"Stop and we will go easy on you but If you run then you might have to suffer hellish pain!"

They yelled and threatened her.

But as if Lana cared about their threats! She knew she would die the moment she would be captured by them so it was better to keep running, maybe the heavens will have mercy on her and give her a way to save herself?

She kept running and those men kept on chasing her. She was losing strength from running so long and now they were all catching up to her.

Meanwhile after two days of recovering the unknown man was there to look for some clues himself when his men were not able to find it.

He was walking leisurely.

"Boss! We just saw someone running towards us in a huge group..."

His subordinate informed him and got on alert for any situation.

"Now which of my dear friends wants to die?" The man looked down at his extra shining shoes and asked carelessly.

But before anyone could answer a frail and weak body bumped into him.

It was Lana and she was now out of breath and energy to run.

The man shrieked in disgust and said "How dare a woman touch me?"

He pushed her away from his body and she fell to the floor.

"Ahhh!!"

She fell hard as her body was now as light as a feather.

Her first reaction after falling on the ground was to touch her stomach.

She felt an extreme pain on her butt but ignored it 'As long as my babies are fine in my tummy.'

She rubbed it and then crawled to the man in front of her who was cleaning his body after her touch.

She could tell that the man was disgusted by her touch but after looking back where a bunch of thugs with lusty gazes came towards her, she decided to be a disgusting thing for the man rather than being violated by those men.

At least he would not touch her!

She crawled to him and held onto his legs weakly and said "Save… Save me please! Please save me"

When the man felt her touch, he was about to kick her hard but when he heard her pitiful voice, he looked down.

Their eyes met. Though the man was covering his face but his eyes were still visible. His eyes were the only thing which she had remembered till now even after all these years.

Those lusty men were now standing there.

"Boss… Give our girl back.. We are going to play with her!"

"Aye! Don't say like that"

The two of them said and the 2nd one continued "Even though we were about to play with her but if you want you can join the fun"

The other one said " Either way, we are already ten in number, It won't do any bad if one more will join us in fun"

Lana's whole body shivered just by hearing their vulgar conversation.

She was not sure if the man was going to save her or the man himself was going to join the 'fun' with them.

The hand which was holding on his leg loosened. She was not sure if she was in safe hands or was now in more danger than before.

She looked around and found that the man whom she approached looked more dangerous than them.

She felt like dying there at the very moment but before she could do anything the man bent down and wiped her tears which she did not even know were on her cheeks.

He looked into his clear eyes from so close and for some unknown reason she felt secured.

"Save.. Save me! Save Cassie!"

Subconsciously she said these words to an unknown man to whom she did not even know.

"Miss Lana, Don't think that you are leaving here before we taste you… You are going to die anyway!"

"Exactly.. Cooperate with us a little.. After all that night you night we almost had you but no… You chose someone else! "

No one was doing anything and the fear in Lana's heart started growing.

She was afraid that she might not survive now.

When she saw that the man from whom she was asking for shelter, neither helped her nor denied to help her, she decided to run away silently.

She gathered her courage and took a few steps when the man said "Stop right there!"

Without hearing what she had to say… Her body acted on her own accord and since his voice was so loud and sharp she fell on the ground.

"You 2 come and cooperate with them"

Lana looked at him in horror and shock, she thought that he had asked them to join them in the deed they wanted to do with her.

The man came to her and said "Little girl! Are you so fond of wandering out at night? What if it wasn't me? Who would have saved you then?"

"Save? No.. No Save.. Save Cassie! He… He will die, save.. Him.. save Cassie… No..it's Casper.. Save him!"

As soon as she heard the word 'save' Casper's face started dancing in her head.

She was repeating those words again and again as if she was a crazy girl and out of her mind.

The man looked at her and smirked "What If I save your Cassie? What will I get in return?"

He did not even know whom she was talking about but he did owe her his life and to some extent she was the only woman to whom he had not detested so far for some weird reasons!

"I… I will give you whatever you want… I will… I will.."

She looked at him with a new hope of light. Though she did not know him but the hope he had given her was really big.

"You will what?"

"Miss Lana right, I am a businessman and I won't serve a free meal to anyone!"

The man asked, expecting something interesting from her. Meanwhile the 2 men to whom he had ordered to 'cooperate' with them took all ten men away with them.

"I.. I have nothing to give you" She lowered her head and said after thinking a lot.

"But you can give yourself to me!"

When he heard she had nothing for him, he felt a little disappointed but in the end he just said what he had in his mind. Even though it was a few simple words for him to say but for Lana, it was a really very big deal. It felt like he was asking for the same thing the other men were planning to do.

She looked at him and her eyes turned misty and she said after a long time and said in the end

"I.. I can only give you this..." She said and took out a platinum chain from her neck and then the ring which was hanging in it.

She took out the ring and handed it to the man and said " I.. I have only this to give you"

The man took the ring and his eyes brightened. It was a custom made ring for me and where L was carved and the other space was blank.

It was quite obvious what the ring was about.

A smile threatened to dance on his face but he controlled it and said "Are you saying that I am only worthy of this little ring? Do you know who I am? "

She was shocked! She had given him the last token her parents left for her to give to the man whom she loves in future but she had given him somehow and yet it was not enough for him!

She looked at his eyes and for some unknown reason she felt captivated and blurted out

"Why..Why not I give.. Myself to you?" She was full of hesitation yet she said gathering her courage.

'Even if I die later.. As long as Cassie is fine for now!'

The man's eyes lit up for real and this time he wasn't able to stop it.

But her next words felt like lighting on his body. It was the first time he had ever felt so much pain in his life and his heart squeezed for her in pain.

"I.. I will give.. Give myself to you.. But.. but you can...Can you not.. Can you not let others join you!"

She was not sure why she said this and she was not sure either if he really wanted her in this way but the fear in her heart was too much that she couldn't stop herself.
