The situation around the street was becoming more and more out of control as more beasts could be seen appearing reinforcing the beasts who were afraid of getting shot their bodies full of holes of bullets.

The Soldiers seeing the situation becoming like that could only hope that the barricade further down the street has been built or is about to be finished as they felt like if they had been in this hell for more than one hour, but in fact, it has been at max more five minutes and they knew it somehow too from the watches that some of them had on their wrist but none dared to try and look at it closely.

The One with red hairs to the further east of the group of fifty or more soldiers, the number which was starting to slowly fall as the rhythm of fire started to loosen.

Lisa was fighting among the group of Soldiers her figure although not as fast as Chris, was so sneaky when moving around the soldiers that it made it harder to catch her silhouette.

As a gunshot resounded the soldiers a man who looked to be in his thirty or so looked at the man who just saved his life, sweating profusely as he felt a blow of wind hit his face before a figure of a giant black bird flew in the sky.

His heart beating so hard that he couldn't hear the surrounding noises.

the two-man looked at each other, as they saw a group of huge birds turning in a circle in the sky.

Lisa the culprit who almost got a man killed after frightening him with her passing shadow was already fighting two dogs, who were dragging each of them a soldier in their mouth snapping at their body like if they were mere bones, the sound of broken bones resounding in this hell of gunshots.

Making everyone shudder as they looked at the two poor men screaming for help as blood fell on the ground, splashing on the people around the dogs.

their scream becoming quieter with every snap of the dogs who feeling several cuts on their paw, let them down, growling at the tiny human who passed between the two of them.

they both at the same time jumped back left and right, Lisa seeing their quick reaction could only curse in her breath her cuts were too shallow and only made them have a hard time standing straight.

missing her chance to at least take one of them down she looked around her, scanning the surroundings their height being in their favor, the spaces being already as big it could be as the soldiers around her were able to separate those two dogs wanting to take their revenge for their two brothers eyes full of anger and hatred, as they gritted their teeth.

barking at her one last time before charging at her, avoiding both of them she retreated rolling on the ground smelling their breath mixed with blood hitting her face, frowning.

As the two dogs followed her as she rolled the two of them, already close from her at arms reach, she slashed horizontally at them as she staggered backward trying to stabilize herself.

two thundering howls followed suit her slash as she felt her sword cut through something smooth.

the two dog noses were cut as they tried to bite at her, "Now!"

Not waiting for them to recover from their situation she ran at one of them who was rolling on the ground jumping on the neck, she felt like she sat on needles as her jeans got cut and her tights pierced enduring the pain she trusted her sword in the dog neck trying to her hand quickly soaked in blood.

taking it out and hitting the neck with her shoes she felt something entering her ass as the dog moved from having his neck pierced.

her back sweating as she just escaped the worst, with a ragged breath a sword soaked in blood that she tried to get a good grip, sh lunged to the left stopping before she got too far with her foot, and slashed at the leg of the dog who tried to took advantage of her moment of distraction with red eyes, a nose cut in half about two centimeters.

the scene was horrifying for anyone who looked at it, no one dared to enjoy the beautiful sigh of Lisa's jeans who now was almost useless showing skin up to her ass thank to several holes on the jeans.

Suddenly Lisa's visions changed to the strange red-orange and blue color as she looked at the dog in front of her.

the dog lunged at her but she felt his movements becoming slightly slower than before with this new vision of her, not time to try to come back to normal, she stepped two to the right the dog missing.

but she didn't see the paw coming for her head in time and could only use her hands to protect her head before being hit, her body fly in a group of soldiers.

" ahhh, be careful you bitch do you want us to die with you get up and finish this beast, quickly get up!!"

The soldier who got hit by Lisa's screamed in anger and pain as he stumbled to get up trying to push Lisa off his back, but stunned a how much this girl weighed and could only curse at her as he saw the beast coming at her as he turned his head and with growls of beasts coming from in front of him unable to see anything than shoes and boots mixed with sent of blood, as others people quickly covered the gap he left.

hearing someone cursing at her as she tried to get up, coughing with pain trying to catch her breath she could see the dog coming at her, and only glanced down at the man who just said that.

shouting in her head as she communicated with her snake as she could sense that it was him, after feeling her situation through their link as she felt is demand how she was? when her sight turned to that of a snake as she responded to him, and suddenly her vision came back to normal after she answered to him.

her head was so painful not only because of being hit by a massive paw but she felt that it was like having her brain played by something, her sight blurred as she blinked trying to see better.

The soldiers stepped back in fright seeing the pupils of the girls looking like pupils of cats or snakes, turning back to normal, but his fright quickly turned in despair as the dog was already about to reach them in less than a second.

His figure becoming bigger, he suddenly felt lighter as the wight that made it hard for him to get up, disappear, the figure of the girl too and only a strand of red air he could catch before having dirt entering his eyes.

Lisa knowing already the dog was coming closer, using all the strength she had on her leg jumped at the dog which was not ready for the sudden behavior of the tiny human opened his mouth ready to bite her.

Only to see the girls turn slightly her body, followed by a horrendous pain in his left eye.

Lisa's not letting go of her sword as the dog tried to get rid of her sword in his eye, pushed deeper the sword but at the same time felt a searing pain in her belly making her want to puke as the air left her lungs.

The dog feeling the sword entering his brain, couldn't handle the pain anymore, in legs went weak as his body fell on the ground.

While Chris and Lisa's went for a direct flight, Claire who was a little groggy after using her Ability decided to turn all around the group of Soldiers trying to find those who were in charge and which type of beasts were attacking she could make a glimpse of some fast figure among the group of beasts and some spider crawling on the surrounding building but didn't attack.

Only looking from afar like if waiting for the right moment.

Claire's brain started to work as fast it could.

She heard someone shouting toward her, she saw two birds coming toward her, two to three soldiers who were shooting at the evolved beasts started to shoot at the birds only being able to successfully wound one which let out a painful strident scream, flying back half the way in the sky from the ground.

The last one was able to maneuver as it was hiding behind the first one which left, his sharp gaze looking at the two tiny humans as it retracted its wing closer to its body.

it was the only things the soldier who was able to see where this bird was coming dispersing no forgetting to shoot once at the evolved beasts in a panic wanting at least to afraid them and by them some time as they lunged as far they could from where they though the bird would land.

Claire knew she had missed her chance to escape when she was warned by whatever soldier shouted at her.

Looking around her as the sound of a falling object at high speed came closer, trying to find a way to survive there were too many people around she could see from the corner of her eyes as she was looking around her that they evolved in this part of the street were about to breakthrough.

her heart beating faster, looking at one soldier who was crying a few feet from her with his hands on his head as he cried.

In this stressful situation, everything around her became slightly clearer, the rifle next to the man she directly jumped to get it.

grabbing the Rifle, gritting her teeth as the skin of her finger scratched against the ground she turned the rifle to where she could hear the sound of the object falling and started shooting at it seeing the figure of a pair of wings opening a huge air pressure her body.

different curses were being shouted by her but were drowned by the rifle gunshots, her shoulder hurting as it keep getting bumped on the ground from the recoil.

The only thought in her mind was

" Touch it..ToucH It......TOUch IT!"

As she tried to keep the rifle stable, she saw a pair of talons coming closer to her and the soldiers who stopped crying his body becoming stiff as he waited to die.
