Master Of Voracious Beasts Chapter 7

*Thug* *Thug* *Thug*
A heavy footstep was heard coming in Jomel's direction.
He saw a tall man in a soldier knight-like uniform.
Jomel knew this armory and composition because of past Jomel's memory, and only high-ranking individuals are usually allowed to wear this kind of clothing. Because it looks like medieval knight clothing, The Under-Clothes consisted of a linen under-shirt and linen under-pants.
Woolen stockings covered the legs.
A knight's Underclothes were important as they prevented the armor from chafing the knight's skin. A padded garment known by various names such as Aketon, Arming coat, Doublet, Gambeson, Hacketon consisted of a quilted coat that was either sewn or stuffed with linen or even grass.
This served as padding for additional armor worn over the top. A Surcoat was a robe, with a belt around the waist, which was placed over the body armor. The surcoat was emblazoned with the coat of arms or device of the Knight to identify the knight in battle.
This suit of armor was extremely expensive to produce.
This knight's suit of armor had to be tailor-made to fit the knight exactly. Any Incorrect sizing of a knight's suit of armor would be extremely dangerous as it could hamper the knight's ability to fight. The knight's suit of armor was also a status symbol. The better quality of the knight's suit of armor, the more important was the Knight.
A knight's suit of armor was strong enough to protect the knight but light enough to allow quick movement on the battlefield.
This armor was a complex series of garments, chain mail, and iron plate. Usually, every part of the armor is from body parts of a terrifying soul-beast that are estimated at a level of eighty to a hundred. It is also designed according to the transformation of a Soul-Beast Tamer into their humanoid Soul-beast battle form.
In earlier chapters, it was mentioned that if a level something like eighty who can only stay in level one to a one hundred.
Goes up to higher realms, the will energy will destroy the person who stayed too long in their not supposed to be realm level.
The same thing applies to weapons- they could only recreate in there with materials in their respective higher realms.
For example, if a certain powerhouse from lower realms gave armor to his descendant, and the descendant comes down to lower-level realms.

Those treasures and armors would crumble into dust by realm power and restriction.
No one knows the reason why, but it is what it is.
Jomel is sure that this guy had an extremely powerful background or a talented Soul-Beast Tamer that is nurtured by humanity itself. The tall man in a soldier knight-like uniform came to stop when he noticed that jomel was already looking at him. He turned his back on Jomel and said "Soldier, follow me.."
Jomel complied and followed the tall soldier knight.
A minute later…
They came to a lab that is full of Weapons, gadgets, and many more that are unfamiliar to him and to the memories that he had taken. He is walking while thinking. Can a wolverine kill a man? No, He is not so sure about that, Even though he research a man killed by a wolverine or he forgot.
Let's look at the facts. A big wolverine is around the same size as a medium-sized dog, not that much smaller than a wolf. If everything that is written about these super-weasels they are one of the strongest animals for their size, pound for pound.
On top of this, they are without fear, incredibly ferocious and armed with huge, sharp claws and crushing jaws.
It's beginning to sound a little less of a fantastic idea already. Given their previous form with reports of them bringing down both predators and prey many times their size I'm beginning to side with the wolverine here. Wolverines have one more thing in their favor, they can run on snow.
In their environment, this would give them a big advantage, and there would certainly be no running away. And the Soul-Beast he will be facing is a giant compared to that, he is not sure that it is not a bear because of how it moves.
While crocodiles…
A crocodile especially a saltwater crocodile is the largest of all the crocodilians, and only the second reptile other than the Nile crocodile would consume human beings. The rest of the crocodiles, large snakes, and lizards either have never eaten human beings or it is very rare, and not worth tallying.
The saltwater crocodile eats anything with meat on it, less than fourteen hundred pounds. Of course, younger crocs and juveniles are usually skittish and flee from humans at first sight unless given food, that's when all the crocs are dangerous when people feed them.

Like bears, normally shy creatures keep their distance from people, but when enticed by easy meals, they follow people waiting for food to fall in the water, and bam, the first swimmer is the main course. Exactly as people trained them to do, this is the case for every salt crocodile, and many other crocodilians, who pose very little threat to anything more than thirty pounds.
"You don't have to think it through.." The tall man spoke interrupting jomel's thoughts and plans to tame those two.
"You will be sent to the battlefield next four days, so as compensation, we will help you to tame your beast fast enough for you to participate in the battlefield..." He added.
Jomel didn't react but deep inside he knew it, from the leftover memories of the previous owner.
He knew that soldiers such as people like him especially Soul-Beast tamer soldiers will be sent to plunder, Scout, and destroy another civilization of non-human race. Whether it is, elves, demi-humans or beast, fish-man, Soul-beast, devils, winged-man or angels, Orcs, goblins, spirits, undead, centaurs, and many more- they would have to plunder and kill.
To expand humanity and gain more resources, is a battle of the races and resources.
Most of the time- the war was incredibly bloody and most of the time humanity's losses in a fight for superior races can also Soul-Beast taming. Just like dragon-kins, a race that half-humans and half dragon or lizard or something. A lot of them used Soul-Beasts that are rich with dragon blood. That made them tougher and stronger than normal Soul-Beast Tamer's body alone.
So often, humanity backed down from the war,
The other race would occupy other territories. The result was always the same in higher realms. Humanities are always overpowered by other races.
Humanity army would send level 70 Soul-Beast Tamers and lower, to attend those missions while those higher are in charge of commanding and protecting human shelters. Especially families like Jomel's mother, and father -who left them, would do anything to protect their shelters and territories.
The crocodile-like creature was strap on the bandage, it is not moving like they put some drugs on it to calm down. They also covered its eyes, tied its limbs, and especially it is largemouth.
"We drugged it, so it is safe, hurry and establish a link.." the tall soldier explained with a hint of annoyance.
His conjecture was right, they drugged it.
Soul-Beast is all smart especially in higher levels, they can't be tamed easily even if they like you. To hasten the process of every civilization, or race they would do anything for the majority of their race to strengthen.
Because at the end of the day even though humanity had peculiar inventions- they still couldn't compare to the powerful manpower of an extremely powerful Soul-Beast Tamer.
Strength in numbers..?
They are not the one who is leading that numbers. Especially elves are like cabbage or seed every time the Tree of Life produces flowers. Although they can't breed with other races they can still reproduce among themselves not just trees of life. They are also natural water and plant controllers without merging with beasts. They are also loved by nature.
It makes them extremely skilled in combat, especially those who trained to be an assassin in the forests.
Just imagine that you are walking in the forests and several elven warriors are ambushing you..? A group of average Soul-Beast Tamers won't make it out alive.
Some goblins are small but their reproduction of off-springs was so high- Luckily there are just a few Soul-Beast tamers on their kind because they often eat their captured beasts.
Humanity Mechas and robots..?
Mechas are typically depicted as humanoid mobile robots.
These machines vary greatly in size and shape but are distinguished from vehicles by their humanoid or biomorphic appearance and size—bigger than a human. Different subgenres exist, with varying connotations of realism. The concept of Super Robot and Real Robot are two such examples found in Japanese anime and manga.
The term may also refer to real-world piloted humanoid or non-humanoid robotic platforms that are currently in use or are in the planning or design stages. These mechas are only useful and efficient for soldiers with a rank of 40 or below.
Soldiers who were reluctant to contract a Soul-Beast or veteran Soul-Beast tamers who sacrificed their Soul-Beast during missions. They will then be worthless to higher-level Soul-Beasts or races that use Soul-Beast.
Particularly the metallic Soul-beasts.
Mechas and other metals are their favorite kind of food to eat.
