The Mysterious Black Magician Chapter 32

Goki knew that even if he did not intrude in that fight, they could kill that monster sooner. With Almina's unfairly high damage that comes from her unknown ability, and with the addition of those two specially recruited trainees, it was only a matter of time that they would finish that monster. Although he could not save Kiko if he did not rush to help.
And those three others with them(Mai, Bob, and Chloe). They both had interesting abilities, although, they were weaker if compared to those four: Almina, Kiko, blonde, and smiling guy.
It was unbelievable for them to kill that monster since it was a rank C+ Wanderer. Not even him would wish to challenge it.
.....Yet with that person's direction, it becomes possible for them to kill it.....
Goki also felt scared at that person, not because he's strong — he doesn't have strength, not because he had a genius-level skill — he had no mana. But because the way he planned out his battlefield was unprecedented. However, the problem was he would always disregard the other's life!
After looting on the monster's corpse, the smiling guy with the close eyes appealed on Yman saying he admired him. And that he wanted to get closer to him. Yman on the other hand, felt a cringe to the guy while awkwardly distancing himself. Then he called him suspicious for having closed eyes.
The smiling guy said that he likes Yman's eyes and wanted to trade one of his eyes to him.
"....."
He was speechless at the smiling guy's offer. Yman hastily back steps. Then he ran away and hid.
Right now, he was sitting in a different carriage beside his puzzled sister. While on his carriage the smiling guy sitting on his seat. Chloe and the others had a tired smile on their faces.
They wondered what happened to these two.
As the carriages were traveling along the road towards the academy, Mai and Chloe fell asleep. They really exhausted their mana and stamina. However, all of them had gained a big profit from that fight.
The principal paid them 5,000 GP(Gold Point) each from the Magic Cryst. And they also looted some rare parts on the monster's body. Which then stored in their Cyber Storage of Cyber Screen.

Not only they've got gold points and rare loots, but their Combat Experience also increased as well.
Bob was in a good mood. Grinning from ear to ear. Now his combat experience already at 100%. It also means, he could break through to a new level after injecting the Level 3 Syringe of Advancement into his body. Which cost 3,000 GP.
Currently, Bob was still at a 2% breakthrough in his limiter. So after injecting the Level 3 Syringe of Advancement he could breakthrough to 3% of his limiter. Which then increases his body's strength, speed, durability, stamina, vitality, senses, adrenaline, dexterity, and etcetera. Even his mana capacity would increase also.
But, it's not 100% that a breakthrough would happen if a magician injects the syringe of advancement. Sometimes they fail. Inside the syringe was medicine with initials of MM or also means Morph Medicine. It was a mixture of different types of magical herbs. And it has different kinds of levels. It was strictly advised that someone must in deep meditation while injecting the Syringe of Advancement.
A person needed to synchronize the flow of medicine and guide it towards the Hollow Cell(also known as Magician's Seed).
After absorbing all the medicine into the Hollow Cell, it then distributed to all parts of the body. Thus, Human Morphing undergoes its process.
A person who succeeds would have a feeling of being enlightened.
If fail, the accumulated CE would be gone and goes back to 0%.
So Bob could only wait when they arrived at the academy before he goes into deep meditation and secluded himself to absorb the MM.
.....Nevertheless.....
The other trainees could only felt sad at what happened to Kiko. Even the other instructors could only pray for him to regain his consciousness.
Their travel halted once again when night came. They needed to take a detour since it wasn't good to travel at night.
Everyone busied themselves in making tents. And some were gathering any edible foods around the place. A big bonfire was lit in the middle of an open space that was surrounded by trainee's tents.
Yman was babysitting his sister. He was a doting brother after all. Sistela who was still not in a good mood towards him was sitting on his shoulder.

Every time he prompted a conversation with her, she always snubbed him with a . His sister could only force a smile at these two.
Yman really wondered why he got a sulking deity. In any case, he needed to buy some new upgrades to Sistela. The system deity could be upgraded by adding additional data in it. Before, Sistela was just a round ball who cannot do a thing. But after upgrading her last time, she learned how to float.
Now Yman thought of downloading a new app. Which enables her to sing. If ever Yana wanted to listen to music. But Sistela was like a sulking girl. She snubbed her owner. Yman doesn't know whether he would laugh or cry.
She's mad at him because he fought awhile ago without her. Although, he told her the reason.
In the end, he needed to promise not to go in the battle without her, which he agreed with a forced smile.
When Yana feel asleep soundlessly, Yman decided to stroll outside. He left Sistela with Yana as her bodyguard.
He looked up to the sky. Stars were twinkling like jewels. And the moon in crescent was overlooking the night. With some birds passing by. Chasing each other like tag-playing children.
He made a tired smile and thought that it was a waste that Kiko escaped his death this morning. Yman felt that guy would certainly get his revenge later.
"Troublesome." He muttered.
One month before Kiko could use resonance with his deity again. In this regard, Yman had 1 month to prepare himself before Kiko would take his revenge.
|If only the instructor did not meddle that time. It was the most perfect scenario for Kiko to die.|
Yman sighed.
Now he had to waste some of his energy again in thinking for some solutions to solve that undying problem.
Yman glanced at Yana's tent, then decided to walk towards the bonfire and saw a familiar figure beside it.
It was Almina. Sitting alone. He remembered he was not able to thank her for saving him awhile ago. He thought that it was the right time to thank her.
Yman walked for several steps towards her when he remembered about Almina having a crush on Kiko. And looking at her sitting alone, she must be saddened from what happened to that guy. Yman stopped on his feet and decided not to bother her for now.
He wished for Almina to find someone else better than that waste. For him, Almina was a kind girl, very opposite to Kiko.
Yman went to his tent to sleep.
Almina was staring at the bonfire. Wondering where Yman went. She visited his tent but he wasn't there. She wanted to make a conversation with him. To cut the distance between them.
For long she had wished to ask him to be her friend. But every time she tried, he would always gone.
She glanced at the fire. It was burning brightly. That hot sensation that caressing her skin. Just as warm when he called her name.
Another night had passed...
The travel continued that morning. Everyone was wishing that no more monster would block them.
Finally, after their horrendous travel, everyone finally saw the city gates at the distance. And shades of skyscraper buildings and roofs of houses. They were like painting in their eyes. They could finally relax. Everyone suddenly felt excited.

In the dimly lit room. Where only the footsteps that could be heard. A man wearing a black tailcoat was walking steadily.
He was walking towards a person sitting on a bronze chair with an eccentric design. The person was sitting while levering one of his legs on top of the other. And levering his right fist below his chin. On his face, was a mask with eyes.
When the man arrived near that person, he downed on his knee and said: "My lord, looks like the Tadpole finally arrived in this place." Said the man in a tailcoat in a voice that full of respect towards the sitting person.
The masked person made a slight movement: "Let's see, I wonder if he remained a tadpole in a tiny pond, or become a scavenger to roam the land, or be a brainless falcon and owned the sky when he spread his wings and learned to fly." His voice had a tinge of mystery.

After Z
The signs were all there. A mysterious fever spreading in the wake of the pandemic. Increasing incidents of unrest with surprisingly little coverage by the media. Breakdowns in basic services. Nick had thought for years that total social collapse would come in his lifetime – he just never expected that collapse to come from the unquiet dead. As soon as he was sure enough that the potential danger outweighed the awkwardness of admitting that yes, the dead were rising, Nick grabbed his bug out bag and bugged out. It felt, at times, that the zombie movies, comics, and games he’d grown up with had been preparing for this moment. And Nick was right. But also very very wrong. After Z is an apocalyptic occult interactive serial about survivors hiding from the dead in a forest preserve. A new chapter is posted every week, and every week supporters vote on which way the story flows.
