I Became A God Of A Microscopic World Chapter 24

The remaining people looked at each other and remained silent.
The bald man's face darkened. He raised his head to look at Captain Qin and the man in white behind him and said, "Captain, I'm sorry. I still have an underage child at home. I can't trust others to take care of him, so I can't accompany you."
He took a step back, and distanced himself from those around him.
"No matter, I understand if anyone wants to refuse." Captain Qin shook his head and did not care, but looked at those who have not yet chosen.
"I'm in." The woman in red stepped forward.
"I'm out."
"I'm quitting."
"I'm joining."
Three other people took the lead in making their choices. Soon, the eighteen people, including Captain Qin, made their own choices.
Eight people were willing to fight against the otherworldly creatures. The remaining ten people retreated.
Captain Qin did not say much. After sending the ten people away, he turned to look at the remaining seven people. "Welcome. I hope your powers will grow stronger faster."
"Although there is a 50% mortality rate, if you survive, you will become stronger and stronger."
"I have already asked the research department to send seven battle uniforms. We will enter the mountain in half an hour."
The white-clothed man was stunned. "There are battle uniforms?"
"Did you think we would just send you up empty-handed to fight against the otherworldly creatures?" A rare smile appeared on Captain Qin's face. "In the battle later, I will charge forward. Who isn't afraid of death? An extra guarantee is always good."
"The combat uniform has been successfully researched by the scientists in the Research Department across the last ten years. It's quite useful."
The others nodded silently and heaved a sigh of relief in their hearts.
Seeing that the atmosphere was no longer so tense, the woman in red asked, "Captain, regarding Black Dragon Mountain, could it be that you've already found the spatial tunnel that's about to appear?"
Captain Qin spread his hands and explained.

"No, the spatial tunnels appear randomly. No one can be 100% sure where the other party has appeared. We can only determine a general area. This time, the area is near the Black Dragon Mountain range. We'll need to investigate further to figure out the specific location."
"Once we discover the otherworldly creatures, we'll have to act. The fluctuation this time is very small, so the possibility of large numbers of otherworldly creatures appearing is very small. Perhaps, there are only a few of them. That's why I've brought you rookies here to choose whether you would like to take part."
"After a few rounds of actual combat, your psionic abilities will be improved, and you'll be able to quickly adapt to the rhythm. If there's any danger, I'll be able to save you in time."
Towards the end of his speech, his expression was very serious.
The reason why he was in such a hurry to directly engage in actual combat training was that the danger this time was small.
Also, the older batch of members had been sacrificed too quickly, so they urgently needed replenishment.
Otherwise, it would be much better to cultivate them alone for a few months before coming back.
The seven of them were enlightened and felt more at ease. It was good as long as they were prepared.
Although they were prepared to sacrifice themselves, who would want to die if they could live.
...
At the same time, Luochuan, who was staying in a cave in Black Dragon Mountain, eavesdropped on Captain Qin and the others through the power of the Book of Wisdom.
"Interesting. As expected, something unknown happened in this world. Ten years ago, there was an invasion from another world. I was wondering why the world suddenly wanted to self-destruct and forcefully increase primordial particles. Was it because of the intruders from other worlds?"
Luochuan touched his chin as thoughts flew through his mind.
He did not expect to gain so much new knowledge. He was able to find out about people who specialized in dealing with the creatures from other worlds. The most important information was that otherworldly creatures existed.

He had found a part of the reason why the world was self-destructing, but he had no idea how to solve it.
The Book of Wisdom said, "Master, this world has been extracting its own primordial particles to resist the invasion of the otherworldly creatures. However, at the same time, it has attracted more otherworldly creatures. The collision of the laws of the two worlds would produce incredible changes."
"The invasion of the other world is to plunder the primordial particles here, but things are mutual. This world can plunder in the opposite direction. As the spatial tunnel opens frequently, the number of primordial particles here will only increase."
"When the density reaches a certain level, this side will block the invasion of the other world. I reckon that the world will not extract its own primordial particles and will fill it up."
Luochuan blinked his eyes. "In other words, blocking the invasion of the other world is equivalent to saving the world?"
He had a feeling that things were not that simple.
"Forget it, let's not think about these things for the time being. If the sky falls, the higher ups will hold it up for now. They've already understood this ten years ago. We can't be completely unprepared. We should focus on ourselves first. We'll talk about the rest when our abilities improve."
Luochuan shook his head and gathered his scattered thoughts.
He wasn't prepared to communicate with Captain Qin and the others because it wasn't necessary.
If he were to tell them about the miniature world, perhaps he would be sacrificed. The crisis of the world wasn't something that could be solved just by knowing. One still needed to have strength.
Right now, there was only one thing that he needed to do, and that was to improve his strength.
"Primordial Breathing Technique."
Luochuan followed the instructions of the Book of Wisdom and sat cross-legged on the ground, and focused on his cultivation.
Hu hu hu ~ ~ ~
In an instant, a gust of wind that came from nowhere circled around Black Dragon Mountain and finally stopped in front of Luochuan.
The power of the Book of Wisdom began to circulate at the same time.
It could not cultivate for Luochuan, but it could guide Luochuan on how to cultivate the fastest.
The primordial particles brought by the wind rushed into the cave and then spread out, lingering in the surroundings.
As Luochuan breathed, he drew the primordial particles into his body to nourish his body. At the same time, he strengthened his senses in all directions. The primordial particles lingering in the surroundings were also locked onto, sucked into the cave, and circulated around before finally entering Luochuan's body.
This was the purpose of the Primordial Breathing Technique. It locked onto the primordial particles in the surroundings so that other living beings could not absorb them.
This was simply a predatory cultivation technique. It was extremely overbearing and unreasonable.
Hong!
Not long after, Luochuan's body trembled. He could sense that the primordial particles that had surged into his body had been absorbed by his body. His skin, muscles, bones, and other parts of his body had been greatly strengthened, and his strength and speed had been greatly enhanced. Furthermore, his body could automatically absorb the primordial particles.
However, the speed of absorption was much slower than the speed of active absorption.
Success!
According to the standards of the miniature world, if Luochuan's body could automatically absorb the primordial particles, he would be considered a bronze warrior.
He felt that his entire body was filled with power. It was as if a light punch could produce a piercing sound.
"What's going on?"
Luochuan's expression changed slightly. He realized that not only had the primordial particles surged into his body, but strands of golden energy had also surged into his body.
Moreover, after these strands of golden energy surged into his body, they combined with the primordial particles, causing the primordial particles in his body to rapidly grow stronger.
He was visibly growing stronger.
His strength and speed were further enhanced.

Lone: The Wanderer [Dropped Version (includes original draft of the rewrite's first volume)]
Nine-to-five. The daily grind. Life. Painful years of school. Working as a slave for some undeserving corporate big-wig. The monotonous life of unemployment. We all experience this in one way or another, and we can all conclude one thing: it's dull. Such a fact rings true even for the fabled Lone Immortus, a powerful nine-tailed Golden Foxkin. However, what would you do if your monotony was suddenly ground to a halt and you were thrown out of your comfort zone along with a young girl forgotten by time? Perhaps you might have done things differently, been more organised, immediately died, gained control of the world in a matter of days, but this is Lone's tale, not yours. Watching two insecure people struggle to survive and find their place in an unfamiliar land just might be enjoyable to witness. Who knows? One thing's for certain: it won't be an easy path for them to tread, and what could possibly be more entertaining than watching people endure hardships and grow? I know of at least eight gods that would answer with, 'Absolutely nothing.' I wonder, after seeing this journey from start to finish, how would you answer? [Goal of 2 chapters per week, the only exceptions being announced breaks or emergencies] A/N: This story is in the middle of a rewrite, so please forgive any noticeable plot holes and wonky chapter numbers. A Nerd's Wet Dream Come True (Tossing an OC into Marvel) V2.
Andrew William. A perfectly average boring name for a perfectly average and boring boy. He wasn't particularly smart nor gifted. Not in academics nor in sports. He wasn't even as good as the other losers and "nerds" in his school. He could not remember the expansive lore of Star Wars, he could not recite the dialogue of Startek nor pull off any cool one-liners and quotes, and he couldn't beat the final level in most games without resorting to cheating or mods. All he had was half-assed knowledge of pop culture and comics, but the one thing he was good at, his one and only pride and calling in life? Making Youtube videos. No, it wasn't sad! He was actually quite popular, honest! He made videos of adventure and nature, although it was mostly of the creepy variety. Abandoned hospitals, old mines, long tunnels, and undiscovered caverns. And as ironic as it was predictable, it would, of course, turn out to be the reason that he died. Well, at least he could take comfort in dying doing what he loved, not many people these days could say the same, you know? The concept comforted him at least, but it turns out death is not always as permanent as people liked to think, because Andrew somehow found himself in New York City of all places after falling to his certain death in the Devil's hole, Death Valley Nevada., only thing was it certainly wasn't the New York that he knew of. The Fantastic Four? Stark Industry? Captain America's biography? Oh boy, and did he mention he's no longer human? His Asian friends had introduced him to the wonders of Isekai novels and mangas, but isn't the order a little messed up? Where's his meeting with the sexy and nice Goddess? Where was his intro or tutorial?? Explanation plz I'm a noob at cross-dimensional travel! Help? Setting? Menu? Status? May I please get to pick my own cheat power? No? I'm stuck as a virus? Well, At least the Prototype Virus was pretty darn cool and OP. Just not as op as being able to casually break the sound barrier in my sneakers or bench pressing the earth, but I'll just have to make do. Please don't be some fucked up Marvel continuity where Nazis and Hydra won or some shit. Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore
