Lu Jinwen’s expression did not change but the curve on his lips deepened. As he was kneeling on the floor on one knee, his black shirt and trousers became creased, but these creases only accentuated his irresistible charm. He gave a low laugh. “Xuanyin, you are indeed avaricious. You’re not satisfied with being Mrs Lu, and even now you still want to conquer my body and heart. You’ve spoiled the rules of the game.”

Lin Xuanyin’s body turned as cold as ice. When they got married, he had told her before that he would not be able to give her two things – sex and love.

He was only asking for closure, be it happy or sad.
