"Come on dad!!!You think too much...I am grown up now." Melissa said with an evil grin over her face that drove David more concerned about her hidden action that he was suspecting could lead to any kind of trouble.

But he didn't ask further.

Melissa lightly touched his shoulder.

"Don't worry.There is nothing to worry about."

David nodded though he was not fully convinced.

Rose screamed in horror covering her face with both of her hands.No wonder,that was acid and the stalker definitely was set by someone to distort her face.

Rose was waiting for her upcoming fate.

But....

Fortunately the acid couldn't touch her face or any other part of her body.Because somebody covered her with his lage frame so that she could be safe from being burnt.

"Kelvin.." Rose cried out loud.

The person groaned in pain.Because the acid splashed on his back.Rose finally saw his face who saved her from this disaster.

She was almost shocked to see the face of the person who came like a saviour.

"Damien…"Rose almost cried.She held him.

Damien Kyle's back was burnt.Fortunately he was wearing two layers of cloth.So the burn was not severe.Till the wound he got was very painful.

The man who intended to throw acid on her saw that his target missed.Instead of Rose,the acid spilled on Damien Kyle.He groaned in frustration.He ran away immediately.

Ignoring the pain,Damien Kyle was still very much sober and concerned as if the acid didn have that much effect on him.With the burnt back,he intended to chase after the stalker but Rose grabbed his arm.

She was already very terrified.Her face was about to be distorted.But fortunately God was on her side so she was saved.Now she didn't want Damien Kyle to go after the stalker in this condition.He needed to take care of this wound first.

" Don't go,please!"She pleaded.

Damien Kyle furrowed his Eyebrows.

"I need to figure out who tried to do this to you."He was still concerned about her that Rose became more upset.

"Please,your back is burnt.Lets go to the hospital.You need treatment first.We can find out later."

Damien Kyle thought for a second and then nodded.

Today,at the morning when he left for his office,he saw Rose walking and a man was behind her.He felt slight suspicions about itSo he followed them.When his eyes fixed on the bottle that the man was holding,he didn't delay to understand the motive of the stalker….

He hurriedly stopped his car and ran toward them and fortunately he could save her timely.Though he was in pain,at the same time he was feeling a strange kind of peace in his mind.

Surprisingly once he chose Rose to take revenge on his half brother.The revenge thing was not present now,still he was not that kind of person who really cares about strangers...But still he decided to save Rose…

Maybe Kelvin Kyle likes her,that's why he was concerned about her….

Damien Kyle let out a sigh….

They made their way toward Damien Kyle's car.

Tiger came running to see him.He already got the idea something was wrong.

"Boss what happened?" He asked.

"Someone tried to throw acid on Rose!He ran away." Damien Kyle said.

"The acid spilled on his back.Please drive to the hospital." Rose said.

Tiger stared at Damien Kyle with concerned looks.

"Boss lets go…."

They got into the car.

Damien Kyle shook his head.

"No need to go to the hospital.Drive to my mansion."

Rose furrowed her eyebrows.

"Mr Kyle..You need to go to hospital now.Your wound is serious."Her voice was showing concern.

Damien Kyle was reactionless.

" Don't worry.I will call the doctor there.Where should I drop you?"He asked.

Rose inhaled a long breath.

"Mr Kyle if you dont mind can I go with you?And thank you very much for saving me...I really don't know how to show the gratitude toward you."

Damien Kyle stared at her.His pupil slightly constricted.Rose's face was keeping reminding him about someone surprisingly.

"Okay."

"Please can you show me your back?I want to see the wound."Rose said.

Damien Kyle was staring at her face.Her words broke his concentration.He averted his gaze and nodded.He turned his back toward her.Rose raised the fabric of his suit and saw the wound.

She sighed a breath of relief.Due to the fabric of his suit and shirt and also the stalker couldn't aim that good and Couldn't splash the whole bottle on him.Fortunately it was only scalded on a small area of his back.

"Is there any water on this car?" Rose asked Tiger.

"Sorry ma'am,I forgot to bring a water bottle today."Tiger said.

Rose sighed.

" please drive fast.."Rose said in an impatient tone.

Damien Kyle's eyes were fixed on Rose...

Rose was busy applying ointment over Damein Kyle's back.They already at Morgan Mansion.Damien Kyle already removed his suit and shirt.His upper body was bare and Rose was applying the medicine to treat his wound.

"Mr Kyle,again thank you very much!" Rose said.Her voice was claiming that she was grateful and embarrassed for her foolishness at the same time.She shouldn't take the shortcut today otherwise nothing like this wouldn't happen at all.

Damien Kyle chuckled.

"But i am slightly heartbroken."

"huh...Why?" Rose was surprised.

"I went to save you risking my life and there you took another man's name…"Damien Kyle said with sarcasm.

Rose felt very embarrassed.Really!!

She took Kelvin Kyle's name!!

She was almost sure that that was Kelvin Kyle!But last moment she saw it was his half brother.

But the strange thing was why was she expecting Kelvin Kyle there!!

" Actually…''she thought for a while.She didn't know herself that why she was searching for him…

"You two look very alike..Maybe that's why…"Rose said

Damien Kyle curled his lips.

"Is that so?"

Rose cleared her throat.

"Yeah obviously.It is like that."

"How are you now?"

Rose and Damien Kyle both stared at the door where Kelvin Kyle was standing.He seemed to be very tensed and his voice was showing great concern for his half brother.And behind him also there was Lizzy whose face was not less tensed than Kelvin Kyle.

Rose was still applying the medicine on Damien Kyle and her hand was on his back.Surprisingly Kelvin Kyle didn't give any reaction to see them but Lizzy's face changed.

Lizzy and Kelvin Kyle were at a meeting.As Lizzy started taking care of her dad's business.

And also Kelvin Kyle promised James that he would help Lizzy to gain some experience.The moment Kelvin Kyle heard that his brother was injured and someone attacked Rose,they hurried there.

"I am alright…"Damien Kyle said.

His eyes then fixed on Rose. Kelvin Kyle let out a sigh.Seeing both of them he felt relieved.

"Rose,I guess you should rest now.You must be panicked.Let me take care of him." Lizzy asked Rose.

Rose nodded.She handed over the ointment to Lizzy.She stared at Kelvin Kyle and next she went to the washroom.

She splashed some water on her face.She was really horrified!!!Today's incident really scared her to death.

She took her phone and called Adrian.

"Hello…"In a few seconds Adrian took the call.

" Hi...Adrian,it's Rose…"

"Oh...where are you?It's been late but you haven't reached today yet?" Adrian said.

Rose sighed.

"Actually Adrian I can't come today.I met an accident today.So unfortunately I can't go."

"Oh...Okay..But what happened?Are you alright?" Adrian seemed to be concerned.

"Yeah.I am okay.I will explain it later.Please inform boss that I can't come today."

"Okay."

Rose hung up the call.The beginning of the day was not good at all!!!

She came out from the bathroom and suddenly got startled to see Kelvin Kyle THERE.He was waiting for her outside the washroom.

"Are you okay?" Kelvin Kyle touched her face.His face was pale like paper that stated that he was very anxious.

Rose tried to smile.

"Yeah.Nothing happened to me.Actually thanks to Damien.He sacrificed his back in order to save me." She explained.

Kelvin Kyle suddenly hugged her.Rose was taken aback due to his sudden action.

"Why can't you take care of yourself?What if Damien was not there?" He said in a low voice.

Rose freed herself from his embrace.

"Nothing!Just my face would be distorted till now!And you would run away to see me." She said with sarcasm.

Kelvin Kyle clenched his jaw.Her words made her angry.

"Do you think I am only with you for your beautiful face?"
