Chapter 650
Chapter 650: B-tier Gunners
Crash!
Qin Feng only used one hand, but Yang Jing had to block it with two .
The man could feel a huge amount of force pressing onto him, knocking his arms aside and forcing him to spread his arms apart .
“Gah!”
Yang Jing let out a surprised shout .
This time, Qin Feng shifted and took a step forward, raising his palm for another strike .
Boom!
The hand crashed into Yang Jing’s internal force and in that moment his protection was immediately shattered .
Yang Jing stepped back, shocked, raising his head to lock eyes with Qin Feng only to find that his opponent had struck out again .
This was Qin Feng’s third strike .
In a moment’s panic, Yang Jing could only infuse his arms with internal force in an attempt to block Qin Feng’s palm strike .
Boom!
Qin Feng blasted out his internal force, causing a powerful wave of it to crash into Yang Jing . A huge and powerful burst of his energy fell on his opponent!
Yang Jing dug his feet ten centimeters into the ground but his body was still pushed back despite his effort, leaving deep gouges in the dirt below . After moving about three meters, he could no longer sustain the pressure and flew out, spinning through the air .
“Aaaah!!!”
He could not control himself and was sent flying more than thirty meters outward before hitting the ground with a resounding thud . He could feel his insides twist and his arms were as swollen as tree trunks .
“Blurgh!”
He coughed up a mouthful of blood and his aura seemed to have dropped a level .
A serious injury!
The audience was stunned silent!
A C9-tier ancient warrior was defeated by Qin Feng, a C7-tier aptitude user, and he only hit three times!
Everyone was unable to believe the situation and was dumbfounded by this .
Qin Feng raised his hand and waved . “Take him away!”
The Fengli Organization’s people began to drop into the field and were ready to take Yang Jing away .
Meanwhile, although Yang Jing was heavily injured and unable to continue battling, he still could not believe how he lost . Not to mention, this was completely different from what he had expected .

“Qin Feng, I’m not strong enough to defeat you, yet you retaliate and injure me, what gives?” Yang Jing spoke in a disgruntled tone .
Qin Feng glared at the man and replied with sarcasm, “Oh and I’m supposed to wait for you to hit me a hundred times? Who told you I can’t fight back if someone wants to defeat me? If you don’t have the strength, then don’t step up . Those who want to enjoy crab meat will have to get past the crab’s shell, don’t blame yourself if you get pinched!”
After he finished speaking he no longer paid attention to the man . “Take him away!”
“Yes, President!”
The group of Fengli employees that came down quickly rushed forward . Among them was the C-tier wood ability user, Yuan Xiaoguang, making it easy for them to carry the injured man away .
Yang Jing was taken away, with the gouges left in the ground indicating that he had been there .
Qin Feng did not let anyone repair that . After all, the battles might get more and more intense later on . There was not any point in wasting the effort .
“Next!”
Qin Feng called out, waiting for the next challenger to approach .
He had shown an excellent example to those who thought that everything he had gained was just a fluke . Many C-tiers suddenly broke out in cold sweat, believing that they were the lucky ones .
Good thing they did not step forward or else they might have ended up like Yang Jing!
Qin Feng indeed never mentioned that he could not retaliate, and he could defeat his opponent to attain victory .
However, for the B-tiers, this was not a good thing .
“Qin Feng you brat, he was waiting for us this whole time!”
“Of course it wouldn’t be this easy!”
“I did some background check earlier and this kid can kill B-tiers and did it more than once . Not only that, he wiped out an entire nest of insectoids along with a C-tier insectoid king!”
However, this news only indicated that Qin Feng had the strength of a B-tier but it did not exceed a B-tier .

After all, those who were B-tier had the ability to take down a C-tier insectoid king anyway!
And the temptation of another dimension was obviously something more alluring than the doubt they had .
The people who came here, even some from the Dark Coalition under false identities, only wanted a piece of it .
Finally, when it looked like there was no point in dragging it on, a B-tier stepped into the field .
This aptitude user was carrying guns in their hands .
“Oh? A B-tier gunner?” Qin Feng narrowed his eyes .
It could be said that among one hundred G-tiers, there would be one ability user, ten ancient warriors and the remaining eighty nine would be gunners . However in B-tier, there would be one gunner, ten ability users and eighty nine ancient warriors .
Being this one percent meant that the gunners who had reached this level of power must have had an incredible control over consciousness, unique firearms and terrifying prowess .
“President Qin, it’s a pleasure to meet you, I won’t be using large weapons with high firepower but the two guns I’m holding should suffice . That means you’ll have to be careful!”
As the gunner spoke, he had already raised the two guns in his hands .
When Qin Feng saw the gunner’s face his heart skipped a beat .
This man was someone he recognized .
The King of Guns, Jin Hao!
In the future he would become an A-tier gunner, unlike no other in the world .
This person had a powerful consciousness, which was also the reason why he became an A-tier .
If Cui Lian was known as the Flame Lord, then one could only imagine just how powerful Jin Hao was if he had the title of ‘King of Guns’ .
He was someone Qin Feng did not expect to appear!
When he thought about it, before his rebirth, the Cinderclast Dimension attracted more than thirty aptitude users to combine efforts and split the loot . It was not clear if Jin Hao was among those people but with that in mind Qin Feng quickly composed himself .
“Alright, let’s do this!”
Qin Feng did not plan on hurting Jin Hao too badly . After all, he was only scaring the others away so he would not waste any time by beating down that C9-tier ancient warrior . Doing that would make them more self-conscious .
Nobody issued the call to begin but the two moved at the same time .
Jin Hao shifted one of his guns and burst out a wave of energy and formed a large enough net to wrap around Qin Feng .
Electricity crackled throughout this net, and it was clearly made out of thunder and lightning runes . If he was caught in something like that his mobility would be greatly affected .
Bzzzt!
The large net fell to the ground and did not find its target .
Qin Feng had long since disappeared!
However, Jin Hao did not panic . He raised another hand and shot out another electric net .
His consciousness was powerful enough that he could lock onto Qin Feng while he was moving .
However, there was a difference between locking on and wanting to attack .
After a few attempts it was obvious that this was not going to work .
Five shots . The gunner had been counting his moves . Jin Hao’s eyes gleamed with seriousness .
With a twirl of his guns, he began to pick up the pace . The guns no longer fired out electric webs but instead actual lightning .
Bzzt pew!
Purple crackling electricity was sent all over the field, momentarily causing those watching to jump .
On both sides of the valley, the B-tiers were watching with concentration while the C-tiers were watching with amazement .
This was a B-tier battle . Besides those that were able to follow and the B-tiers, it was difficult for many C-tiers to figure out what was going on .
What they understood was that the powerful attack did not hit Qin Feng .
Even as the lightning blasted at Qin Feng’s internal force, he managed to shrug it off as if he was walking in the park and was inconvenienced by a light rain .
It had already been thirty strikes!

Her innately high ether reserves are the only thing that’s keeping her alive. After a painful yet successful contract, she receives an offer to hunt a peculiar beast from a mysterious man who- much to her dismay- pairs her with a man by the name of Sirius, a skilled swordsman with too much empathy to give out. However, the two groups will find that their paths will intertwine, and painful memories will push them against each other at every turn, with new monsters emerging from the shadows to pick each of them apart piece by piece. ************************** Alright, so this is the first book I've posted here, and I've been sitting on this idea for a long while. I'm open to any pieces of criticism, and I would be glad to receive tips and advice. Enjoy! Normally, new chapters come out Saturday nights, sometimes double uploads if there's a short chapter or if I feel like it. That's subject to change if I run out of the current backlog. Second note, this is the first draft, and some things (like a few characters) are going to be cut. It's still going to be the same storyline, but keep that in mind.
