Next day,

Rose was at office.Last night was quite good.Kelvin Kyle cooked food for her and Rose just watched him.Though the food was not that good and few of items were not worth eating at all,still Rose enjoyed them.At least she could see the love over there.And the disgusting memory of Alfredo Cullin was not bothering her now fortunately.

She entered the office with a cup of coffee in her hand for her boss,Benjamin Cullin.He called her.

"Good Morning,sir…Your coffee." Rose placed the cup on the desk and was waiting for the next command of her boss.

"Rose,sit down.I want to talk with you." He said in a soft calm voice.

Rose pulled the chair and sat there.

"Yes.Sir…"She said.

" I heard from Ether.What happened with you and what Alfredo tried to do..I really don't know I should I apologise to you…''He said.From his face it was clear that he was embarrassed by the situation.

"No...Sir.. why are you apologising?You Didn't even do anything…"She said.

" it's not that.. Maybe I shouldn't send you alone there.Please forgive me...I already talked to Alfredo.But…"He stopped.

"But what?" Rose mumbled.

"He is saying something else.He said it's you who tried him to provoke and at last tried to act innocent…"

"What the heck!!" Rose raised her one eyebrow and almost jumped from the chair.Really,Alfredo Cullin was unbelievable.At first he tried to molest her and now he was putting all the blame to her.It was just something she couldn't bear at all...How can a person be so evil!!!.

"I didn't do anything like this!"Rose clenched her jaw.

" Rose,look...I am not saying that you didn't do it.But may be there could be some misunderstanding.May be you misunderstood him…"

Rose opened her mouth in amusement.Is he real?How could he say that….

"There is not any misunderstanding,Mr Cullin.I very well had the idea that what he was trying to do.I am not a kid.Just please don't try to say this…" Rose was angry.

Benjamin Cullin was silent for a moment.

"I asked him to apologise from you.But he didn't agree.He said,you just acted weird and tried to blame him for no reason…."

Rose stood up.

"If you believe him,then that's not a problem.I don't need his apology...even if he apologise to me,there wont be any difference anyway."

Benjamin Cullin didn't understand what he should say now.One side was his cousin,Alfredo with whom he was very close and on the other side Rose,definitely he didn't want to give her any bad impression about himself.But the situation was very complicated unfortunately.

"Rose,I am really sorry.I hope this won't affect our professional relationship." He blurted out.

Rose nodded.

"Yes.Of course,sir…"

Benjamin Cullin sighed.He was now very confused.When he first time came to know about Rose,he had some other plan about her as she was someone for whom Kelvin Kyle was totally crazy.But things had changed now.As Rose joined his company,he was no longer feeling to carry on his plan.

There was something pure about this woman,that even a big mafia boss like Benjamin Cullin couldn't deny.He was no longer willing to hurt her.Though he was unsure what was those feeling about….

"Sir,I want to ask something from you!" Rose blurted out.

"Yes.Sure.Ask me." He said.

"Sir I want two days leave.Please can I have that?"

Benjamin Cullin nodded.

"Yes.You can."

"Okay.Sir." Rose left.

Benjamin Cullin pressed his back on his king size chair and closed his eyes.He was growing weak and that is absolutely not a good sign at all.The weakness will be the cause of his death…

"So tell me…"Rose said, staring at Damien Kyle who was sitting in front of her at her old apartment.

Damien Kyle stuffed a spoon of fries rice in his mouth.

" First let me eat it peacefully.You are really good at cooking.Kelvin is lucky…"Damien Kyle said.

"Look...If try to again joke with me like earlier,then look at my hand." Rose showed hee hand to him.She had a roller on her hand.

Damien Kyle choked on food.He started caughing.Rose gave him a glass of water.Damien Kyle poured that down to his throat.

"Are you going to beat me with that?" He said coughing.

Rose nodded.

"Yes.oF course.I am going to break it on your head.Your jokes are really horrible and last time you almost made me mad." She groaned.

"Okay.I wont.I love my life." Damien Kyle smiled revealing all of his pearl like teeth.

"Then tell me about that?" Rose asked.

"About what?" Damien Kyle asked furrowing his sword like eyebrows.Kelvin Kyle was not at the city and she wanted to know something from Damien Kyle,so thats why she asked him to meet her.

"About Benjamin and Kelvin…"She asked.

Damien Kyle seemed to be worried.He stared at Rose with an intense gaze.

" i dont know exactly what do you know about them?"

"Why Kelvin and Benjamin hates each other…"Rose said.For a long time,she ignored this fact.But Rose felt,she knows a very little about Kelvin Kyle's life.And if she wanted to continue this relationship,she definitely had to know better about him.Otherwise thing could be complicated in future and that was the last thing she wanted.

" I think you should ask Kelvin about this.He can explain better than me."Damien Kyle said wiping his lips with a tissue paper.

Rose let out a sigh.

"You are the closest person to him.I know he believes you more than anyone on this earth.I dont know if this is the same for you...But if you care for your brother,i think you should tell me about him.So that in future I can be with him in any situation."

Damien Kyle thought for a while and finally he opened his mouth.

"Benjamin and Kelvin were good friends once."He said.

"Thats unbelievable!!" Rose blurted out.

"May be it is unbelievable to you.But its the truth.They were very good friend."

"Then what happened between them that they become the deadliest enemy?And I know Kelvin also tried to kill Benjamin once and the condition,he passed a long time in wheel chair that was due to Kelvin…"Rose said.

Damien Kyle raised one of his eyebrows in amusement.

" who told you that?Did Benjamin tell you that?"He exclaimed.

Rose Sighed.

"No.You and Kelvin was quarreling over something.I heard you blaming Kelvin about trying to kill him and make him cripple…"

Damien Kyle ran his long fingers through his hair.

"Actually unfortunately the condition was like that.The thing starts with a mistake or sin whatever you say and that lead a Tsunami in all of our life...May be we cant even blame to each other.We all are just have one motive behind our action and that is revenge…"

"Revenge!!" Rose narrowed her eyes in confusion.

"Yes.Revenge!" Damien Kyle shook his head.

"I guess you already know we are stepbrothers and Kelvin and I have different mother."

"Yes." Rose nodded.

"She is a very kind woman.About her and Kelvin's relationship that is kind of weird,if I

want to tell you honestly.Its true that we are very close.But after Kel's mom had left him,he was so traumatised that he never could accept my mom as his mother.Actually he never could give the place to my mother.And for that I cant blame him obviously.May be I also would do that if I were in his place.But my mom always considered him as his own son.

So why I am telling about her is,there was something that is related to this situation.We had a maid and she had a eight to nine years old daughter.My mom adored her so much.Just like you have the feelings for Xavier and George.Remember about this kid,because in this whole situation,that girl was the most important person or just a sacrificial lamb whaever you say…"Damien Kyle said.

" and then?"Rose was surprised.

"And the next thing was about Benjamin and Ether.You know their surname is Cullin."

"Yes!"

"Actually thats not the true.They are adopted and whoever their parents were was totally unknown."

"Thats a really big news.I didnt know that!" It was an another surprise for Rose.

"And Now I am going to tell the name who is the main culprit of whole of this situation…Their adoptive father Christopher…"

"What did he do?"

"I will tell you that.Benjamin, Ether,Kelvin and I were very good friends."
