A beautiful rainbow actually appeared before them. An’an heard the joyous cheers. Her lashes fluttered and she opened her eyes wifely. She had seen it.

The rainbow appeared in the skies and the sun slowly came out.

After the hurricane was the appearance of the bright sun. The sun shone brightly over the jungle, giving it a golden warmth.

“The hurricane is over! The hurricane has stopped in such a short amount of time!”

“The sun is finally out, everything is over!”

Everyone cheered.

An’an slowly raised the corners of her lips. Justice was just like Lu Yan, it might come late, but it would never be absent.

The sun shone so brightly.

Everyone entered the jungle for the search and Chen Jin had also come. A Jeep covered in camouflage print drove over the muddy path. The doors opened and many soldiers alighted from the Jeep.

Everyone rolled their sleeves up, using spades to dig into the muddy ground.

An’an walked in front, seeing a trail that had been flushed by violent waters. Though the marks had faded, there was a deep trail of someone crawling left behind on the muddy ground.

An’an followed the trail, walking on the path he had been on.

The marks were so deep. He had dragged his body over this path. His legs were numb and couldn’t function but it didn’t stop him. He dug his palms into the muddy ground, leaving marks behind.

An’an could feel it, she could feel his desire to live.

He really yearned to come back home.

“An’an.” Huo Yanmei followed over. “Lu Yan has some last words for you. He said, you should abort the child.”

An’an moved her lips, placing her hand on her stomach. The baby didn’t move at all.
