Ivy woke and stretched, last night had been a whirlwind of emotions and revelations. Noah had confessed to her and she had confessed to him. Her cheeks burned with heat as she thought of the confession and what had followed after.

Ivy turned to the noise, Noah walked out of the shower with a towel wrapped loosely around his sculpted, strong waist. He smirked at her, "Morning beautiful."

"Morning." Ivy looked down and saw she was wearing one of Noah's t-shirts and looked to the floor where her night dress and Noah's clothes lay.

Noah sat on the bed his eyebrow raised and he turned her head towards to face him. He locked his lips with hers. After an intense kiss, he sat back and admired her pink blushing cheeks rosy lips.

"I enjoyed last night," Noah started, he loved her when she would be wild and uninhibited.

"Idiot." Ivy threw off his comment.

"You enjoyed it also." Noah felt gratified and smiled at her, he knew she was like a seductress last night but she would return to a shy Ivy the next day.

"Shameless man, don't get used to it. I only did it because you like it." Ivy tried to reason with him and to change the subject.

"Because you love me," Noah stated slow and calmly.

Ivy stood from the bed in an attempt to hide her embarrassment. "Yea." She stated and rushed to the bathroom to escape from Noah's teasing.

She missed Noahs blinding smile and his eyes sparkling with happiness, which was rare for him. He was satisfied and happy with the way they were headed with their relationship.

Inside the bathroom, Ivy calmed her fast-beating heart and looked in the mirror. Her cheeks and lips were flushed and that devil had left marks all over her body. She quickly washed her face and body, returning to the sink to apply some light makeup and a flick of eyeliner.

Wrapped in a white silk robe she went out to the bedroom. Noah had long gotten changed and she presumed he had left already. She went to the closet and looked through all the clothes that Noah had gifted her.

She had found a black turtle neck with long sleeves this would be perfect to cover up all those devils marks. She then paired the turtle neck with black tight leather leggings and her usual black Louboutins. She glanced at herself in the mirror happy with her look, she then took out a few pins and created a messy bun.

Ivy then walked into the living room where she saw Thomas he smiled greeting her and stood up with a coffee-to-go cup ready in his hand. "I am ready for today's show, I'm guessing yesterday was just the warm-up?"

Ivy smiled and took the cup," Thank you and yes that was just the beginning I need to rebuild my father's company, drive out a snake and kill a white lotus."

"Can't wait, Noah and Aiden just left. Aiden said if you need any fully trained secretaries he can send some over." Thomas and Ivy walked out of the apartment together.

Those words weren't one hundred percent accurate. What Aiden had actually said was, 'If they want a quiet life to get rid of the males around Ivy, their boss would only get angry the more time she spends with them instead of him.'

Thomas and Ivy got in the lift together, descending to the underground carpark. "Thomas do you and Aiden not trust me?"

Seeing Ivys face Thomas knew he had messed up, "No no nothing like that."

"Mmm." They got out and Ivy headed straight for Noahs Bugatti Veyron. Thomas climbed into the driver's seat while Ivy was buckling up on the passenger side.

They drove and before long they had arrived at Hughes Investments. Ivy store into her father's company and straight up in the lift to her floor.

Thomas and Ivy soon arrived together, today she noticed that those female secretaries from yesterday had all been busy working today and gave her a quick glance before starting their work again. Ivy walked into her office and sat at her desk, Thomas found a cosy spot on the sofa and sat down again with his phone.

Not long after Nathan came running in with Coffee cups in hand. Ivy smiled at his arrival. "Morning Nathan."

Nathan smiled and handed her a cup then one to Thomas and the last he kept for himself. He took out his Epad and waited for instructions.

Ivy took a sip, Nathan had remembered she smiled as she took a sip. When Ivy and Nathan started working together, they would work long days and nights together so he had remembered her preferences. Noting she had a sweet tooth he got her a caramel latte.

"Set up a meeting with Cerberus Games today with myself, I'll meet them at their company. I don't want Cole sniffing around and ruining a great opportunity. Also, I would like a report of the current shareholders and how much they own. Lastly thank you for the latte." She smiled cheerfully towards him.

"No problem and you're welcome. Anything else just message me." With that, he returned to his desk.

Leaving Ivy to look at the current stock market online. She spent an hour finishing her investment proposal and emailed it to Nathan to print.

Thinking it was Nathan she kept her head down to work. But she had no idea Lauren was storming towards her until she heard her yell so she looked up and to her surprise, the white lotus had appeared in front of her. Thomas had intervened and stopped her from getting too close.

"You bitch, unhand me. Isn't it enough you have Noah now you want my Cole too, I will kill you for this humiliation. I know you arranged for those reporters to chase me after the restaurant. You have no idea what it feels like to have nothing. You are so cold, vile and sneaky how could anyone like you never mind want to date you. You tell Cole I didn't seduce anyone and those pictures are fake. Let me go you brute!."
