Chapter 153: Reborn as Snake

Nera's skin turned blue, and his wings increased in size.

His strength and speed increased tenfold! If everyone were immune to the poison, he would exchange the poison for power and speed. With those two attributes at its acme, Nera clenched his fists and darted forward.

At the same time, Yumi's snake tail rushed forward to try him head-on!

"Regenerate your hp and mana, then attack together with Lord Makro," Yumi passed instructions to her boyfriend, then submerged herself in the blue clouds.

Michu nodded and trod his way toward Lord Makro. "Okay."

Together with Momo, Michu would be able to prepare one of the best pincer and surprise attacks! She could hide his presence even in the blue clouds, so it was a matter of time before Michu returned to the battlefield with a surprise!

In the meantime, it was his girlfriend's turn to stretch out her tail and arms!

A good training, to say the least.

"So it's one versus one, hateful woman," Nera sneered.

"It is. My boyfriend's stats are too weak, and Lord Makro has to keep an eye on his soldiers' formation... If they were to come here, they would be a bother too." Yumi flashed a beautiful smile, and then her claws tore through space.

Her claws utilized the poison, and it was blood poison. Hence the red trails conjured themselves mid-air.

As those hurtled straight into Nera, Yumi's tail stretched out. A few drops of red poison slipped out of her tip, but most of it had been densely condensed around it.

Yumi combined two skills and hid her tail within the red trails.

Nera barrelled his fists against those trails while not expecting another attack at all!

Therefore, Yumi's tail slipped through the gap and heavily struck down his chest!

"Ridiculous!" Nera howled before vomiting a mouthful portion of blood.

The more he fought against this woman, the more he felt like luck was not on his side. The gap was between him, and it was clearly stated on the 'paper', but their stats differed so much that he wanted to escape.

'Overcoming trail? Fuck this trail! This woman is fucking weirdo!' Nera swore inwardly, and his instincts shifted to the escape mode!

Alas, he couldn't do it so easily.

He needed to strike back with fear as well before any escape route opened itself.

A blue liquid oozed out of his hands, and he condensed it into a solid structure!

The dropped liquid formed long claws that nearly touched the ground. Hidden within the poison world, Nera knew he had one chance to strike this woman!

And so he did!

"Ah!" Yumi missed that, and she allowed those claws to slide down across her tail! "Women don't like men with nails..." She rolled her eyes while fishing out a potion from her inventory! Her mouth full of its delicate taste, Yumi suddenly glanced to the side.

It was just a name, but Yumi's heart couldn't cope with it.

She still accepted that skill as it would hurt Michu if she refused his goodwill. And her boyfriend wouldn't use the skill without any meaning, would he? 'That dog KongFu might have proposed it to him, but...'

It was one of the passive skills that both the Brotherhood and The Forbidden Love had!

Nera had brown and green marks on his back! Those colors represented both Michu and Yumi!

Their hearts and minds were also connected, which allowed them to attack simultaneously and combine their high attack damage!

"For the highest output, I can only use this," Yumi's lips parted, then black liquid slipped out from her mouth. She spat it on her tail and prepared for an attack.

Michu also felt it, and he clenched his staff, the monkey god's bonk vibrating on its tip.

He turned his eyes to Lord Makro, "Um, use your strongest skill here in fifteen seconds!" He passed some instructions to the noble, and then his eyes retracted to focus on the enemy.

In tandem, the two attacks of powerful mythic players landed on Nera's back!

This Black Poison was a combination of Mana and Blood Poison that Yumi had researched before!

She was just about to complete it and get utter control over this poison!

Yumi brought herself on her snake tail closer to Nera, and then her tip turned his body around.

His face was smeared with dirt, and his lips were wide open from shock. His whole body had a hole, so there was not much change in his torso, but he kept convulsing due to the black poison!

"Nice look you got there," Yumi sneered, "It makes things easier for me." She brought her face above his, then parted her lips again. From her lips, the black poison dripped down straight to Nera's mouth.

This black poison was mixed with an unknown golden liquid...

"Would you kiss her now?" KongFu teased Michu.

Michu glanced at his girlfriend and her standing not too far away from Nera! Although there was a distance between them, the black poison was something he wouldn't like to drink at all! He pursed his lips and stood silent.

KongFu's body nearly burst from holding up his laughter.

"What is she doing, however?" KongFu curiously asked.

After the black and golden poison stopped dripping from her lips, Yumi wiped off her mouth and replied, "I will turn him into a snake. You could call it a pet."

"..." KongFu didn't comment on that, but he just asked in case, "What about his consciousness?"

"I will turn it into mana so that he will be stronger," Yumi wouldn't erase it completely as it would be just a tool, otherwise. She kept some consciousness so that the snake would be like a real pet with its own instincts and killing intent.

Momo was already in her cat form, and she commented, "It was a clean victory thanks to the queen! There's no enemy with poison that can threaten us, is there?" She laughed.

"Hehe! We are a strong family! Eh, I leveled up ten times..." Michu laughed, then his eyes stretched out in a stupor! "Epic quests are so nice! Haha!"

"More levels will help the master in his academy quest!" Momo was overly happy and her cat body mewled with content!

Yumi also checked her stats, and a wide smile bloomed on her face.

She turned her eyes to Lord Makro, "Your people and their formation kept this man in check. We ought to share some stuff with you."

"No need," Lord Makro shook his head, "I don't have to worry about this man and his crazy poison anymore. This alone is enough for me... I must return for my people."

"Yes, lower taxes, fool." Yumi jested and shifted her eyes to her new creation.

The powerful weapon was slowly opening its eyes!
