Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 187

"We ... we just met accidentally," Aeri said, stammered as she glanced at the man who was still sitting in her chair.
"You say someone else is a bitch but it looks like you're the one yourself," Dae Hyun sneered in a flat tone but the words were quite painful.
"It's not what you think," Aeri argued with a flushed face.
'Been caught but still evasive,' Dae Hyun sneered to himself. Dae Hyun really did not expect himself to marry a shameless woman like Aeri.
"Right, calm down first," the man said to defend Aeri. Actually the goal was to invite Aeri to meet because they wanted to work together. To find the secrets of any strategy so that The Silla Seoul Hotel can develop very rapidly. Because Lee Young Joun's hotel was far behind. It's a shame that Dae Hyun showed up before they reached an agreement.
"I thought you only played with Han, but I never thought you would actually play with many men," Dae Hyun said while glancing at the man who was none other than Lee Young Joun. The man who almost harassed Soo Yin if he wasn't too late. Until whenever Dae Hyun will never forget that incident.
"We're just here to work together," Aeri argued, trying harder to convince Dae Hyun.
"It's true what your wife said. I came here to invite her to work with me. I will make her a commercial star in one of my products," Lee Young Joun said as he got up from his seat.
"Really? Haven't you stopped modeling?" Dae Hyun asked while raising an eyebrow. He glanced at Aeri who had a scared face.
"This is just a plan," Aeri said quickly. Unexpectedly, Lee Young Joun said that reason.

"You think I'm stupid," Dae Hyun said while raising one lip up and then chuckled. He then reached into the file in his coat pocket.
"I'm just here to give you this letter. I won't interfere with what you are doing so you don't have to worry," Dae Hyun said with a grin.
Aeri even felt scared seeing Dae Hyun who looked creepy with a grin. Aeri never saw Dae Hyun's sly expression drawn on his face.
Dae Hyun placed the file on the table while looking at Lee Young Joun, who was just silent without any more defense. Maybe that man was tired of defending Aeri.
"Mr Lee, if you want it please just take it because I'm not at all interested in a bitch like her. You look more suitable," Dae Hyun sneered as he looked at the two people in front of him in turn.
"Mr. Dae Hyun, you insulted your wife too much," Lee Young Joun said, who looked very emotional.
"Come on, Mr. Lee, you don't have to pretend in front of me," Dae Hyun said casually without any emotion.
"Enough, stop all your words!" Aeri shouted while covering her ears with both hands. Even though what Dae Hyun said was true, Aeri still felt hurt.
"Aeri, if you've finished checking and signing it immediately give it to me," Dae Hyun said calmly without any jealousy at all. Dae Hyun had been waiting for quite a long time. Even if he had to see Aeri making out with other men.
With trembling hands, Aeri slowly reached out to reach the brown envelope. With a pounding heart Aeri opened the file Dae Hyun gave her. Her legs limp helplessly when she saw the title printed on the letter.
"What do you mean?" Aeri asked with a raised tone. With both legs feeling weak, Aeri tried to stay on her feet.

"I just followed what you wanted all this time. Don't you want the freedom to live with the man you want. You should be happy now because I have granted your wish," Dae Hyun said as he put his hand in his pants pocket.
"Do you intend to divorce me because of that girl?" Aeri asked with fiery eyes.
"Don't try to scapegoat someone. This all has nothing to do with anyone," Dae Hyun said while pinching the space between his eyebrows.
"I'm pretty sure you have hooked up with that bitch!" Aeri quipped with a trembling body.
"Never mind I want to go. I'm not disturbing what you are doing. If you already signed it, please contact me." Dae Hyun only glanced at Aeri while smiling lopsidedly and then stepped out of the Vip room. He did not feel anger at all for what he was angry about, Dae Hyun was grateful so he could be separated from Aeri. The burden on his shoulders was noticeably less.
With a happy face Dae Hyun left the restaurant. He could not wait to meet his little wife. It will be a surprise for Soo Yin. Surely his wife will be very happy.
After Dae Hyun was not there, Aeri's body collapsed to the floor. Aeri was very shocked by what she had just experienced. Firmly her fingers squeezed the letter and then tore it into small, irregular pieces.
"It's all because of you!" Aeri said while looking up at Lee Young Joun. If only Lee Young Joun hadn't asked her to meet up, none of this would have happened. Surely her position as Dae Hyun's mistress will not be bad.
"So you blame me?" Lee Young Joun asked with his hands on his hips.
"Of course, if you don't invite me to come to this restaurant then my position is still safe." Aeri's face flushed with hot tears that started to roll down her cheeks.
"Aren't you a bitch?" Lee Young Joun sneered with his sly grin.
Aeri slowly stood up even though her body wobbled. She wanted to reply to what Lee Young Joun was saying.
"You are insolent!" Aeri raised her hand about to slap Lee Young Joun but unfortunately the man grabbed her wrist first before landing on his cheek.
Lee Young Joun threw Aeri's hand roughly until Aeri's body almost fell to the floor. Lucky to be able to balance her body to stand back up.

Dungeon Core Chat Room.
This is a slower-paced "experiment and dungeon building" web novel that tries to use the idea of peer-to-peer communication with Dungeon Cores instead of Dungeon to slave monster communication to break up the detailed dungeon building. Rank 1 description: (minimum met for system initialization...detailed description as follows) Each race was given a system by the gods to make up for their shortcomings and balance their place in this world. Humans: Abysmally bad at understanding and using magic unable to use more than the lowest of magic were given the "Skill System" magic in the form of premade skills with use, study, and mastery tied to experience. Elves: Intuitively understand magic and have long lives leading to vast knowledge and skill in their chosen fields. However, as a species, they have nearly zero sex drive and less than low fertility, so they were gifted the "World Tree System" with experience gained through the care of natural areas – gifting the chance of children to increase their numbers without dirty copulation. All “natural” or “wild” monsters are given an "Evolution system" designed around killing and consuming as many creatures as possible, slowly increasing strength and, at thresholds, allowing mutations to alter them multiple times. Dungeon cores are different. Unlike humans, they can see, manipulate and live off mana. Unlike Elves, they naturally crystallize after extended periods of time in high mana level areas. However, they cannot easily move or communicate and typically go insane without companionship. As a species other than the odd eccentric they are unimaginative. Brute forcing solutions without the drive to truly innovate. Thus they have been gifted with the "Dungeon Connection System" a magical version of the internet accessible by their peers that allows them to barter and sell: bait, traps, monsters, and knowledge, as well as entertain each other with “adventure streams” using exciting recorded battles and humorous reels of arrogant chumps biting off more than they can chew to often fatal effects. This is the casual story of a dungeon unluckily spawned far from potential adventurers forced to innovate beyond its peers to find its place in this world. Rank 2 Description: Justification. I've been on a dungeon core kick for months and while I love the genre – it's sparse with entries. Often the forced conflict gets repetitive and frantic solving of threats "power levels" the protagonist to god levels to progress the plot – taking away the nice steady progression fantasy I'm looking for. (Progression in this story is linked to how strong of monsters/traps/whatever he can create not his "level"...this is demonstrated by some of his newer monsters beating his older monsters not with discrete "this monster has 10 attack this one has 40") Additionally, the focus on 3rd parties with their drama takes away from the reason I’m reading dungeon core novels in the first place – I'm looking for magical crafting, experimentation and kingdom building – not defence from higher and higher levelled enemies looking to steal/destroy/control the MC. This novel is kind of just me writing the story I wish I could read. I like thinking about the experimentation that can be done in fantasy settings using 'mana' as an excuse to make up rules and try to keep them internally consistent. IE once I define how a rule works, I'm going to commit to keeping it – no breaking hard truths I've given when it's convenient, even if it backs me into a corner. Hopefully, that should make the story interesting to read even if it's SOL and less action-oriented. There will be problems to solve and a clear progression in strength (of created monsters and knowledge) however due to not wanting to force conflict for the sake of conflict the general theme will be closer to slice of life with few action sequences and no overarching goal so please keep that in mind when picking this up as the genre is not for everyone. Finally, I have a clear goal of what I want from this story (not an endless romp but a series of arcs and then a conclusion that's a couple of dozen medium-sized chapters long) I want to commit to finishing it or at least bringing it to a point of rest. I hate all the engaging stories that stop with a “hiatus” indefinitely so in the event I lose motivation I'll work to end this even if the ending becomes rushed/unsatisfying just to give a sense of closure. I’m planning on including several polls in terms of direction and taking feedback heavily into account if I get enough readers (but may choose to ignore it if it deviates too far from the direction I want to take this as in feedback like: “The MC needs a cartoonishly evil arch-enemy that wants to enslave him and force the mc to pump out magic items” or “the MC needs to make a body and learn teleportation then live with humans” will get shot down without consideration.)
