Chapter 57: Time skip
*Congratulations you received: Rank C Jutsu: Wind Release: Great Breakthrough, Hunting talent - medium, Rank A Summoning Jutsu: Quintuple Rashomon*
'Not bad' I thought, as I was slightly excited by the talent I was about to get but before that, I checked the description of the two skills.
Wind Release: Great Breakthrough: a Rank C Jutsu that uses wind transformation and allows the user to breathe wind from their mouth blowing away anything in front of them. The power varies significantly depending on the user's skill level which depends heavily on the use of the lungs and how strong they make the winds which are related to the amount of chakra used during the execution of the Jutsu. Cost minimum 400 Chakra.
Summoning Jutsu: Quintuple Rashomon: This is a Rank A summoning Jutsu that allows the user to summon up to five Rashomon gates, each having a very strong defense, the higher the level of the skill the lower the chakra cost of each gate will be. Cost 4000 Chakra per gate.
'The Great Breakthrough Jutsu seems to rely on the physical qualities of the body as much as chakra qualities but I believe it fits me perfectly with how strong my organs are; thanks to both Kurama's inheritance and the body strengthening pill I ate when I first came to this world so I can't wait to try it'
But then I frowned at the summoning Jutsu and thought ' I already have pretty big Chakra reserves yet I could only summon two gates, I need to raise the level of this Jutsu if I want to use it'
Next, I looked at the main thing I was waiting for. The medium hunter talent! And I quickly used it and the moment I did I felt my already sharp senses becoming much stronger and I developed something I didn't have before... the instincts of a hunter!
'This system is making me more and more scary' I thought as I looked at the ground and quickly understood some traces left by animals, who they belonged to, and how to track them and I believe that I can set traps even faster now and how to avoid them which is always a plus in this very dangerous world.

Done with checking my rewards I finally went back to the Uchiha compound and found that the atmosphere was grim and the air was heavy as I saw even more corpses being laid down on the ground.
'Those are probably the members of the Uchiha police force that died during the previous chaos. What a mess, there are more than 20 people dead mostly Genins or Chunins' I thought with a frown plastered on my face as I walked through this hell until I found Tekka along with Itachi and Shisui trying to manage the situation until Fugaku's return.
They noticed me but didn't say anything as they were busy and I didn't either and went directly to my house...
-Time skip no Jutsu one month later-
The village was still grieving about the losses they just suffered reminding them of how cruel the world they lived in was, especially the Uchiha since they suffered the most.
During this month, many significant things happened. I raised my level and I received a report from Fugaku about the spies involved in this mess and it shocked me to know that they discovered some of the remains of the land of the sky involved in this too.
They used something that provokes the negative emotions of a person and makes him act on them but I barely remembered what it was from my previous memories because I didn't watch the full Naruto movie about the land of the sky and Zero tail and only heard of them.
As for the clans, According to the report; there used to be more than 50 families and clans in Konoha (Not counting individuals like Tsunade for example because she doesn't have a family or clan so they aren't counted and only counted as an individual ninja).
The majority of these over 50 clans and families are civilians like the Izumo, Haruno, Inari, Akame, Muraboshi, etc... Some of these civilian families have ninja like the Muarboshi's, Kosuke who is famous as the strongest Genin.

Next, there are the small families, these families have at most one Jonin or special Jonin members and some Chunins and Genins like the Hagane, Yuhi, and so many others.
Next, there are the medium families, these families have at least one Jonin or special Jonin members and many Chunins plus they have some businesses they rely on and strong secret Jutsus like the Aburame, Akimichi, Nara, Yamanaka, etc...
And finally, there are the big families, these families have multiple Jonins or in some cases Kage level Ninjas like the Sarutobi, The Hyuga, and The Uchiha.
The Shimura, Utatane, and Mitokado clans were only considered medium-sized clans because their main strength was in their financial power but they always lack in ninja, especially the Shimura clan as Danzo would never allow someone to emerge to take away his position as clan head...
Now according to the report Fugaku sent me, first there were 7 deserting clans; 4 medium (Shimura, Mitokado, Utatane, Sakata) and 3 small, and in the incident that happened recently 4 more clans rebelled being the Tatami and Namiashi along with the small Uzuki and Tobitake clans.
The rest are individual ninjas and ninjas from civilian families that were easily moved by this 'noble' cause or roped into it by their friends, some of them, of course, weren't moved at all as they were spies from other hidden villages.
Most casualties happened because the ninjas from Konoha weren't expecting their previous comrades to attack them viciously without even talking and only in some cases would they surrender without a fight but even in those cases not every one of them ended well as sometimes those surrendering ninja would explode causing many casualties and damage because of hidden explosives implanted in them by what they thought were their friends.
Of course, this was the specialty of the spies from Iwa.
In other cases, people from Konoha would end up killing the surrendering people because they were manipulated or maybe spies directly causing more and more enmity to build up.
I made sure to memorize the methods used in the report and all of the spies discovered and suspected until the time to correct this situation arrives...
However, this wasn't the only thing that happened during this month as unfortunately the news that I was yearning for didn't arrive as Jiraiya couldn't find Tsunade in this short amount of time so he was instructed instead to keep an eye on the movements of the other lands as well as the Akatsuki as he was the best information gatherer Konoha had.
Even though Konoha didn't directly spy on the hidden villages, they spied on the lands they occupy so they have developed spy network in this area.
Meanwhile, Mukai too failed on finding Tsunade so I instructed him to come back to Konoha a week before and he's been teaching me some Taijutsu and how to better take advantage of a Dojutsu since then.
After all, even though he didn't have a Sharingan. With one Byakugan he achieved wonders, if he had two, god knows what he could do as for if he awakened it even more ... this was a man as talented or even more talented than Itachi, that's how scary he is.
During this month I didn't slack at all on my training and I also finally got some good news from both Kushina and Minato.
The preparations to unseal Kurama were ready!

Hawkin. Bronze Ranked Brewer.
07/11/2022 Update: We're currently at the end of the 7th arc, out of 10. My plan is to continue to publish a chapter at least 4-5x a week for the next few months. Synopsis: Hawkin found his place in the world, far from humans and monsters. He abandoned the adventuring life long ago and left civilization, opting for peace and isolation instead. After ten years out in the northern forests, he befriends a strange creature and his life changes. A traveling trio of monks then show up in Hawkin's woods and share with him the best beer he's ever had. After that beer, Hawkin wants to do nothing but accept the brewer's path and brew. This story is intended to be slow and easy. It involves a slow progression of power and brewing more powerful beers. There is occasional conflict. Thanks for reading, and I really hope this story relieves a bit of stress from your days. Note: I'm behind on Audio, but I hope to catch up soon. Linked Audio is always free. Unchained from her fate, what will happen to Fiffil the Goblin, and what role does she play in her otherworldly patron’s mysterious game? Cancelled/Hiatus unless I can somehow figure out how to fix the corner I wrote myself into.

Thief of Time
[Participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] Book 1: The Legend of Tot Synopsis: Claud Primus, a self-declared master thief, has a simple goal. To live forever. It's a rather easy task, for miraculous objects called lifestones are able to extend one's lifespan. These lifestones are best found in the treasuries of nobles, lovely resorts that Claud pays a visit to every so often. Unfortunately, one of those nightly visits go awry, and Claud is forced to escape with just a single lifestone and a box in hand. Normally, that's when things die down. The guards yawn, the gates close, and the night continues. But this time, the night isn't that forgiving. A dozen schemes result in the murder of someone important, and with a convenient scapegoat — Claud — at hand, it doesn't take long for him to be framed as a heinous criminal, wanted for the indirect murder of someone high up...and it just gets worse from there. Book 2: The Moon Lords' Rise Synopsis: As ordered chaos sweeps across Licencia, Claud leaves for Julan Barony, intent on making some profits there. Accompanied by the erstwhile heiress of Julan, a fellow member of the Moon Lords, the two plot against the barony's wealth...as well as a promise to bring about its downfall. Meanwhile, back home, the Moon Lords have busied themselves with digesting their gains. Eyes, however, are beginning to turn to this proverbial fish in a small pond. The fishermen are coming. When they cast their hook, what will Dia and the others do? Book 3: Murders under the Moons Synopsis: In the sleepy town of Nachtville, where Claud and Lily are forced to stop at, a set of nasty murders occurs. Victims scream out in fright, before a spear falls from the sky to end their suffering. Cowed and cautious, the master thief and his partner slink in the shadows, their objective that of home... A new task, however, has fallen on Dia. With a trusty helper at her side, she has to set off towards Nachtville itself, to solve the mystery Claud had abandoned. Faced with an enemy whose sole skillset is geared towards killing, how will they succeed? And what dark secrets will they find? Book 4: In the Dark of the Moons Synopsis: The year has ended. The four months of the full moons will soon be followed by two months of the new moons. Duke Istrel's ascension is around the corner. Amidst this political upheaval, Count Nightfall, Licencia's strongest defender, has been called away. The Moon Lords' largest task yet — to protect Licencia in the absence of its ruler — has begun. And yet, trouble is unrelenting. A distinguished personage, one that Claud fears, has been found dead in the county, his brains dug out and his body disemboweled. The inquisitors of the White Church have been dispatched to investigate and apprehend the murderer...as well as the person behind this puppet. Tormented by a call to fight, Claud directs his eyes out of the city, looking for the puppetmaster. Skulking in the shadows, the master thief will soon confront his greatest foe yet. A foe just like him. Book 5: Moonlit Tides and Darkened Seas Synopsis: A new era has begun. For the privileged, the sands of time dribble away for every passing moment, counting down to the arrival of a entity of mythical proportions. The night now harbours shadows and fog, and operatives of the Moons and the Dark clash in shadow. Claud, as usual, is investigating a spate of nasty disappearances in the city, but little does he know what these disappearances truly mean. And yet, a tide is coming. When it finally breaks, what will he do? Book 6: Secrets in Shadow Synopsis: The person behind a strike that would enter the annals of history flees his home, bringing with him the person closest to his heart into a new land and into a new world. Having left Istrel for the first time in his life, the two of them attempt to settle down in foreign lands, only to be caught in the middle of hostilities between two mighty powers grappling for dominion. Yet, none of that has anything to do with him. Following his desires, Claud eventually makes his way to the fabled Celestia Ruins, a fragment of another world. Bearing witness to truths he cannot yet comprehend, he returns from his exploration, a small break away from the machinations of destiny. One thing, however, is for certain. Destiny will not wait for him. Book 7: Reddest Rage Synopsis: Destiny churns on, heedless of mortal machinations, and Claud watches as the battlegrounds between the Moons and the Dark are drawn up. With the forces of the great Dark occupying Lostfon, Claud comes to a startling realisation — that he may have very well be a murderer of heinous proportions. Grappling with that realisation, he struggles to prepare for his Second Tutorial... Back in Istrel, Dia finds herself confronted with a perennial truth. Even in a time of writhing destiny, the machinations between nobles never cease to end — and unfortunately for her, the group once known as the Moon Lords are forced into dealing with a petty squabble between two counts. What they didn't account for, however, was the startling discovery they would soon make... And the shadow of the Red God's Holy Son behind it all. Book 8: Darkness Descends Synopsis: Nightmares haunt the horizon as Claud sinks and awakens from a seeming dream. What was once illusory begins to play out before him, in a way he cannot imagine. Dia, forced to wield arms, begins and ends a battle that opens her eyes to the vast dangers that lurk in this sundered world. Under the banner of humanity and divinity, she beholds the silent, forgotten protectors of Orb...but there is no forgetting the battle between the divinities. The Dark descends, the Moons writhe, and the horns of war blow once more. But this is not their battle. Not yet. Book 9: Moons Muster Synopsis: As more and more events fall into place, Claud finds himself desperate. Not for himself, but for the person who has turned into his world. Armed with the knowledge of a certain future, he approaches the only person that could possibly help him in his time of need, trading information for a promise of help. With that as solace, he returns to the grim task of understanding and seeking, revisiting an ancient, shattered fragment of another world...unleashing changes that he never knew was possible. Back in Istrel, Dia and the others must now navigate around a familiar spirit, who seeks to investigate the death of his master's Bearer. With them as prime suspects, the Seekers of Life must move carefully...but the Coloured Gods are not the only divinities eyeing them closely. The Moons, bristling from repeated defeats, are looking for new recruits, and the Seekers of Life are prime cannon fodder. Above all, destiny marches on, the unfeeling clock a warning to all. The Trial of Aeons will soon arrive. Book 10: Destiny Divine Synopsis: ??? Release frequency: one every few days or something, I guess. (This work is also being serialised on Webnovel under the name Revile as a trial run)
