Kelvin Kyle closed his eyes for a second as if closing his eyes would help to vent his frustration.It was true that a part of him was charmed by her beautiful face but at this period even Rose lost her beauty that won't really affect him.Because there is another the thing name personality which is equally responsible to make human charming.Otherwise he doesn't lack beautiful woman around him and all of them are ready to sacrifice everything to get only his single touch.

But he can't blame Rose also.At the age of thirty three,even if he was never involved in a relationship still he had the idea why Rose was cold toward him.

It was obvious,she was cheated everywhere.By her own family,by her ex...So it was very normal that she had trust issues now.

But again...another side he was hurt…

He was hurt by her statement…

He could understand everything but can't she see how caring he was toward her?

When he got the news that his half brother and girlfriend both met with an accident.He was worried...Worried to death…

He was really grateful to Damien that he didn't let her face this horrible accident…

Kelvin Kyle opened his eyes…

"If it was for your face and body,I wouldn't wait for so long.Your clean body would be tainted by me by this time…After all I am not a patient person at all."

Kelvin Kyle didn't wait for her reply.He walked away from there.

Rose felt guilty.She let out a sigh.May be her words are very harsh toward him…

Deep inside,she also knew Kelvin Kyle didn't deserve this cold attitude. But only she knew why she was doing this.She had no other choice rather than doing this.

Lizzy asked Damien Kyle.His back was facing toward her and she was doing the rest where Rose left for her.Damien Kyle couldn't see her face but still he could sense the worry she was going through to see him like this.

"It did hurt.But not now." Damien Kyle said in a flirtatious tone.

Lizzy felt her cheeks are hot.She was blushing.She was also feeling very irritated that why would this simple comment make her blush.The amount of time she spent with Damien Kyle,most of which she passed by blushing and being embarrassed…

Another surprising thing was when she saw Rose was applying medicine, she didn't like it.

Was she jealous?

Lizzy cleared her throat!!There was no cause that she should be jealous..

Damien Kyle was not his boyfriend..

Once he proposed to her but she rejected him.

She let out a sigh.Even her own mind was playing with her.It cant even give a proper explanation why it was acting so weird!!!

Two days had passed,

Rose's life was going as normal except Kelvin Kyle didn't visit her apartment in two days.At the same time she was also guilty and also she was making up so many excuses not to say sorry to him…

Her excuses are kind of like this,

He was rude and mean to her,so she wont call him.It was revenge for those times.

And again she wanted to say sorry to him as she very well knew what she said was not totally true…

But the most strange thing is,Kelvin Kyle didn't find out about her job according to her.That is very weird.Kelvin Kyle had the information about everything.Then how can he not know about this?

Rose was relieved that he didn't create any trouble for this,but at the same time she was finding it very weird.

"You are looking beautiful."

Rose stared at the person who just complemented her.It was her current boss Benjamin Cullin.

Rose faintly smiled.She was wearing a full sleeve black dress which touched her ankle.She came to attend a business meeting with her boss.Benjamin Cullin just complimented her.Surprisingly in her subconscious mind she was comparing him with her ex boss Kelvin Kyle.

Compared to him,Benjamin Cullin is very patient and calm headed person.He never reacts too much.But still there was something that Rose was not finding it comfortable.She lost her comfort zone when she left Kyle Corporation.May be that was a bad idea to leave like that still she had to face Kelvin Kyle everyday.

"I hope you are feeling comfortable,Rose!" Benjamin Cullin said.

"Yes,Mr Cullin..I am alright..Adrian should be here.I can't find him." Rose said.

Benjamin Cullin checked his surroundings.

"He might be here somewhere."

"All the best.Mr Cullin...For today's deal."

"Oh..Thank you.As you are wishing for me,so I am quite hopeful that we are going to win the deal." Benjamin Cullin said, raising the corner of his lips.

Rose smiled.

"Okay.Rose.Wait here.I will be here in a while." Benjamin Cullin started heading toward a certain direction.

Rose went toward the buffet table.She picked up a juice glass and again went toward a corner.She was kind of feeling restless.She sipped from the glass and was busy in thinking then somebody interrupted her ongoing thought.

"Hi…"

Rose turned her neck.It was a guy.Probably same age as her.

'Hello…"She tried to remember if she ever had seen this guy.

"I am Jacob.. From Wesley Corporation...Please will you mind to introduce yourself?"He offered his hand to Rose.

Rose took his hand with a smile.

" I am Rose.I am from Cullin Corporation."She was kind of feeling funny that the man was from Wesley Corporation.She didn't tell her surname to him purposefully for that.

"I was just standing there and I saw you.I thought it would be better to have a chat with you rather than just standing."

Rose smiled.That means David was also here.Last time she heard from Mark that Wesley Corporation was passing through hard times.They were on the verge of bankruptcy.She felt very good when she heard the news.After all they deserve it…

"Rose...please come with me…" Benjamin Cullin said.

Rose threw an apologetic smile at Jacob as she couldn't continue the conversation with him.

"Yes Mr Cullin.Lets go."

Benjamin Cullin was walking ahead and Rose was following in his footstep.She saw there were few businessmen and almost all of them were well known figures of the city.

But she missed a heartbeat…

As she saw one of them was Kelvin Kyle….

She felt all of the blood from her body was drained.Her face went pale.

But that was not the end,she grew more nervous when Benjamin Cullin placed his hand on Rose's tiny waist.

"This is my gorgeous Secretary,Kelvin." He said with a devilish grin on his face.

Kelvin Kyle was standing about three foot away from Rose.But even from a distance Rose could feel the tension that was growing between them.Kelvin Kyle's eyes were fixed on the place where Benjamin Cullin was touching her as if he was going to chop off his right then.

"Isn't she beautiful?" Benjamin Cullin said shamelessly.

Rose gulped her own saliva in nervousness.

She is dead today!!!

No wonder….

But how can this happen?

She was already confirmed from Lizzy that Kelvin Kyle wasn't going to attend this.In recent days,she was working with Kelvin Kyle for experience.So Lizzy had some information about him.But it turned out to be a total failure…

Kelvin Kyle didn't say anything.He sipped from the glass that was in his hand.No doubt he was very angry..

Rose removed his hand from her waist.

"Mr Cullin,I…."

Benjamin Cullin didn't let her complete the sentence.

"Let's go...It's dinner time.I think we all have can discuss it sitting at the dinner table." Benjamin Cullin blurted out.

Rose felt frustrated.She was planning to flee away from there.But it seemed like her day was indeed very bad today.

"Okay.Let's sit together,Benjamin…"Kelvin Kyle said in a cold voice.His eyes were fixed on Rose.

Rose felt she was going to faint at any moment.

But why?She had her own life...Kelvin Kyle didn't have the right to control her like this...What if she decided to work with Benjamin!!!Kelvin Kyle had nothing to do with this.But still Rose was scared….Definitely this was the sign of silence before the storm.

Rose sat beside Benjamin Cullin and the rest of the businessmen as well with their secretaries.

"Rose, explain our strategy.." Benjamin Cullin said.

Rose felt her heart was beating very fast and she also started sweating.As Kelvin Kyle's death glare was making her nervous.

"Mr Cullin,please can you ask Adrian?Suddenly I am not feeling well." Rose said in a low voice.
