Chapter 965: 965
Chapter 965: Spatial Station
The three people rushed to the port, and Qin Feng saw the flying ship.
Based on the technology that he had grown familiar with, the technology of that ship was comparable to the top technology of the Perished Lands and had even surpassed the technology of the Floating City.
Qin Feng got on the ship and found that although they were headed to an extremely dangerous area, there were still a lot of people.
Perhaps, there was something in the Bahamut realm that had these people’s interests.
The cost to board the ship was not expensive either, only a cubic meter of power credits was enough. Qin Feng paid the amount and boarded the ship with the rest.
Half an hour later, the ship took off and soared into the air before initiating a spatial jump. As it shuttled through space, the scenery behind the windows immediately changed.
It was a sky full of stars, just like the dark sky of the Perished Lands, filled with violent, unbridled energy.
The ship blocked off this energy as it flew through the void. No matter how far someone looked, there would be nothing but the starry sky that dragged on forever. Eventually, a landmass floating in this starry sky appeared within their line of sight.
“Look, it’s Bahamut!” Shao Tai said.
Qin Feng was naturally compelled to look.
Due to how the ship isolated energy, he could not feel what was going on over at the continent. All he saw was a pitch black aura of death.
“It seems to have swelled a bit since the last time!” Voodoo Lord said before chuckling, “That should be fine, that just means it’s not that dangerous!”
Qin Feng gave the continent a closer look. When they were further away, the outline of the continent looked like a giant lizard that existed on the Earth realm. It reminded him of a giant Western dragon.
It far surpassed the size of any dragon he had seen. This was the corpse of a powerful creature, even in death it exuded a massive amount of runes and energy. It continued to attract matter, adding onto its size and getting bigger and bigger.

Since he could not perceive it, he could only look at things from how it seemed and was not able to identify this specific energy.
The ship did not land directly on Bahamut, instead it landed on a Floating City. This spatial station was almost the same as his Floating City, it had an energy shield over it that allowed people to survive here.
However, due to how cosmic energy was, the people who came here must have had the strength to reach S-tier. As for the service staff, they were naturally all machines.
Qin Feng stepped off the ship and got onto the space station.
“I’ll call my friends in a bit, they’ll take us to the continent and there’s a possibility that you’d have to pay some resources for it!” Shao Hai said with a smile.
Qin Feng did not understand this place, but he knew enough that the kind of people Shao Tai’s inviting probably would not mean well.
But with Bai Li here, there would not be a problem.
“I’ll be looking around on my own, call me when you need me!” Qin Feng said before turning to walk away.
Voodoo Lord wanted to stop him but could not find an excuse, besides, if Qin Feng were to get more guarded against them then things might be impossible to pull off.
Once Qin Feng had left, Voodoo Lord and Shao Tai could not stop the wide smiles on their faces.
“Is this going to work? Wouldn’t this be too dangerous?” Voodoo Lord asked.
Shao Tai’s face shifted to a darker expression, but he gritted his teeth and said, “Even if it’s dangerous, it has to be done. The Black Alps Overlord must be eliminated, he’s not an idiot. He knows that we went to the Dark Citadel to scout out the city’s location. Even if he doesn’t show his true colors around us, if we let him grow, he’ll threaten us in the future! It’s better to get it right once and for all!”
Voodoo Lord also thought the same. Most importantly, he had seen Qin Feng kill He Tianxing before, and after a few months since that encounter it was revealed that his strength was growing too quickly. An S-tier assassin died after just one clash and that sent chills down Voodoo Lord’s spine.

This also led to Voodoo Lord wanting to kill Qin Feng even more.
“Let’s go then!”
The two went off to find the person that Shao Tai was looking for while Qin Feng strolled around the spatial station.
In fact, there were not many humans, but there were a lot of other species. Even with the number of humans around, they had all kinds of languages, so the only way to communicate would be through consciousness.
Qin Feng naturally could not collect information by eavesdropping, but this was obviously not a problem.
He found a resting area, similar to a bar, and sat down.
Soon he found a target.
It was a pale-faced human, it seemed like he had his vitality sapped from him. He must have gotten injured.
Qin Feng ordered two glasses of wine and brought it in front of the man.
“Please, have a drink!” He said via his consciousness.
This chapter is scrapped from readlightnovel.org
The man had a sullen expression and upon seeing the black-masked, dark-armored Qin Feng, his face got even fouler, filled with vigilance.
“No need, go away!” The man’s consciousness blasted out with a warning that was filled with rage.
“Perhaps you need some of these!” Qin Feng took out a C-tier crystal core of a Gorefiend and dropped it into the wine. Gorefiends were full of vitality, perfect for treating injuries like what the man had.
The man saw the Gorefiend’s crystal core and felt the energy wafting from it. A sudden burst of light seemed to shine from his eyes, this was exactly what he needed right now.
He raised a hand and reached for the glass. “Then, what do you want?”
“Some news should be enough, of course, the more you say, the more I will provide!”
Qin Feng lifted up a hand, revealing more of the Gorefiend crystal cores he had on him.
“Fine by me!”
Since it was just some news, there was nothing to hide. It would only cost a moment of consciousness transmission and the man quickly chatted up Qin Feng.
The spatial station was built in space because the people of the Dark Coalition could not live on Bahamut for a very long time.
The Immortal Bahamut was a member of the Abyssal Dragon race, its death energy enveloped the entire land and people who went there would have their vitality sapped away at every moment.
However, this energy had other uses.
When Bahamut just died, the matter attracted by the energy and runes formed into the continent and continued to gain mass.
At the same time, new mineral veins were also formed. The head of the giant dragon was considered to be the North part of the land, and nobody could set foot there. They could only crawl to the South part, the dragon’s tail, to excavate the mineral deposits there.
Among these minerals, the Annihilatilite was an S-tier material that when integrated into weapons could give it properties of death that caused anyone hit by the weapon to start rotting away and its effectiveness was terrifying.
Dark Sacred Stones would also sporadically appear on the surface but it was not as fast as just directly trying to obtain the Immortal’s crystal core.
This man had tried to set foot on the Northern part of Bahamut and ended up failing, receiving his injury.
Moreover, traveling from the spatial station to the continent required the person to pass through the starry void. Extremely powerful S-tiers could withstand it, but it was far more efficient to conserve energy and go as a group, setting up a shield as they went.
Or, if one had special items, they could step onto the land.
This news was very important to Qin Feng, but after hearing all of it he did not completely believe it. So after he gave the man a B-tier Gorefiend crystal core, he went on to question two more people for confirmation.

Grey Worlds
A mysterious incident occurred on a otherwise normal science centered world where all of the children from the age range of eight to sixteen suddenly vanished. “Where have their kids gone and will they ever return?” The now childless parents never got to really ask that question, because a strange new element replaced their lost children. This element slowly mutated the various animals that they once ruled over with their technology to the point that they were immune to their modern weaponry. The barren land of savages on a continent far away from theirs also had their children taken, but they easily mutated just like the beasts and only grew stronger thanks to the incident. A revolution of animals eventually took place after the mutations started to cause the animals to understand just how badly the humans ruined their lives and planet. Humans were the slowest to figure out how to use this strange new element to evolve, while their opponents were evolving and growing stronger by the day they couldn’t even surpass their modern technology. When humanity was on the brink of extinction a long forgotten event finally ended and their children finally started to return from the various worlds they were summoned to! It turns out that the mysterious new element that they didn’t know what to call was mana and that it’s everywhere in some fantasy planets. The children brought back a increase in technology and techniques to grow stronger with, which caused the humans to finally be able to build safe havens for their race. They grew stronger and started to finally adapt to their brand new environment. This is the story of a orphan who was taken away from his world, before he could gain a sense of attachment to the world. Who only has his older sister to care about and how he ends up adapting to the new world in front of him.------------------Dog notes by doggo First 'five' chapters aren't what the story is really about and is more of a prologue. The reason why some are separated into parts is because Doggo originally posted them as a entire chapter. The main setting is Ghost's actual world and not any foreign world. So this story was already posted once to another site or this site three years ago… and Dog is finally ending that three year hiatus! The explanation on why Dog was on a three year hiatus would of been written in the review section, but rrl doesn't allow self reviews. I'd have to create a alt just to self review which they obviously don't want even tho I'd not give myself any stars so its going to be here instead. The update schedule is a chapter a week till Dog get a editor and then two chapters a week till Dog gets enough money to pay for Dog’s bills. The final goal is to release a chapter every other day. Dog writes 4k word chapters so they are about twice as long as some of the other authors so every other day is actually more like once a day. ------------------- The part that was supposed to be the 'review' which Dog wont bother editing out repeat infomation since it wasn't supposed to go here in the first place. The first thing Dog will go over is what changed for the first 5 chapters, so that anyone who still remembers Dog's little novel and wants to continue from where Dog originally left off can decide whether or not to reread it. Also Dog is moving over to qidan simply because dog like the app they have. Dog won't go premium even if Qidan tells dog to and will simply move back to royalroad or create a blog. The things that changed over the years are mainly two important things. The first is that Dog changed the first person point of view to a third person, because Dog read a really bad first person novel and it reminded dog of dogs own novel. Dog also changed the thoughts of the character to be - - instead of italics. Finally dog changed chapter 3 completely to make the mc not seem like a homicidal maniac and introduced a important character in chapter 3.What happened to do in the three years that dog was away? Was dog at college and now needs money to eat? Was dog off in space after successfully becoming a astronaut and has now returned home with a completed novel or two? The answer is actually quite plain dog graduated from highschool and was supposed to only spend a year at dogs owners house to choose what major dog wanted to go to college for.Dog didn't do that and is still stuck with dogs owners and is sick of being a neet. Dog wants to move and buy doggy food, but dog is antisocial and doesn't want to work a simple 9 to 5 job for the rest of dogs life. Dog is a reader before dog is a author and the reason why dog got into writing was because dog wanted to write a novel without all the things dog finds annoying. Dog spent the first year reading various novels and dropping various novels. Dog is all caught up and has to much free time on dogs paws. The first year that Dog took off was the very same year that qidan came out so dog was naturally overloaded with free chapters. But now that pemium exists dog naturally has to limit the amount dog can read. Dog is addicted to reading like my very own readers and can understand your frustrations for dog disappearing for 3 years.Dog decided that dog will go back to writing 2 years ago. Dog wanted a decent stockpile incase dog has any other emergency so dog didn't post for a year but then dog decided to change the point of view which took another year.Dog has a patreon page https://www.patreon.com/mclaindog but there isn't any tiers there or goals till dog gets a editor. My final goal is to release a chapter every other day, but as long as Dog gets a editor Dog will do two free chapters a week.Dog will probably also make a kofi for anyone who just wants to send dog a tip and can't afford to donate money monthly while maybe having bonus chapters if the tip jar gets filled.
