Chapter 89: Start of The Final Survival Game

Michu separated himself from his friend, then headed to the restaurant where his girlfriend and friend should've been waiting for him.

He found a weird sight of many people eyeing this restaurant.

Most of them were players and they were whispering something about High Heaven Guild. This name rang out alarms within Michu and he rushed into the restaurant!

There were some new clients, but emptiness still prevailed.

Michu found Yumi and Sandra instantaneously and approached them with worried eyes. Those spotted red marks around Yumi's eyes couldn't be mistaken. Even if Michu hadn't seen a lot of tears in the past, he would still be able to see that Yumi cried before.

But Sandra's gaze locked him on the spot and she faintly shook her head.

As Michu did his best to read between this, he sat down next to Yumi and whispered, "Was there a troll? Those hateful people swarm up popular people just because of their fame." Yumi got popular recently.

Though she doesn't have a social account, it was still possible for the troll to appear in the game. Of course, Michu just spoke in such a way because he didn't want to mention High Heaven Guild.

He also knew that they were the cause of Yumi's tears, but Michu wouldn't ask for it until Yumi spoke about it first.

He just used these words to support here, "Trolls are trolls. We can forget about them as they never will be an important part of our lives."

These words made Yumi smile as she laid her head on Michu's shoulder. "Yes, they are insignificant." She whispered and soon turned around, burying her little red nose in his clothes!

Michu glanced at her, then shifted his eyes to Sandra! While his hand patted Venomous' white hair, he rested his eyes on the witch while thinking about his next words.

For Michu, it was the first time facing such a situation.

On one side, there was his girlfriend who just suffered. At the other, there was a friend that expected a nice meeting with him!

Michu didn't know what to say to appease the situation and break that bitter mood.

His apologetic eyes brought a smile on Sandra's face, "Just hug her tighter. However, I think it would be fair for you guys to just... stay as friends in the game."

"No, I don't want to," Michu replied bluntly, his instant words causing new waves of emotion within Venomous.

She, just like Sandra, stared at him and waited for the next words.

Michu said, "Is our relationship something bad? Why do we have to hide it? I want to hold Yumi's hand in both real life and the game. I want to say that I am leveling up with my girlfriend and I want to do a lot more things together. I don't want to hide... because of someone..."

That, someone, was probably Yumi's father, but Michu didn't have any proof.

In the past, that man brought Yumi down to tears, so it should be the same now. Other than him, did she have any other enemies? The more Michu thought, the more convinced he became.

At the same time, Venomous' expression brightened. "I understand your concerns, Sandra." She turned her eyes to the witch, who flinched as she had never seen such a pure smile on Venomous' face.

Considering that Yumi had a very weird and poisonous smile too, this one was so utterly pure and sweet that even Michu was blushing from looking at her.

"This man can not go to the lengths of utterly destroying our lives... As long as my family believes in me, I will be able to go forward and overcome all hurdles on my way." Michu's family was her family and they all knew her real self.

But Michu was the most important one. As long as he believed, she would be able to even go for laborious work in real life to just change her life.

Venomous declared, then wrapped her arms around Michu's neck! Her hunt for his lips began.

At the same time, Sandra looked over them with a warm smile.

She used to stay alone in her room and detached herself from all her family, but one's family was the greatest treasure.

Yumi's words brought back fresh memories of Sandra's family supporting her through that social phobia!

It was sweet, but something was lacking here.

Michu's account was "Monkey God's Disciple" with his stupid yet funny face.

"I want that smile too," Yumi replied and both of them logged out to make a proper avatar!

Venomous' account was 'Venomous Snake' as just Venomous was taken already!

Her boyfriend added her to his social media and put a link to her account to his profile with a heart next to it.

Of course, Michu already got some fans and Lil Karolin spoke about Lil Monke too, so he had more than 10 000 followers already.

Some of them instantly followed Yumi's account.

After they returned to the game world, Sandra added, "Well, you can leave videos to me and Nana, I guess." She smiled and jested, "A few first videos will be free, then I will charge you later." The witch winked and stood up!

"Good luck."

"Thanks." Both Michu and Yumi replied.

The time has come for the tournament to start!

"Michu... A lot of problems might come our way... Will mom forgive me?" Yumi asked.

"Mom loves you, so she will," Michu laughed in response, "Also, I got a lot of bananas from the survival game, so I will try selling other mystery boxes soon! Let's stay positive and work hard!"

"Yes... I will work hard." Yumi raised her eyes and looked at the blue portal that was the ticket to the final survival games.

It was so loud that players entering it wouldn't be able to hear themselves too.

"And I will defeat Zerze," Venomous' words didn't elude Michu!
