Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 399

It felt like time had passed so quickly, Doctor Mi Young had just taught the class, now it was finished. Soo Yin immediately put her book back into the bag.
"Soo Yin, were you leaving alone?" Suddenly Mi Young approached Soo Yin who was still sitting in her chair.
Jae-hwa had already left because he had to go to work soon to the hotel. The room was also quiet.
Soo Yin was surprised by Doctor Mi Young's question. Should she ask such an unimportant thing? Or was there any information she wanted to know?
"I went alone," said Soo Yin with a faint smile.
"Too bad, I thought you were with your husband," Mi Young said with a happy face.
"Okay, I'll go first," said Mi Young. Then stepped out.
"Ughhh, just say so if you want to ask about my husband," Soo Yin grumbled while chuckling in annoyance. She just realized that it seemed that Mi Young still had feelings for Dae Hyun.
Soo Yin immediately got up and then walked out of the classroom. She took a deep breath as she remembered that she had to return home. This morning she didn't bring her cell phone with her. So that Dae Hyun had trouble finding her. So if he asked, Soo Yin will say if she forgot to bring her cellphone.
It was past noon now. Soo Yin just remembered that she had to eat right away so that her stomach acid wouldn't recur. If Dae Hyun found out he will definitely grumble and he won't allow her to go out.
Today, Soo Yin wasn't sure if she would be free from trouble.
Soo Yin looked around to find a way to the canteen. She was still new so she didn't really understand the campus area because the location was very large.
Soo Yin continued to walk when she saw an arrow that seemed to be heading towards the canteen. With quick steps, Soo Yin went to the canteen and then went home. She needed to fill her stomach before going home.

"Soo Yin, what are you doing here?" Li Sa sneered with disapproval.
Soo Yin who was walking was suddenly surprised when she heard Li Sa's words because it was so sudden. She stopped then turned her head for a moment.
"None of your business," Soo Yin said in a flat tone then walked again. For her there was no time to argue with Li Sa.
Didn't know what Soo Yin did wrong in the past that Li Sa hated her so much. When they met, the words of scorn always came out of her lips.
"Soo Yin, are you sure you have the money to eat in this cafeteria? Just so you know that the menu here is very expensive," said Li Sa. Her hands were folded then she walked in front of Soo Yin to stop her steps. Li Sa circled Soo Yin several times.
Soo Yin tried to remain calm and unaffected. But now her appetite had disappeared because of Li Sa's words. Perhaps, in her eyes, she was indeed a poor girl who did not mean anything.
"Soo Yin, come here!" Hyo Rin called while waving her hand at Soo Yin. She seemed to be gathering with other friends around the table in the cafeteria.
Soo Yin replied by waving her hand, because she felt bad for being so nonchalant.
"Ughhh, that sucks!" Li Sa cursed because her best friend had really left her. She thought, this morning Hyo Rin was just pretending but in fact until now she didn't greet her even though there was no Soo Yin around them.
"Li Sa, I'll go in first," Soo Yin said. Without thinking, she stepped into the cafeteria and approached Hyo Rin with her friends. They looked happy when they saw Soo Yin coming.
"Hi, my name is Yoon-ah," said the one who was sitting with Hyo Rin.

"Soo Yin, are you studying here too," said a girl who turned out to be Mi Na. She really felt happy to be reunited with Soo Yin after the unpleasant incident that time.
"Mi Na? Why don't you tell me if you study here too," Soo Yin said while smiling happily. She felt even more surprised by seeing Mi Na.
"I just entered college again after I quit," Mi Na said with a grimace.
"Are you two know each other?" Hyo Rin knitted her brows while looking at Soo Yin and Mi Na in turn.
"Hmmm, we've met a few times," Soo Yin replied as she threw her butt on the chair. It turned out that making new friends was not as difficult as she imagined.
Li Sa was about to follow Soo Yin into the cafeteria but she cancelled her intention. It seemed that she would be in danger if she went in with them. Realized that now no one asked her. Li Sa chose to leave with an angry feeling that had been pounding in her heart all day.
Soo Yin was very happy that she had made some new friends. Although in her mind there were still unanswered questions. Why did Hyo Rin change all of a sudden? That was what she was thinking.
"Soo Yin, how is studying here? Is it fun?" Mi Na asked Soo Yin to give her opinion.
"Of course, who doesn't like studying at this place," said Soo Yin shyly.
"If only I knew if you signed up here, I would definitely come at the student admissions party," said Mi Na.
"Don't worry, Ji Sang has already given her flowers," Hyo Rin said with a chuckle. There was no anger in her heart.
"You're not mad at Ji Sang?" Yoon-ah asked with knitted brows.
"What am I angry for? It's just a flower so it won't mean anything. Besides, I heard news that Soo Yin got flowers in the amount of a car. It's certain that Soo Yin has a special man," Hyo Rin said, while laughing crisply.
"Soo Yin, tell me who that man is? I want to get him too. I'm sure he is a very romantic man," Yoon-ah said.
"Quick, introduce us too," said Mi Na.
"It's just someone who sent flowers to the wrong person," said Soo Yin with a red face and a smile. There was a sense of pride when someone felt jealous of her. It was all thanks to Dae Hyun.
"I'm sure that man is very sweet," Hyo Rin teased.
"Don't talk about him anymore. I came here because I was hungry and wanted to eat," Soo Yin said to end the conversation. Because she was afraid if she slipped. She was not ready if everyone knew about her married status.
"Alright, I forgot about it," said Hyo Rin.
They continued to chat and laugh in between enjoying the food they had ordered.
At first, Soo Yin was worried that she would never get a friend other than Jae-hwa. But it turned out to be very far from what she expected.
After finishing eating, Soo Yin immediately said goodbye because she had to return home before Dae Hyun found out that she had run away.
Just went out of the gate, Soo Yin's steps stopped. She saw a car parked not far from where she stood. The car was no stranger to her.

Author's note: I love the idea of kingdom-building novels and think the genre has a lot to offer, but I don't think many authors do them very well. Here is my attempt. The novel has a strong focus on politics and kingdom building, with occasional action and a bit of humor. Have fun. Cover was made by MrZombie Updates three times a week.
