“I recognize him. He is the newly promoted general, who is also the governor of the North Sea. His name is Qin Feng!”

One of them ordered. Then, he opened the door and walked up in a rush.

Just as Qin Feng had reached the gate of the villa, he saw that the main door was opened. A sturdy man walked out from it with two followers.

Qin Feng scanned them and instantly figured that they were all B-tiers.

“It’s nice to meet you, General Qin. I am Ning Xin, a general under the Human Alliance.”

“Good to see you here, General Qin. I am the team captain of the garrison in Chungluo City, Long Tao.”

“I am Zhou Ce.”

“Nice to meet you.” Qin Feng shook their hands. It seemed that all the B-tiers trapped inside Chungluo City had been found. They had managed to survive the unforeseen disaster.

Not only that but they had also constructed adequate defensive measures. Unfortunately, they did not have enough force to help the others. The leader of the group was obviously the highest rank officer, Ning Xin.

He, like Qin Feng, was a general of the Huaxia Alliance.

“Great. I am here at Jiang Haolin’s request. He asked me to save his wife. I wish to check on her condition,” Qin Feng said.

The expression on Ning Xin changed immediately.

Qin Feng instantly frowned and asked with authority, “Why? Is there a problem?”

Jiang Haolin was a well-respected man in this city. There was no reason these men did not know him and his spouse.

‘Why the grim looks? Don’t tell me something happened to his lady?’

This was when they heard a commotion break out from above. It was the sound of shattering glass. Then, a woman figure fell on the lawn outside.

“F*ck you, b*tch!”

A loud holler then rocked their eardrums. They then saw the owner of the voice jump down from the upper floor. He landed fiercely on the ground with force, creating a loud bang.

This man was surely a master of parallel training.

Qin Feng’s eyes narrowed in on them. He first saw a man wearing nothing else but a boxer. Then, the half-naked man caught up to the lady quickly and grabbed her from behind. He crudely gave her a heavy slap.

The lady was not a powerless commoner, yet she was unable to match the man’s brute physicality. All she could do was yell at the man, “Zhang Wu, we have been blinded all these years to keep a disgraceful man like you as our personal bodyguard. I would rather die than be defiled.”

The man cupped the lady’s face and dislocated her jaw to prevent her from biting her own tongue.

“Hahahaha! I am tired of your dignity sh*t. Who are you keeping it for? Jiang Haolin has probably died out there. You would have long been feasted upon by beasts too if not because of me. I am only asking for some gratitude on the bed. Stop f*cking around with me, you b*tch! Who do you think you are?”

Qin Feng walked out from the villa as the two were quarreling. He immediately figured out the identity of the lady after hearing the man mentioned Jiang Haolin.

“Lin Yuting?”

The lady looked up and sized Qin Feng up curiously. She then saw the men behind Qin Feng and threw them a resentful look.

They had all watched her being dragged away just now and did nothing about. Nobody cared about a woman’s fate in this circumstance.

It was because Lin Yuting offered almost nothing to help their survival, while they were also unsure of Jiang Haolin’s fate. Judging by the condition of the two hapless aptitude users, they believed Jiang Haolin had most likely been shredded out there.

Qin Feng was infuriated once he confirmed the lady’s identity.

She was the one he was looking for. Now, the two tasks he thought were simple had turned awry. He never thought that he would fail both of them.

It was upsetting.

“I need an explanation. Why are you guys tolerating such lawless behavior when these people need your protection the most? You can abandon those left outside but at least you should be taking care of the weaker ones in here! Even if Lin Yuting is not Jiang Haolin’s wife, she is at least a D-tier aptitude user. How could you all allow this?”

Before Ning Xin could answer Qin Feng’s accusation, the guy was clearly offended and chimed in first. “Hey boy, you have no power over me here. The usual hierarchy doesn’t work in your favor at this place.” He was especially assertive after seeing Qin Feng’s B-tier aptitude user badge and his lean build.

Qin Feng glanced at the guy named Zhang Wu. He did not have any clothes on him so there was no badge for identification. But he was bulky and his muscular frame oozed explosive strength.

Qin Feng estimated him to be at least C5-tier or above. He reckoned Nin Xing would not be his match after losing his usual ability. He answered back sternly, “Whatever it is, the law shouldn’t be broken as you pleased.”

“So what if I do? I have saved everyone and you guys still want to order me around like a dog! I may have kept quiet in the past but I no longer need to now. I can have whatever I want here. If I want to sleep with her, I sleep with her! Otherwise, I will wreck all of you, one by one in the most excruciating way possible. Don’t think I am joking. Aptitude users like you are worthless here.” Zhang Wu glared at Qin Feng viciously.

Qin Feng’s anger was at full blast. “Great. What if I don’t let you? Are you going to f*ck air?”

“D*mn! I am going to beat you to death!”

Zhang Wu yelled angrily. Qin Feng was obviously a troublemaker. Right now, Zhang Wu was eager to establish his authority. He had managed to deter Ning Xin and the others earlier. Qin Feng’s sudden rebellion displeased him.

This B-tier brat that came out of nowhere was obviously not from Chungluo City. Nobody would care if he was killed in this now lawless city.

Zhang Wu did not hesitate and threw Qin Feng a punch. Although he was sturdy, his speed was not diminished by his heavyweight build.

Such a punch could easily break one’s skull.
