Book 1: Artificial Death Kaiden Cypher, a recently retired Mercenary finally gains a job as an EXiCON within BLED (Bridge City Law Enforcement Department). However, as trouble brews within Industrial District, it forces the Commissioner to enact Protocol B5-10.
