Chapter 219
Chapter 219: Finding Raymond
Seeing the message, Soo Hyuk was embarrassed.
‘Balrog?’
How did the Balrogs suddenly appear?
‘Wait, Raymond?’
However, after a moment of embarrassment, Soo Hyuk changed his expression after seeing the name of the Balrog.
‘That one.’
The Balrog that killed Yeon Jeung was Raymond.
‘Good job.’
He hoped to meet him during the war.
Soo Hyuk looked around.
‘Is it there?’
Black smoke was rising in the distance.
Soo Hyuk summoned the ghost horse.
And quickly moved toward the west, where the smoke was rising.
*Roar*
As he got closer to the smoke, a roar was heard.
“OMG! Hurry and avoid it!”
“Escape to the Warp Gate!”
And he could see demons running from the other side.
O.O”
“O.O
The demons found Soo Hyuk at the same time and were puzzled as well.
They had questions to ask, but because of the Balrogs they passed Soo Hyuk and headed for the warp gate.
Soo Hyuk passed the demons as well and continued to go to where the smoke was rising.
It was then.
*Swoosh*
Red energy started flying from the front.
It clearly belonged to the Balrogs.
“Holy Shield.”
Soo Hyuk wanted to tank the attack, but he did not know how much damage it would do or what abnormal state it would bring, so he cast a protective shield.
A transparent protective film appeared and wrapped around Soo Hyuk’s body.
*Bang*
And then, the red energy exploded on the shield with a huge sound.
‘It’s solid.’
Of course, there was an explosion but there was nothing wrong with the shield.
Not a single crack was seen. It was very solid.
‘It’s because I have high Wisdom.’
Apparently, since he had high Wisdom, the defense of the shield seemed to be high.
-Human?
Soon, the Balrog that shot out the red energy arrived.
‘Is that guy Raymond?’
Soo Hyuk thought while looking at the Balrog.
Yeon Jeung said that 5 Balrogs including Raymond appeared.
Of course, he could not tell by looking at it.
It was Soo Hyuk, who had never seen Raymond before.
‘They all look the same.’
The Balrogs will find out.
However, to the human Soo Hyuk there was not a significant difference to be recognized.
“Are you Raymond?”
Soo Hyuk asked the Balrog.
-What? That is not a name to be used lightly by you!
The Balrog replied in an angry voice.
‘It’s not Raymond.’
Soo Hyuk, who thought it might be Raymond, started casting.
“Flame.”
He wanted to use Hellfire, but he thought it would be better to leave it alone for Raymond, the boss of the Balrogs, so the magic he chose was Hellfire’s sub-magic Flame.
*Roar*
-Ahh!
Flame was enough. The Balrog let out a scream.

-This bastard!
And with a painful voice, he started running at Soo Hyuk.
Seeing the Balrog closing the distance quickly, Soo Hyuk opened his mouth once more.
“Firewall.”
Then, a wall of fire appeared between the Balrog and Soo Hyuk.
The Balrog thought for a moment as he was approaching Soo Hyuk.
Will he go through the wall of fire and go to Soo Hyuk, or will he avoid the wall of fire?
His worries were over in an instant.
The Balrog’s choice was to break through the wall of fire.
The ‘flame’ attached to his body was very hot. He had no time to turn around.
*Roar*
The Balrog roared and hurled himself to break through the firewall.
Soo Hyuk saw the Balrog breaking through the firewall.
-Obtained Balrog’s Soulstone
-Obtained Balrog’s Blood
-Obtained Balrog’s Horn
-Obtained Balrog’s Tendon x2
-Obtained Balrog’s Energy.
The Balrog broke through the firewall and fell as it was.
Looking at the drop window, Soo Hyuk lowered his head and looked at Balrog.
‘Two spells.’
Flame and Firewall.
The Balrog was killed by only two spells.
‘If it’s Hellfire, I can kill him at once.’
Flame and Firewall were not his most powerful magic. It was Hellfire.
There were more powerful magics than the two magics.
If he used them, he would be able to kill enough Balrogs at that strength.
‘The shield is also strong.’
Seeing the shield, Soo Hyuk smiled and drove his horse back toward the Balrogs.

“Doesn’t it seem like it got easier?”
Having killed all the demons in the village ‘Rollol’
After the search was over, Yunjin approached and said,
After one death, raiding the villages became much easier.
“This isn’t even a small town.”
It could be because they got used to fighting with demons, but they were not completely used to it.
The village ‘Rollol’ that they have now attacked was more than twice the size of the villages they had attacked so far.
Naturally, the number of demons was greater.
The difficulty will be higher.
Nevertheless, the difficulty of the village raid they felt was easier than before.
“I didn’t see any Intermediate-Class Demons.”
The Hunting King murmured.
The reason the battle was easy even though there were more demons. It was because there were no Intermediate-Class Demons.
“What? Didn’t you catch them all?”
Yunjin asked with a surprised expression. Of course, he thought that the Hunting King had killed all the Intermediate-Class Demons.
The Hunting King did not answer Yunjin’s question.
The Hunting King was lost in thought, so he could not even hear Yunjin’s words.
“In a village like this, there should be Intermediate-Class Demons.”
There were Intermediate-Class Demons in smaller towns.
“I found something interesting!”
Leah approached and said.
“What did you find?”

The Hunting King asked Leah as he finished his thoughts.
“I found out why no Intermediate-Class Demons were seen!”
Through magic, Leia read the texts on the bulletin board in the center of the village.
And she could see why there were no Intermediate-Class Demons.
“They are at war.”
“War?”
“Yeah, that’s why I think everyone left.”
At Leah’s words, the Hunting King thought.
‘Isn’t this great?’
Very good.
‘If this is the case, we can sneak a peek at the city too.’
Although it is difficult to visit a big city, it seemed that small cities could be targeted.
‘Huh.’
The Hunting King smiled and started moving. Then he told Yunjin and Leah.
“Let us go.”
________
*Crack*
Raymond was destroying the surroundings, when lowered his head at the ominous sound he heard in his ear.
Raymond’s expression became ugly when he checked the source of the sound.
‘Is Lassul dead?’
It was because the marble connected to Lassul was destroyed.
‘Are they here?’
There are not many people in the 10th Demon World that can kill Lassul.
There are only four people who can kill Lassul one-on-one in the 10th Demon World.
This chapter is scrapped from readlightnovel.org
In addition, only two out of the four could come to the village that is now being destroyed.
‘Are they crazy?’
However, under the current circumstances they could not come here.
‘During the war, so quickly?’
The demons were at war with each other. But the two of them, who can be called the strongest power, appeared here?
It does not make sense.
‘Then who else?’
Raymond wondered if a new person had appeared other than those two.
It was then.
‘Hmm, this energy,’
He could feel the powerful magical energy approaching at a high speed.
‘It is one of the two.’
He thought that a new person had appeared, but it was not.
It seems that one of the two is here.
‘What shall I do?’
Raymond was worried.
‘Retreat? Or go ahead?’
Will he retreat like this, or will he face off to check their strength?
‘Yeah, it wouldn’t hurt to find out their strength.’
Raymond decided that he was unwilling to retreat.
And above all, he wanted to know how strong the owner of the magic power is.
“Leader!”
Tour, Rios, and Hio, who were destroying the nearby village, also felt the powerful magic and approached Raymond.
“I think this energy is pretty strong, what are we going to do?”
Tour asked.
His eyes were filled with anticipation and excitement. It seemed that he wanted to fight the master of that powerful magic power.
However, that person is strong enough to kill Lassul. Therefore, Tour cannot fight him alone.
“We all go together.”
Raymond said.
Tour alone will die just like Lassul. But what if they all go together?
Even if he is the ruler of the 10th Demon World, they can handle it.
“All together, why?”
Tour asked with a confused look.
Raymond told Tours as he showed him the shattered orb that was connected to the Lassul.
“Lassul is dead.”
At Raymond’s answer, Tour as well as Rios and Hio, looked surprised.
“Amiletta or her son obviously.”
Raymond said, looking at the surprised faces of the three.
“Fight in moderation and fall back.”
They cannot fight till the end. It was for the balance of the war.
What if either Amiletta or her son Cranosson dies?
Victory will lean towards the opposing faction, Kyrad.
No matter how much Raymond tried to intervene, it would be difficult to balance.
“Okay.”
Tour, realizing the seriousness of the situation, nodded his head.
Then Rios and Hio nodded as well.
Raymond, seeing the three of them nodding, ran in the direction of the approaching powerful magic power.
Tour, Rios and Hio then followed.
After a while, Raymond stopped moving when he encountered the owner of that powerful magic force.
The owner of the magic force found Raymond as he stopped as well.
O.O”
Raymond looked at the owner of the magic force in confusion.
‘What? It is neither Amiletta nor Cranosson?
It was not even a demon.
“Uh? that…”
Tour said when he arrived.
“Is that not a human?”
Raymond did not respond to Tour’s remarks.
‘How can a human have that magic force?’
He never thought he would be a human.
It was because of his magic power, it was not a weak one it was strong enough to reach Ruler Class magic power.
Therefore, he did not understand. How could a human radiate such magic power?
There was one more thing he did not understand.
‘Humans killed Lassul?’
It was Lassul’s death. It did not make sense that Lassul was killed by a human.
It was then.
“Four. That’s right.”
He heard the human murmur.
‘What’s right?’
The moment when Raymond was once again confused by that human.
“Hellfire.”
The human voice was heard again.
And Raymond could see. The scorching heat that appeared near him.
‘Danger!’
Raymond instinctively sensed danger and unleashed his energy, forming a curtain.
However, the ability to form a film through energy was only available for high Balrogs.
“Aww!”
“Kook!”
Tour, Rios and Hio failed to form a curtain of energy and began evaporating. They did not last a long time.
*Crack* *Crack* *Crack*
Tour, Rios, and Hio died one after the other.
Their marbles were smashed in succession.
‘It is not your usual Hellfire!’
Raymond couldn’t care less about the marbles being smashed.
It was because of the Hellfire that was slowly melting the curtain of energy.
If it were a normal Hellfire, it would have been slightly blocked, but unfortunately it was not.
‘If it goes on like this, I will die.’
The curtain of energy will not last long. He had to quickly think of a solution.
‘Got it.’

I'm still improving my skills, but I encourage you to enjoy it for what it's worth. ALSO, the whole plague thing was written about before the COVID pandemic. The plague is fake and actually magic in the story, but that has NOTHING to do with real world events. I am under NO CIRCUMSTANCE trying to make ANY kind of statement with it. Please just enjoy the story and stay safe.
