Sneering at the idiotic looking Lauren Ivy calmly sipped her latte then put it down. She had nothing to do with the paparazzi that took photos of her outside the restaurant and she also didn't have anything to do with publishing the news and spreading it in the tabloids.

With a wave of Noah's hand he could easily ruin Lauren's reputation, but it wasn't his style and it was too easy a punishment so she knew it wasn't him. A thought crossed her mind and she smiled at the struggling Lauren.

She had no problem that night kicking her out on to the street, it had been her own fault that she was half-naked. After all, she had walked in on Lauren trying to seduce Noah in her underwear.

The thought alone made her grit her teeth.

She did not doubt that Noah had no interest in Lauren but what woman would want her lover seduced by another woman. She had to set Lauren straight.

She sat back calmly in her leather chair and looked at Lauren's appearance. She was dressed every bit like a classy lady but underneath lay a vile heart.

"Lauren, I have nothing to do with the tabloids or what they print. I did not set up the paparazzi outside the restaurant that night..." Ivy hadn't finished when Lauren screamed at her and tried to get to her but Thomas kept a firm hold on her.

"You lying bitch who else would do it and now your here. Who do you think you are coming back here. Do you just want to take Cole back? I won't let you, you can't have him and you don't deserve Noah Adler either."

Ivy held her hand up to stop her and spoke clearly, "I have no interest in Cole you can have him. He is a cheating, ungrateful and incapable man, so you are welcome to him. As to why I am here... Let me remind you Lauren this is my father's company, his and my hard work. Cole has only a few months left according to the contract so after that I will never see him again." Ivy saw Lauren struggling in Thomas's arms and then continued, "One last warning Lauren do not have any inappropriate thoughts about my Noah, I let you do dirty things with Cole because I never planned to date or marry him but Noah is different. He is mine so back the fuck off or I will ruin more than your reputation." Finishing her speech she watched Lauren process everything she said and then as her face turned ugly again.

"What do you mean dirty things. Your the dirty disgusting one here, don't you spread your legs for Noah to get what you want." As she yelled at Ivy Thomas gripped Lauren harder when she insulted Ivy. He had enough of this woman.

"I hope you heard my warning... Thomas take the trash out." Ivy said indifferently, as he faced her laptop and continued her work.

"Aghhh let me go! Get your hands off me!" She screamed at Thomas, then she turned to face Ivy again, "You bitch I'll be back for you, you don't deserve Noah Adler!" Lauren continued to scream as Thomas manhandled her out of Ivys office and into the lift.

Nathan came to the door and looked in apologetically, "I'm sorry Ivy, I thought she was here to see Cole but she unexpectedly came rushing in here."

Ivy smiled and waved it off, "No need to apologise, you weren't to know. Ban her from the building from now on though. We don't have time to deal with her every time she feels like acting psychotic."

"Yes, boss." Nathan nodded and headed out the door and resumed his work.

When Thomas returned he sat back on the leather sofas and resumed his game. The office returned to a natural and relaxing atmosphere.

After half an hour the door opened again. Ivy looked up and sat back upon seeing Cole enter, she touched her phone. First, she had to deal with Lauren and now Cole had arrived, she wondered if he was there to stick up for his girlfriend.

Thomas sat forward, he was ready to take him out or watch a good show.

Cole strode to her desk in his blue tailored suit and placed his hands on to her desk, she looked down at his hands and sneered.

Seeing her response Cole retracted his hands and stood straight. He had felt annoyed that she wouldn't even let him touch her desk. But he had to win her back so he didn't comment. He fixed his hair and asked, "Did Lauren come to see you?"

Ivy wondered what story Lauren had told him so she replied coldly, "Yes."

"Did she tell you we broke up? I did that for you, I hope you know I was wrong for ever going out with such a filthy woman. I was careless and I was fooled by such a disgusting woman. I only saw the news reports yesterday and found out last night she is sleeping with many other businessmen."

Ivy laughed coldly, "I don't care that you broke up, it has nothing to do with me. Honestly, I think your both vile people and you deserve each other. As for the news... She tried to seduce my lover Noah and I kicked her out as the sight of her disgusted us both." She smiled up as she watched as every word she said sunk in.

Thomas snickered as he watched Ivy again thrash it out with yet another eyesore.

**Flashback**

Cole was livid as he was finishing work yesterday as he had been swamped by paparazzi. He had been working all day and hadn't heard the news yet.

His secretary informed him after he asked in the car on the journey home. He was furious, he had chosen the wrong girl. He felt humiliated and disgusted that his dignity as a man had been trampled on.
