Kiss Me Not Chapter 187

Back at Country B, after Kimmy and Cain spent a while in the park, they headed to the club that Kimmy was talking about. It may be early in the evening but there were plenty of youngsters arriving at the place. Loud music was heard even while they were outside.
Kimmy took off her jacket and unbuttoned the first two buttons of her polo shirt.
"What are you doing?" Cain asked, watching her in confusion.
"Loosen up, will you? We're here to party!" She even tied her hair up into a ponytail.
After the guard checked their IDs and purses, Cain's hand was taken by Kimmy, who yanked him through the door. A rush of cold air passed them past, taking a variety of aromas with it.
Since most of the tables were taken, Kimmy dragged Cain to the table by the balcony. They had the perfect spot since it was overlooking the floor beneath.
It was Cain's first time coming to such a place so he was kind of overwhelmed. He was not the type of person to party hard. People were swarming around tables, playing cards, and drinking at the bar shoulder to shoulder, their shadows lit up by a crimson spotlight.
Several plush booths were situated in pleasant settings and crammed with people, but it was the club's core that caught Cain's eye. The bodies were held in place by a subterranean dance floor. Under a stream of crimson light, people danced in a fascinating rhythm against one other.
"I'm going downstairs, do you want to come?" Kimmy shouted for him to hear her through the loud music playing.
"What for?" He asked back.
She blew a raspberry before rolling her eyes. "What else? Dance of course! Do you want to dance with me?"

Cai was taken aback. He eyed the dance floor that was already packed. "No thanks. I'll just stay here." He declined her offer this time. He didn't mind not accompanying her since he thought he could just watch her from his position.
"Great! Don't blame me later~" Kimmy hurriedly left the table before he could even change his mind. She was smiling from one ear to another as she headed downstairs in excitement. It has been a while since she last attended something like this.
She grabbed a drink from one of the waiters that was walking around, carrying a tray of alcoholic beverages. She drank the contents of the glass in one go before slamming it into one of the tables. She soon pressed through the dancing crowd and began dancing like everyone else.
On the other hand, Cain's eyes were stuck on Kimmy's dancing figure downstairs. He had never seen her so… wild. She easily got along with the people around her and even had a few more drinks with strangers. She really was an outgoing person. While watching her, he decided to have a few drinks.
While Kimmy was dancing, she felt an arm snaking around her waist from behind so she turned to face the man dancing behind her. He had a stunning face and a beautiful smile which instantly caught her attention.
"First time here?" The man asked as he continued to dance with her, keeping his arm around her waist.
Kimmy didn't seem to mind it since they were only dancing. Aside from that, because of her drunkenness, she ended up leaning against him. "Yuuuup, youuuu?"
"I'm a regular here." He laughed. He obviously liked how outgoing she was. She was a beauty herself so it only attracted him more to her. She would be easy to drag out of the place since the alcohol was already kicking in her system.

"My name's Kimmy!"
"Mine's Eric."
As they continued to have more chats while they danced, a hand grabbed Kimmy by her arm, yanking her out of the stranger's embrace.
"What the?!" She turned and was surprised to see a fuming Cain.
"Hey man, what's wrong with you? Stealing someone's partner?" The stranger asked with a frown. "Do you know him, Kim? He's not your boyfriend is he?"
"Yeah… I do. He's just a…" she paused and tried to think of what to say.
Cain obviously didn't like the way the other man addressed her so without thinking much to it, he snapped at him. "She's mine." He turned away and began dragging her out of the crowd.
"What do you mean yours?" Her words slurred as she talked. Her body was wobbling as she tried to keep up with him while he was dragging her.
Cain came to a sudden stop, causing her to bump on his back.
"Ow!"
He turned to her and glared angrily. "What's wrong with you? How can you allow such a man to place his dirty hands on you?"
"He's handsooome." Kimmy was rubbing her nose. Her eyes sparkled suddenly, she quickly reached out for another drink from a waitress that was carrying a tray of drinks. Before Cain could even stop her, she gulped it down in one go. "Ahhh! That hits the spot!"
"That's it, we're leaving." He ordered.
"Whaaaat? Why? It's still soooo early! Stop being so stingy and let's dance!" She grabbed both his hands and began dragging him back to the dance floor after she had placed the glass away. "You promised! Tonight's my night so stop being a killjoy! Let's dance! Dance!"
"Kimmy, I'm not going to dance with you." He sighed exasperatedly as he let her drag him back. "You're drunk."
"Whaaat? You don't know how to dance? I'll teach you then!" She shouted as she giggled happily after. As she came to a stop, she finally faced him. She began dancing again, swaying her hips as her hands fell flat on his shoulder.
Cain remained still like a rock as he watched her dance seductively in front of her. She was being a tease without realizing it.
Someone bumped into her back, causing her to press her body against his and causing Cain to catch her by her waist. When Kimmy lifted her gaze, she was mesmerized at the closeness of his face.
They ended up staring into each other's eyes for more than a second. Everything became silent and the world around them stopped. It was as if they were brought into their own world as they continued to stare until… In the second, their lips crashed against each other.
