Fang Qiu smiled wryly .

With no other choice, he stepped forward and carried Jiang Miaoyu across the threshold up to the stairs quickly .

Seeing this, Jiang Mengjie froze for a second and then quickly followed up .

At the second floor, Fang Qiu put Jiang Miaoyu down .

“Find a place to sit . ”

“Here . ”

Fang Qiu and Jiang Miaoyu stepped over and sat down .

But Tang Heng’s shocking logic really shocked Fang Qiu .

What on earth was on his mind to make him shout out such a greeting?

Jiang Miaoyu and Jiang Mengjie exchanged a glance and didn’t respond .

Fang Qiu regained his cool and answered with a nod .

“Perfect . ”

Tang Heng continued with a smile, “How great to see you and two sisters-in-law here . This meal is on me . Sit down and keep the two sisters-in-law company . I’ll take care of the order . ”

Fang Qiu refused immediately but before he could finish, Tang Heng waved his hand and cut in,

“Please! Brother, I’m paying for this meal today unless you have no respect for me . ”

Fang Qiu chuckled as he replied, “However, it was not his fault . It was his driver . He didn’t have much to do with it . ”

Jiang Mengjie nodded .

Afraid of Jiang Miaoyu feeling left out, Fang Qiu looked at her and asked, “Where are you roommates? Why not bring them along?”

“There’s nothing improper . It’s not like we’ve never spent a night together . In the summer holiday of our second year, we sneaked out to Beijing without enough money and shared one room . ”

Jiang Mengjie looked into Fang Qiu’s eyes .

Without moving .

“That was one situation and this is quite another . We had no other option back then . ”

After the shower, Fang QIu walked out in a bath robe and complained,

“I can’t have any peace even in the bathroom . ”

“You could also knock, knock when I’m in the bathroom . ”

Jiang Mengjie blinked at Fang Qiu .

Fang QIu raised his hands to surrender .
