Cedric had a big event for Mor Co. that would be attended by his friends. It was part of the expansion that he had let Ian lead. As the endorser of Mor Co. Eric was going to be there, and wherever Eric went there was sure to be a big crowd.

"Will you attend the event?" Cedric asked Adrianna as he helped her zip up her dress. ​​

"As what? There is no reason for me to attend." Adrianna explained.

"As the wife of an employee and a fan of Eric's. Or have you forgotten that people still think I'm my own assistant." Cedic said with a laugh.

"I honestly forgot that. Now I remember complaining at Nationalia when you saved me!" Adrianna said with a blush.

"Hahaha! That was funny. But I'm glad to see that my wife is painfully loyal." Cedric said as he lifted her gaze with her chin and kissed her passionately.

"Mmm. My makeup, you'll ruin it. Then we will both be late for work." Adrianna complained.

"I own the company. I can't be late for work." Cedric said as he deepened the kiss.

"You're being irresponsible." Adrianna said pushing him away and leaving him alone in their room. Cedric simply laughed and followed after her.

The event was at 7pm in the evening, this was to allow Eric's working fans to go to the mall where the event was going to be held and catch a glimpse of their idol.

When Eric arrived his fans went wild. Women were screaming and waving, and there was a furry of flashes and clicking sounds as they took photos of him.

While Cedric drew their attention, Cedric and Adrianna arrived separately from different directions. Cedric was wearing his disguise as his bodyguards guided him to the backstage dressing room where his friends and wife were waiting.

"My older brother really knows how to draw a crowd!" Miguel commented as Cedric came in.

"They aren't here just to see him. Ray's and Ayanna's relationship also has a lot of people curious about them. And let's not forget the five princes are in this mall in full force today." Veronica teased.

"I do have my own set of fans." Miguel boasted.

"Please, I think Cedric is the current flavor of the five princes fans." Veronica laughed.

"Do you think they'll give up when they find out that he is married?" Ram asked.

"Nope. The forbidden fruit is always the best." Alexi said with a grin.

"Hey Alexi, my wife is here!" Cedric said, rolling his eyes.

Suddenly the noise coming from outside got louder, this meant that Eric was close to the backstage dressing room.

"Adrianna, you might want to stay out of view from the crowd." Ayanna said as she pulled her sister in law further into the room.

The door suddenly burst open and the screaming of the fans got louder. Eric went in and immediately closed the door.

"I'm not sure if I still enjoy this." Eric said with a sigh as he scanned the room.

"Nicole, Natalia, and Katerina are not here. They have work." Cedric said, knowing who Eric was looking for.

"Are the six of us really going out there?" Eric asked.

"You and Cedric are. We're just gonna be in the crowd." Alexi said as he and the others began to walk out.

"Adrianna is staying in here with me. We'll just watch things on the TV." Veronica said.

After ten minutes, the host finally got the crowd to calm down and began the event. In the backstage Cedric did some final checks to make sure that his face was well hidden and that his clothes were pristine.

Adrianna came over to help him straighten his collar and fix his suit.

"Good luck." Adrianna said as she gave him a hug.

Cedric nodded. "Make sure to leave with Veronica before we go. She's not supposed to be here. Ram just forced her."

"Alright." Adrianna said with a nod.

After a while Camilla came in and told Cedric and Eric it was time to go up on the stage.

The event today was purely promotional, so all they had to do was go up, give a few speeches, and encourage people to support Mor Co.

As usual Cedric was his distant cold self as the Reyes Heir, while Eric was the warm star that all the girls had a crush on.

"Thank you for having me Mr. Reyes!" Eric said politely.

"I'm just glad that you accepted our invitation." The Reyes Heir said in a rare jest. With his light hearted joke the girls in the audience all swooned at the Reyes Heir.

Most had their phones up, constantly snapping photos or taking videos. They were switching between the VIP guests at the front and the two handsome men on the stage.

Right before Cedric's and Eric's appearance ended, Veronica and Adrianna left the dressing room and decided to hang out at a coffee shop nearby.

Adrianna worked on her laptop while Veronica was drawing on a tablet and sipping tea. They had been there for about 10 minutes when Adrianna's phone began to ring. At first she thought it was Cedric looking for her, but she was wrong. It was her friend Julia.

Before Adrianna could even say hi over the phone, Julia began screaming.

"HE'S MARRIED!" Julia said.

"Who's married? Do you have a new crush?" Adrianna asked. The loud noise didn't seem to bother Veronica who continued to work across Adrianna.

"The Reyes Heir is married!" Julia said over the phone. Adrianna suddenly turned pale.

"W- w- what did you say?" Adrianna managed to say. Veronica noticed the change in Adrianna's behavior and placed her tablet down to ask what was wrong.

Adrianna placed her phone on the table and placed it on loud speaker.

"The Reyes Heir is married. He had an event today at Elisia Mall Downtown and he was wearing a wedding ring! The photos are all over the internet." Julia said. Adrianna subconsciously slipped her left hand into her pocket to hide her wedding ring.

"Are you sure it's a wedding ring?" Adrianna asked.

"It was on the finger it should be on!" Julia said.

"Wait, why are you telling me this?" Adrianna asked.

"Don't you know Ayanna Reyes? Could you ask her who it is? I'm so jealous of that woman!" Julia said over the phone.

"It's not like you had a chance." Adrianna said with a nervous laugh. Adrianna felt awkward, the woman her friend was jealous of was herself.

"You're useless. I'm sure the forums have an idea who it is. I'll just look there." Julia said as she dropped the call.
