The Fake Young Miss Who Got The City Quaking In Her Boots Chapter 40

Mia began to flatter her. "I heard that Miss Lydia's performance at the time of casting was wonderful. We should all learn from Miss Lydia. I'll drink to this first. I'd like to propose a toast to Miss Lydia and ask her to teach me more in the future."
With this, Mia drank the whole glass.
Seeing this, Seve whispered to Lydia, "You told me that your drinking capacity is around one gallon, right? Then drink to your heart's content tonight. I'll get someone to send you back."
With Seve's permission, Lydia drank to her heart's content. After Mia's toast, a few of the people following her took turns to toast Lydia, but even if each of them drank four glasses, Lydia would be fine. However, they did not know what reason to find to continue drinking with Lydia as they did not know Lydia.
Seve reminded them to hurry up and toast the director. Hearing this, the few of them turned around and went to the main table. Their table was finally free.
Lydia received a message from Marcel. "You've already drunk a lot. Watch your step."
Lydia was about to return the message when a few people came over again. They were here for the gold-medal manager, Seve. Seve was very happy and introduced Lydia to them.
After that, Seve brought Lydia around to meet people. She praised Lydia and asked everyone to take good care of Lydia. She would definitely thank everyone in the future.
Seve drank even more than Lydia. Everyone praised her as a heroine. Lydia was a little worried about Seve, so she tried to drink the wine on her behalf. However, Seve said, "It's okay, I can drink."
After two hours, Seve's face was red. Lydia was also a little drunk. Just as Lydia was about to help Seve to rest, Irene Dunbar came over with a glass of wine.

Irene Dunbar did not come alone. Several men followed her. Seeing this, Lydia asked Lucia to help Seve to rest first.
As Lydia expected, Irene Dunbar was here to drink her wine.
It was okay for her to come alone. She also brought the assistant director, the cameraman, and two or three reporters. A few people surrounded her and flattered her. They tried all kinds of ways to force Lydia to drink.
Lydia could only drink one cup after another in order to take care of the overall situation. Very soon, Lydia felt dizzy and nauseous. She was almost at her limit.
Erin Dunbar saw her state. She scooped a bowl of soup from the table and acted as if she was going to serve it to Lydia. "Drink some soup to relieve the alcohol."
But before she could do so, she spilled the soup all over Lydia's dress. Lydia wanted to hide, but she was surrounded by people, so she couldn't.
The greasy soup flowed down from Lydia's chest, and Lydia felt as if her lower body was filled with the taste of the soup.
Eileen Dunbar complained first, "I brought the soup for you out of kindness, but you didn't take it?"
The assistant director grinned, "Don't be angry with Miss Dunbar, maybe Lydia just likes to bathe in soup. It's slippery and oily. Lydia, you know quite a bit about life."
A reporter next to her immediately added, "Oh, this is fun. Don't tell me you're covered in oil. You look even sexier."
Lydia really wanted to punch them to death. At first, she thought they were just taking benefits from Irene Dunbar to make her drink. But now, it seemed that these people were Irene Dunbar's lackeys.
Lydia didn't want to talk to them anymore. "I'll go change."

The assistant director grabbed Lydia, and she quickly swatted him away.
She had been drinking, and she lost control of her strength. The assistant director was almost pushed down by her strength. Someone supported the assistant director from behind, and he finally stood up.
After that, the assistant director was completely furious. "What are you doing? I'm helping you out of kindness, don't be ungrateful! Oh, I know, do you think I'm going to take advantage of you? What a joke, in my eyes, you're not even one-thousandth as good-looking as my wife!"
He said it out loud, and everyone heard it. All at once there was a murmur of discussion.
Some onlookers who did not know the truth even thought that the new actor had failed to seduce the assistant director, so they quarreled.
All the malicious eyes in the hall turned to Lydia. When Eileen Dunbar saw this, "Lydia, you said today that not only assistant directors, but also directors, no matter how many directors, will be charmed by you. I thought you were joking, but I didn't expect you to really think so."
As soon as these words were said, the entire place exploded. No one could believe that their production team actually had such a slut.
