《The Supernatural Case of an Accidental Time Traveler》Not Forgotten - Part 035

Scott readied himself but it was too late. Even with his speed and strength enhancements his cognitive awareness was the same. The lycanthrope hit so hard and fast it sent him crashing through the door. As he got up the wolf man lunged at him with incredible force, creating a small shockwave. Scott barely had any time to react as he was struck again.
All the children that were playing before started to run and hide in order to avoid being caught in the fight. The wolf man swung his arm at him again, shredding his robe and sending a small amount of blood to the floor in a spray. Scott stood there unable to move nor unable to speak. It was obvious who had won so the children came back out of their hiding places and slowly ran up to the old lycanthrope.
"You did good kid. I don't think what you did was right but I understand why you did it. With the amount of blood you've lost I would say that you have an hour before you die. I suggest you go home and die peacefully." The old wolf man said as he picked up one of the children.
Scott still didn't move. His body couldn't fall and he didn't have much strength to stand in the first place. The runes which now lined his body began to glow a shade of green as if giving him back some strength. "No…"
"What? Are you still wanting to fight?"
Scott charged at him so quickly it seemed like he teleported and struck him in the jaw. The force sent him and the child he was holding flying back. Scott was going berserk without any care for who or what got in his way. It seemed nothing could calm him down as he rampaged. Blood splattered everywhere from all of the children.

The wolf man laid horrified by the sight of all the children's bodies being turned into a wall of crimson. He told the child he was holding to run and got up to face the monster of a human. However, Scott was so fast that he could only pick him out for a split second at a time.
"You bastard!" He yelled before he felt a slight stinging sensation in his neck. He seemed to feel weightless as he watched his own body fall to the floor. His head fell in the other direction. He had been decapitated before he could even realize it.
The runes on Scott's body slowly stopped glowing as he calmed down and became more aware of what happened. The pool of blood at his feet made the entire building smell of iron and it sickened him. He threw up in response to the horrendous sight before him as well as his body rejecting the amounts of tension that was just put on him. His muscles were sore and the bleeding from where he was clawed had stopped.
It seemed that much of his muscle fibers were on the verge of tearing. He screamed in agony as his body was suddenly in more pain than he had ever felt in his life. Falling to the floor he desperately crawled on his belly to the room he was in before and out the door. Upon exiting the building he crawled across the ground to a nearby alley. Continuing on he slowly made his way to the edge of the block before losing consciousness.

Scott sat before Erin who was patiently waiting for his answer. "... I… I killed them out of anger. My wife had been killed by a few of them and I was desperate to find the killers. When I would ask I would be attacked so I replied by attacking them back. I killed all of them and when I arrived here I was desperate to find the killer and the one watching over this place attacked me for it. I lost control and killed everyone in sight. I'm sorry it's such a selfish reason. You will never be able to forgive me so please just kill me."

"I am not going to kill you. I want you to suffer and personally I think that letting you live with all that regret would fit perfectly."
"You are a lot wiser than you appear."
"However, letting you live would also leave me suffering from knowing that you can still find redemption and peace eventually. I'll just watch you as you suffer from your runes until you finally die."
"Seeing as I only have four hours left that would be fitting."
"Yes, an unbearable pain will soon come over you and then I can watch you writhe."
"True but I would consider arming yourself just in case."
"Do you think that you break free from those bindings? They're made from magically enforced platinum. Cost me quite a lot but will definitely hold you."
"You are correct but what I'm referring to is my apprentice and little sister. They may act like a couple of daft cunts but they are smart enough to find me."
"So you think they will come and save you?"
"Perhaps, I may die before that happens but you wouldn't want them getting in the way of that."
"You really want to die that badly. I guess I should thank you for the warning then."

Petmaster Evolutions
This is a story about an ordinary earthling that sees the impossible and because of that gets kidnapped and introduced the the system called Odyssey which infects planets with mana to create monsters. This story will follow his journey through his trials. I do not believe in overpowered so I will not allow the MC to get to god mode. Since I started writing, the story has evolved some from chapter 1 on through as some stuff just did not make sense and in my mind the story has become clearer. Eventually I will have to go back and edit the beginning chapters to match the rest of the story but I do not have time at the moment. I will update as often as possible but I work full time, school full time, and have a 18 month old and an infant. I make no promises on time between new chapters. Honestly I did not expect people to follow the story and I just wanted to write for the fun of it and to see how the story that was running around in my head came out. I appreciate all of you who take the time to read my story and help me make it better by pointing out any mistakes I make. The only editing and proofreading I manage to do is the word app Grammarly so I miss things sometimes.

Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia
"Why are my hands getting warmer?" As far as Alicia was concerned, she was the daughter of a rich businessman attending high school. Then, she feels off and at the same time, she's not. One week later, her best friend brought her to another world(s). This is Alicia Bell's tale. 1st book written in the Wizards of the Otherworldly series. Wizards of the Otherworldly Court is a fantasy story about the Otherworldly Court, an inter-dimensional (or world-hopping, you get the idea) organization made up of people of all ages, gender, and race from many parallel or different worlds. They are granted elemental-like magic powers and called themselves 'Court Wizards'. They are tasked to watch over the many worlds they come across and step into these worlds on 'missions' to preserve the balance, life, order, anything to make said worlds better places in the shadows but may reveal themselves if necessary. However, these missions may partially or even fully oppose their nature, personal interests, and ideals. Yet, most of the Court Wizards are aware and willing to complete even the worst missions that would shatter their true selves that they will never cast aside regardless, either growing or regressing because of it. Basically, it's isekai to multiple worlds but each book after Wizards of the Otherworldly Court: Alicia focuses primarily on one world while also discussing its lore in detail. Book Alicia is the introduction containing the essential worldbuilding of the Otherworldly Court universe you need to know while shoving in as many characters and worlds as I can. Also, each book will have a different main character, sometimes more than one in a single book, like Jojo. Crossposted with Wattpad, WordPress, Sufficient Velocity, and Rainobu.
