The Fake Young Miss Who Got The City Quaking In Her Boots Chapter 4

After saying that, Alice walked towards the hall. Lydia wanted to hold her back and take the ring back.
However, a few people who were watching the show stopped her with a righteous look on their faces. "Do you still want to snatch it? If the people from Feiyan knew that you were like this, I reckon that you wouldn't be able to enter the entertainment circle in the future."
"Get out of the way! If you don't believe me, I have plenty of evidence." Lydia grabbed the clothes of the people in front of her and gently pulled them out of the way. She tilted her body to the right and bypassed them, chasing after Alice into the hall.
In the hall, Alice was already crying and complaining to a male interviewer of Lydia falsely accusing her. She was already very beautiful and attractive. Today, she was wearing extremely revealing clothes and half of her breasts were dangling outside. As she spoke, she would occasionally rub against the male interviewer in front of her. The male interviewer was unable to resist the temptation and believed her words.
He had to call security to come and take Lydia away.
Lydia flipped out photos on her phone. They were taken when she had nothing to do when she was wearing the ring. There were all kinds of scenes in which she could be seen wearing it. It could even be traced back to four years ago when her grandmother had just bought her this phone.
The male interviewer's face turned pale when he saw this. He did not expect this woman to really have evidence.
This interviewer who knew that he was in the wrong stubbornly refused to admit it. "Who knows whether this picture of you is real or not? Moreover, you don't look like you can afford such an expensive ring given your outfit. Could it be that you already had a carefully thought out plan to steal the ring?"

More and more people gathered around to watch the show.
Alice said proudly, "That's right! You're so poor, yet you can afford such a good ring? This is my father's quinceanera gift to me. It's worth more than a million dollars."
Lydia felt that Alice was trying to play tricks with her.
But she also knew why Alice had to do this.
There were too many people interviewing for the job today. Feiyan was only recruiting three people, which meant that 97% of the people would be rejected. She had performed the best so far, so naturally, she would be the target of public criticism.
Lydia said unhurriedly, "Are you sure that this ring is real?"
"Of course." Alice was not stupid. She had been observing the various traces on the ring, to prevent Lydia from using the traces on the ring to provoke her, she said, "This sapphire ring of mine is called Beauty Star. There are countless fakes on the market, though only mine is real."
Lydia really did not understand why she was so sure, but Alice was wrong.
Lydia sneered. "This is a fake."
If it was a real beauty star, why would she put it on openly?
"You still want to take the ring away by arguing?" Alice was exasperated. "How can there be a person like you in the world?"
Lydia looked at her with an even colder expression. "A person like me? Alright, let's make a bet. If this ring is real, regardless of whether you have passed the interview or not, you will leave Feiyan and never appear here again. If it is fake, I will go to the police station and surrender myself. How about that?"
Alice saw her confident gaze and hesitated for a moment. However, at this moment, there were many people surrounding her. She had no way out.

"Alright, we'll do as you say. Then how do you want to prove it?"
Lydia maintained a cold smile on her face. She held the sapphire ring and gently pinched it. When she released her fingers, the 'sapphire' was actually crushed in her fingers.
She said to the astonished crowd, "The hardness of sapphire is 9. Only diamond is harder. Even a knife can not cut it. Yet, I crushed it with my finger. Why do you think that is?"
"This is undoubtedly a fake!"
"A worthless fake!"
The crowd agreed and looked at Alice, waiting for her to make a fool of herself.
Alice's body was limp. Lydia approached Alice and asked, "Miss Alice, are you sure this is the sapphire ring you lost?"
"I... I admit my mistake... I apologize."
"I don't accept apologies! I just recorded the evidence of you slandering me. If you don't want your reputation crumbling, please leave Feiyan immediately!"
"You..." Alice was extremely angry, but there was nothing she could do about it. She looked at the lecherous male interviewer. The interviewer turned his head away. She had no choice but to stomp her feet and leave.
Looking at Alice who had slipped away with her tail between her legs, Lydia's eyes were sharp. She could not tolerate anyone bullying her.
"This person has been hired by Feiyan," said a voice suddenly.
