Chapter 970: Older Men Are Better at Doting on Women

An’an’s breath was taken away by him, her lips started getting numb. His kissing skills hadn’t improved a lot but men were obsessed with being in control and dominating. He had turned into a beast, almost devouring her whole.

With both hands on his chest, she tried to push him away when she almost couldn’t breathe. But his chest was just like it was made of steel, no matter what it didn’t budge.

Her hands moved around and he managed to clutch onto them, holding them in place. His brows were furrowed while he kissed her even more passionately.

She slowly started to feel suffocated, her beautiful face flushing red just like a blooming rose and her body seemed to liquefy.

It was only then Lu Yan finally let go of her.

Her face was on his lap and she gasped for air.

Lu Yan lowered his eyes to look at her. Her long lashes quivered and she appeared so pitiful. They just had a kiss and her lips were already red and swollen, it made him want to hold her in his arms and dote on her again.

“You’re so useless, just one kiss and you can’t handle it?” he lectured her.

An’an didn’t want to bother with his words. She could smell his clean, masculine scent and she smiled, closing her eyes and just like a kitten, she nuzzled her face against his waist.

But a hand was on her forehead, pushing her away. “Get away!”

An’an finally realized what she was doing, as she was on his lap her lips were very close to him down there.

She was so shocked, she instantly got up.

Lu Yan chuckled, then got down from the bed and took off his black shirt while raising his brows. “You’ll have to slowly get used to everything about me if you’re going to be mine.”

Gu An’an looked at him. After taking his shirt off, she could see his muscular chest and trim waist. His muscles were sculpted and he was so masculine. Every part of his body was muscular, she took a secret glance of him down there and quickly averted her eyes.

“What do I have to get used to?” she asked with a soft voice.

“Satisfying me.”

Lu Yan walked over, standing tall in front of her with one hand in his pocket and he used the other hand to pick up her jaw. With his calloused fingertips, he ran them over her lips. “I’m already 40 this year, I’ve missed out on 10 years with you. Now that we’re together, I must work harder to get back all of the times we’ve missed out on. I’m going to ask for all of it back from you.”

Men at the age of 30 were strong and vigorous but he was 40 and yet, still full of vitality.

An’an pushed his hand away, furrowing her brows in displeasure. “You’re not allowed to flirt with other women next time.”

“Who did I even flirt with?”

“The push-ups! You’re not allowed to strip in front of other women. You’re not allowed to lay your hands on other women, not allowed to do push-ups in front of them either!”

Lu Yan smiled. “You’re jealous about that too?”

He lifted his pants with his fingers. “Do you want to see something even better?”

“What?”

Lu Yan lay on the bed, clutching onto the sheets as he started doing push-ups.

His moves were even more sexy than the usual push-ups.

To be exact, his back sunk and his hips were raised, his entire body a sexy line.

An’an could feel herself almost getting a nosebleed.

She had seen a fair share of good looking men in her life, her brother was one fine example. Women would love to marry men like her brother, but they would want to sleep with men like Lu Yan.

Ugh! He was just like a walking bag of hormones, getting everyone aroused.

Lu Yan continued doing a few push-ups before glancing at her with the corner of his eye. “Come over.”

“What are you trying to do, let me ride on your back?”

She walked over.

Lu Yan clutched her wrist, pulling on it forcefully to pin her body underneath him. “This kind of push-up doesn’t involve you riding on top of me, but rather me pinning you down.”

He then moved his waist, doing a few more push-ups.

This kind of push-ups were somewhat sexual to begin with and once he started pinning her down underneath of him and doing it, the atmosphere in the room instantly changed, becoming even more sexually charged and ambiguous.

An’an pushed him away with her face flushed red. “Lu Yan, why didn’t I realize that you were like this before?”

Lu Yan lowered his head to look at her, her eyes had already revealed her emotions, she was happy inside. “You’re no longer jealous? Have I managed to coax you?”

An’an gave it some thought. “Not yet.”

“Let me try harder then.”

He stretched his arm out to tickle her waist.

An’an was ticklish and she moved around just like a snake. She started pleading, “Lu Yan, it tickles, let go of me.”

Lu Yan kissed her face affectionately and whispered in her ear. “Where does it tickle?”

An’an could already tell what he was trying to imply. She balled her hands into two fists and punched him. “Stop being indecent.”

“How do I stop being indecent? Maybe you need to teach me.”

He kissed her lips.

The pair continued hanging out on the bed for a while before the door was pushed open. Xue Niang had come.

Xue Niang saw the pair on the bed once she came into the room and she was stunned. “Master Yan…”

Noticing that someone else had barged into the room, An’an was stunned. She instantly pushed the man above her away and wanted to get down the bed but her ankle boot had fallen off. Her sock had also fallen off and her foot was revealed.

Now that her clothes were untidy and she appeared disheveled and unkempt, it was obvious what they were doing just now. She was so embarrassed she wanted to just crawl into a hole and hide inside for the next century.

On the other hand, unlike her, Lu Yan was very calm. He didn’t look at Xue Niang, but rather, got down the bed and crouched down. He picked up her sock and pulled the sock open. “Hurry up and put your foot in.”

He was helping her put on the sock.

An’an’s heart melted. It was said that older men were better at doting on women, it was totally true. She didn’t bother to put up an act and just put her foot inside of the sock.

Lu Yan continued to put on the ankle boot for her.

She wore a black mini skirt that day with ankle boots, her striped socks were peeking out and she was beautiful.

Lu Yan pulled her mini skirt downwards, warning her, “You can only wear skirts that are over the knee next time. If you dare to dress up like that again, I’m going to teach you a lesson.”

Xue Niang was still there, An’an could never just ignore her presence. She retracted her foot. “Got it, I’m leaving.”

She darted out of the room.

Along the corridor, An’an patted her flushed cheeks to regain her composure when she suddenly heard a voice behind. “Hello.”

When An’an turned around, she saw that it was Xue Niang. Xue Niang had come inside the room to give Lu Yan some ointment.

“You’re looking for me?”

Xue Niang nodded. “I can feel that you dislike me, is it because you are jealous? Didn’t he tell you that I’m not his lover?”

An’an was stunned.

Xue Niang smiled. “I was sold to this Underground Palace almost two decades ago when I was just 14 years old. No one ever treated me like I was human, except for him. He never once took advantage of me. He picked me but never laid his hands on me. We are old acquaintances and we came from the same place.”
