Back in the deep-sea vessel, the people onboard were still in shambles and were silent at that time.

These people were not Qin Feng’s subordinates and even though Qin Feng showed that he could take on two B-tiers and completely convinced them of his worth, they had no sense of loyalty to him.

Meanwhile, Qin Feng and Yu Yangtao had been washed inside the Glutton by a torrent of seawater.

Its body really was too big, when the water gushed in Qin Feng felt like he had fallen into the sea. He was surrounded by seemingly endless seawater.

In the water, Qin Feng saw Yu Yangtao’s horrified expression.

His body was shrouded in a Typhoon Ball but the ball was getting weaker and weaker as its edges were getting dyed black. If this were to keep going, the Typhoon Ball would definitely be destroyed!

Qin Feng’s internal force exploded outward and with a twist of his form he parted the waters to reach Yu Yangtao’s side. The internal force spread out over three meters and enveloped Yu Yangtao.

Then, Qin Feng activated his dark runes and spread it as a thin layer over his internal force.

This shield had a very small effect and might not even be able to withstand an attack from a B-tier but it hid the two people’s auras and blocked off the other dark runes.

It was a manner of deception, he managed to deceive the surrounding runes and make the runes believe that there was nothing left so that they would stop being attacked.

“Thank you, thank you!” Yu Yangtao was finally able to relax, but his face was an ashened grey and his body looked exhausted.

He was affected by the dark runes after all.

What made people even more desperate was the fact that there was no escape!

Qin Feng seemed more relaxed. The dark runes here were densely packed together but they have become his vision aid. To him, everything was as clear as day here

“I don’t even know your name but thanks for the assist. Sorry for the trouble!” Yu Yangtao said and said his name soon after.

Qin Feng already knew Yu Yangtao’s name by then. “No need to be so formal. I saved you because we’re all members of the Human Alliance. I don’t hold any regard for people on the Sea Devil and you just so happened to be nearby. Now, this is just an accident!”

Previously when Qin Feng said he would step out to save people, that group of men decided to make fun of him for it.

Now, after Qin Feng said that, and seeing him kill two B-tiers, the ocean suddenly did not seem so scary.

“Its Chen Sha!”

Yu Yangtao was surprised that the other person was not dead yet.

However, it seemed like he was just barely hanging on.

Qin Feng surged his internal force and approached the other person’s side. What he found was Chen Sha’s body floating through the water. He was surrounded by dark runes and the ice runes inside his body were getting eaten away.

“Save me!”

When Chen Sha saw Qin Feng and Yu Yangtao, a glimmer of hope filled his eyes as if he had forgotten they had been fighting each other to the death before. Their positions had completely switched since their previous encounter.

“Save you? Hah, you’re better off dead!” Yu Yangtao could not help but jeer at the man. If Chen Sha had not intercepted, they would not have been swallowed by the Glutton Leviathan.

Qin Feng was expressionless as he said, “Don’t waste your breath on him. People like these, saving him is the same as a passing mercy!”

With that said, Qin Feng curled a finger and burst forth internal force with a flick forward.

The internal force collided with Chen Sha’s forehead.

Chen Sha’s body shuddered before light began to leave his eyes.

Yu Yangtao shuddered, the hatred in his eyes was replaced by despair.

After all, Chen Sha’s fate might be his very soon.

Meanwhile, Qin Feng was not thinking about that. The moment Chen Sha died, Qin Feng’s Absorption Ability quickly activated and slurped up the energy from Chen Sha’s dying body with the most important one being his consciousness.
