Chapter 807: A Mountain of Corpses, A Sea of Blood
Qin Feng was a streak of devastation, tearing through flesh wherever he went as the scent of blood continued to permeate the air.
The area that he passed through was starting to look like a winding creek of blood.
His movements were very quick. When a person was just killed by an ultra beast, Qin Feng would charge toward it and obliterate the creature before disappearing with a whoosh.
However, Qin Feng’s movements were not too fast and there were moments where he was seen by people. He was now drenched in blood, like a butcher void of emotions, no matter what kind of ultra beast it was he would kill them all without mercy!
Surrounding the area where the humans were gathered, a ring had been formed, but between the area where this encircling ring was and the humans were, there was a river of blood!
These were all Qin Feng’s kills!
Broken corpses with severed limbs laid everywhere, blood, organs and minced meat were all clumped together in piles. The stench of blood was enough to make people nauseous.
The people ran frantically, stepping onto the stairs that allowed them to escape into the sky. The footsteps stepping onto steel turned into a constant banging, but they could not suppress the roars of the ultra beasts.
At this time, the people on the top floors of the surrounding buildings had gradually stopped their attacks. That was because there were ultra beasts everywhere and they had run out of ammo. Their attacks would have been in vain.
What was worth celebrating was that it was not clear if Qin Feng managed to enrage the ultra beasts or because it was another reason, but these ultra beasts rushed to the square one after another and even ignored the humans hiding in other places.
The people who were hiding in basements, in their rooms, could only listen to the roars of the ultra beasts and pray for the crisis to pass.
By now, the central square had seemingly shifted to feel like purgatory.

Outside, as people continue to flee from that hellish place, Bai Li and Z looked out of the window of an aircraft to observe the strange world below.
At this time, Z’s face bore a fanatical grin.
“Among these people, some of them have eaten the meat in there and become aptitude users! They could be really good research subjects!”
Bai Li spitefully snorted, “After opening the spatial passage again this time, I’ll leave it open for a little while more. Whatever you want to research, you can go in there and see for yourself instead of experimenting with the people here!”
Z disagreed. At this moment he was more interested in watching the countless ultra beasts that were rushing to the central square as he said, “Unfortunately, if there weren’t a limit on one’s abilities within then I definitely would have investigated it myself. Imagine this, you open the spatial passage, and there’s countless amounts of energy pouring into that world from that passage. That is the reason behind why the ultra beasts are being drawn over!”
On that note, Bai Li did not deny that. In fact, the spatial passage had been opened for a long time. In fact one in the outside world could barely see with some kind of white mist in the area.
This was not any kind of rune. It was energy.
And those ultra beasts were rushing over because they were attracted by this energy!
After so many days of research, Bai Li had cracked the space here and had a heavy handed method of forcing it open. However, she could not say how long this could be kept up.
After this rescue, she still had to wait for Qin Feng to get out before discussing the next rescue plan.

Meanwhile in the overlapped space, as time passed the number of ultra beasts began to increase, while the number of people began to decrease. Qin Feng was moving all over, slaughtering even more vigorously.
The ultra beasts looked like a rushing river when seen from above the buildings, coming in from all directions.

These ultra beasts were obviously of different species, but they did not attack each other. They only decided to go for the humans. It was only when the humans were dead that they would start fighting each other for food.
“We should leave too!” Lin Yuanshan said. The strength of these ultra beasts were not strong, but he found himself unreasonably terrified.
This was already the scale of a small monster tide. Although this could only be considered about E-tier in terms of power, right now he had no ability to fight this and was getting anxious.
“That’s not good…” Guan Shan started. This meant that they would be leaving Qin Feng behind to fight on his own, but at the same time, they were not of much help!
“What’s not good, those who can work will do more. Do you think you can still help now?”
“This…” Guan Shan gulped, swallowing his words. It was true, there was absolutely nothing they could do to help.
With that in mind, Guan Shan quickly raised his flag and issued the command for retreat.
Civilians did not have equipment, but these aptitude users had everything on them, even gliders on hand. Upon the signal of retreat, everyone suddenly became excited.
They did not want to wait any longer. In fact, nobody wanted to die. It was just that because Qin Feng and the senior officers of Chongluo City were present that they did not dare defy their orders.
Now that Li Yuanshan had issued the order, they could finally leave!
Swish, swish!
These people opened up their gilders and soared toward the top of the stairs through the air like a flock of huge birds.
This scene was naturally seen by Ning Xin in the distance.
It made him anxious.
“Qin Feng, prepare for retreat!” Ning Xin cried out via a loudspeaker.
Almost everyone was already on the ladder!
Qin Feng’s eyes were bloodshot at this point. Upon hearing Ning Xin’s words, he stopped his stiff movement for a moment and raised his head, looking into the air. Those aptitude users had opened up their gliders and were retreating!
He gave Ning Xin a hand gesture, it was the gesture to retreat! When Ning Xin saw this, he felt as if a heavy burden had been lifted from his heart.
People were retreating up the stairs. Even at the base of the stairs, there were no longer people, only an army of ultra beasts occupying the area.
When there were no more humans and only an ocean of ultra beasts, Qin Feng no longer held back and started slaughtering everything in sight!
He mowed through everything in his path like a whirlwind.
In the sky, the last human had crawled through the stairs!
Then, the black passage quickly shrunk and began to close, leaving only space large enough for one person to enter.
That person would be Qin Feng.
However, Qin Feng did not immediately leave and continued to kill.
Ultra beast bodies began to pile on top of each other, layer by layer, until it was a mountain of corpses and a sea of blood.
The blood that was but a mere stream had gathered to become a lake.
The central square had turned into a hellscape, blood seeped into the slate and stained it with a dark red.
Qin Feng did not know how many ultra beasts he killed. It could have been ten thousand, a hundred thousand, maybe more!
No matter how many ultra beasts came, he would kill them all.
This rescue operation could only save so many people and Qin Feng was unable to help the rest.
One person’s power was too little in such a confined space. Without the assistance of many people, the civilians could only rely on themselves or await their demise.
Qin Feng was not a god, all he could do was shift things in a small direction.
The originally overrun Chongluo City now had more than 100 thousand people rescued, right?
