.

As she swung out a blade that was at least seventeen centimeters thick shot up from the ground floor of the longhouse and through the platform they stood on. Silva jumped back as soon as it pierced the platform and barely avoided the blade. The robed figure walked towards the edge of the platform and shouted.

“We have an intruder! Kill her at all costs!” the figure yelled before turning back to Silva. “I have no more need for this body. They will finish you off so I bid you farewell.” and with that statement the figure snapped its own neck. The mask it wore fell off revealing the face of a now dead woman even younger than Silva with tears stained on her face. The same blue fire that had burned up the people before spiraled around her from below and swallowed everything down to the bones. The mask which she wore was taken by the fire as well.

The men which had been unloading crates until a few moments ago ran up the platform to see Silva. As they did each of them grew harrier along with fangs and claws. The wolf-like form of each of them was enough to send most into a panic. Silva however ran to the opposite side of the platform in which the werewolves were on and jumped onto the vessel they had been unloading. She then jumped from there to a stack of crates and down those like a gigantic staircase.

Once on the ground floor she ran towards the door she had come through originally. The werewolves charging after her on all fours leaving very little room for her to get away. One of the werewolves jumped right above her. Silva jabbed her blade over her head, impaling the werewolf through the neck. It fell behind her desperately trying to howl before turning into the ash like dust.

The others were not far from her as she ran through the streets. She ducked between unlit alleyways and around street corners in hopes of slowing her pursuers. They were far superior when it came to tracking prey though. They were right behind her the entire time only leaving small gaps between them in which she had no time to catch her breath.

Throughout the wharf people were being awoken by the howling of wolves mixed with the barking of dogs. Yet very few if any people saw the werewolves in their monstrous size because of how quickly they were chasing Silva. She dove into an alley filled with garbage and rotting fish which threw the beasts off her trail for a moment.

Once she thought they were gone she charged out the other side of the alley. A werewolf that had been watching from the rooftop saw her though and recognized who she was. He howled in response, causing every other one in the area to come to him. Two of them came up by Silva and jumped at her. She slit one's throat but the other ripped it’s teeth into her arm. She jabbed at it with her blade and impaled it through the lung, causing it to let go and gasp for breath before turning into the ash along with its comrade.

She wasn’t given much more time before three more came at her. She gritted her teeth as they ripped at her flesh. Her blade desperately trying to cut them but even more came at her until all of them left standing had each taken a bite out of her. Her corpse was nothing more than a pile of flesh and bone which couldn’t even be identified as human.

“Noooo!” Scott cried out as ran towards the mass of human remains. He couldn’t identify her body but the sword which was now stained in her blood and the ring he had given her lying on her limp finger was all he needed to see in order to know it was her. The werewolves each fled away since there was no need for them to kill him. They hadn’t been told to so they didn’t even bother.
